Norway’s SUCCESSFUL crackdown on illegal migrants as record numbers deported in 2016

The story comes from The Express.

Norway’s SUCCESSFUL crackdown on illegal migrants as record numbers deported in 2016

In September the Norwegian government announced plans to grant the police an additional £10million to forcibly remove failed asylum seekers by the end of 2017.

The grant came after police were tasked with removing 9,000 migrants by the end of 2016 as the country deals with the deepening crisis.

State Secretary Fabian Stang confirmed on Friday the number of deportations were at the highest number ever, up five per cent from figures in 2015, when the crisis began.

Mr Stang, who is secretary for Immigration Minister Sylvi Listhaug, told NRK: “This is a figure that shows that there have been many who do not have a legitimate claim to asylum who have stayed here and failed to leave the country, and that’s why it is necessary for the police to do the work they have done throughout the year.”

“It's always brutal when one is forced to use the police to get people to do what they are required to.”

Despite 2016 being hailed as a successful year, police failed to reach the government’s target of deporting 9,000 illegal immigrants by December 31 with just 7,312 being deported by the end of November.

More than a fourth of those who were forced to leave the country had criminal records and were from Poland, Romania and Lithuania.

Last year, the Police Immigration Service (PIS) expelled 7,825 migrants from the Scandinavian country.

At the time, PIS boss Kristin Kvigne said that the figure of 7,800 "is a high number and extremely demanding to accomplish" as officers have now been told to drastically increase the figure.

Announcing the additional funds for police, Ms Listhaug said: “Deportation is a highly prioritised task.

“In the state budget for 2017 we have proposed to use an additional 105 million [Norwegian Kroner] on deportation for 2017.

“We are maintaining a high figure, although the number of asylum seekers has decreased.”

It comes as Prime Minister Erna Solberg said she would not hire someone wearing a niqab as migrants should integrate into western societies.

Speaking ahead of an integration conference in October, she said: [They] would probably not get a job from me or many others if [they] were wearing a niqab.

“We believe we should see each other’s faces in the workplace.”

Norway To Teach Muslim "Refugees" That Rape Isn't a Good Thing

The madness of Europe - a case study in political correctness, multiculturalism and national suicide.

“Men have weaknesses and when they see someone smiling it is difficult to control,” Mr. Kelifa said, explaining that in his own country, Eritrea, “if someone wants a lady he can just take her and he will not be punished,” at least not by the police.

The story comes from the New York Times.

Norway Offers Migrants a Lesson in How to Treat Women

SANDNES, Norway — When he first arrived in Europe, Abdu Osman Kelifa, a Muslim asylum seeker from the Horn of Africa, was shocked to see women in skimpy clothes drinking alcohol and kissing in public. Back home, he said, only prostitutes do that, and in locally made movies couples “only hug but never kiss.”

Confused, Mr. Kelifa volunteered to take part in a pioneering and, in some quarters, controversial program that seeks to prevent sexual and other violence by helping male immigrants from societies that are largely segregated or in which women show neither flesh nor public affection to adapt to more open European societies.

Fearful of stigmatizing migrants as potential rapists and playing into the hands of anti-immigrant politicians, most European countries have avoided addressing the question of whether men arriving from more conservative societies might get the wrong idea once they move to places where it can seem as if anything goes.

But, with more than a million asylum seekers arriving in Europe this year, an increasing number of politicians and also some migrant activists now favor offering coaching in European sexual norms and social codes.

Mr. Kelifa, 33, attended the education program at an asylum center in this town near the western Norwegian city of Stavanger. Like similar courses now underway in the village of Lunde and elsewhere in Norway, it was voluntary and was organized around weekly group discussions of rape and other violence.

The goal is that participants will “at least know the difference between right and wrong,” said Nina Machibya, the Sandnes center’s manager.

A course manual sets out a simple rule that all asylum seekers need to learn and follow: “To force someone into sex is not permitted in Norway, even when you are married to that person.”

It skirts the issue of religious differences, noting that while Norway has long been largely Christian, it is “not religion that sets the laws” and that, whatever a person’s faith, “the rules and laws nevertheless have to be followed.”

In Denmark, lawmakers are pushing to have such sex education included in mandatory language classes for refugees. The German region of Bavaria, the main entry point to Germany for asylum seekers, is already experimenting with such classes at a shelter for teenage migrants in the town of Passau.

Norway, however, has been leading the way. Its immigration department mandated that such programs be offered nationwide in 2013, and hired a nonprofit foundation, Alternative to Violence, to train refugee center workers in how to organize and conduct classes on sexual and other forms of violence. The government provided funding for two years to pay for interpreters for the classes and is now reviewing the results and whether to extend its support.

“The biggest danger for everyone is silence,” said Per Isdal, a clinical psychologist in Stavanger who works with the foundation, which developed the program Mr. Kelifa attended in Sandes.

Many refugees “come from cultures that are not gender equal and where women are the property of men,” Mr. Isdal said. “We have to help them adapt to their new culture.”

The first such program to teach immigrants about local norms and how to avoid misreading social signals was initiated in Stavanger, the center of Norway’s oil industry and a magnet for migrants, after a series of rapes from 2009 to 2011.

Henry Ove Berg, who was Stavanger’s police chief during the spike in rape cases, said he supported providing migrants sex education because “people from some parts of the world have never seen a girl in a miniskirt, only in a burqa.” When they get to Norway, he added, “something happens in their heads.”

He said, “there was a link but not a very clear link” between the rape cases and the city’s immigrant community. According to the state broadcaster, NRK, which reviewed court documents, only three of 20 men found guilty in those cases were native Norwegians, the rest immigrants.

The claim that refugees and immigrants in general are prone to commit rape has become a main rallying cry of anti-migrant activists across Europe, with each case of sexual violence by a newcomer presented as evidence of an imported scourge.

Hege Storhaug, a former Norwegian journalist who runs Human Rights Service, an organization fiercely critical of Islam, has seized on the issue to rally public opposition to refugees, asserting on her group’s website that Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany had opened the way to an “epidemic of rape” with her welcoming approach to migrants.

Norway, like most European countries, does not break down crime statistics by ethnicity or religion. A 2011 report by Norway’s state statistical bureau noted that “immigrants are overrepresented in the crime statistics” but suggested that this was not due to cultural differences but because many of the immigrants were young men.

“It should not be surprising if groups with large proportions of young males have higher crime rates than groups with large proportions elderly women,” the report said.

Hanne Kristin Rohde, a former head of the violent crime section of the Oslo Police Department, said she ran into a wall of hostility when, in 2011 while still in the police force, she blamed sexual violence by foreign men on cultural factors and went public with data suggesting that immigrants committed a hugely disproportionate number of rapes.

“This was a big problem but it was difficult to talk about it,” Ms. Rohde said recently, asserting that there was “a clear statistical connection” between sexual violence and male migrants from countries where “women have no value of their own.” The taboo, she added, has since eased somewhat.

“There are lots of men who haven’t learned that women have value,” said Ms. Rohde, who wants mandatory sexual conduct classes for all new male migrants. “This is the biggest problem, and it is a cultural problem.”

But many question whether there is a clear link between migrants and crime. Last month, the German interior minister, Thomas de Maizière, said that asylum seekers were no more prone to crime, including sexual violence, than Germans.

“In general, the available recent trend findings show that refugees commit just as few or as many crimes as groups of the local population,” he said.

Mr. Kelifa, the African asylum seeker, said he still had a hard time accepting that a wife could accuse her husband of sexual assault. But he added that he had learned how to read previously baffling signals from women who wear short skirts, smile or simply walk alone at night without an escort.

“Men have weaknesses and when they see someone smiling it is difficult to control,” Mr. Kelifa said, explaining that in his own country, Eritrea, “if someone wants a lady he can just take her and he will not be punished,” at least not by the police.

Norway, he said, treats women differently. “They can do any job from prime minister to truck driver and have the right to relax” in bars or on the street without being bothered, he added.

Mr. Isdal, the Stavanger psychologist, said refugees, particularly those traumatized by war, represent a “risk group” that is not predestined to violent crime but that does need help to cope with a new and alien environment.

The program he helped design focuses on getting newly arrived refugees to open up about their attitudes toward sex, through discussions in small groups supervised by a monitor, usually a native Norwegian. A manual prepared for the course includes sections on “Norwegian laws and values,” as well as violence against children and women.

A class held on Wednesday in Lunde, a village southwest of Oslo, focused on differing perceptions of “honor” and how violence that might be seen as honorable in some cultures is shameful and also illegal in Norway.

A rival program, developed by a private company called Hero Norge, which runs asylum centers under a contract with the government, also promotes discussion as the best way to expose and break down views that can lead to trouble.

Hero Norge’s teaching material studiously avoids casting migrants in a bad light and instead presents a fictional character called Arne, a native Norwegian, as a model of predatory behavior. The main immigrant character, a 27-year-old called Hassan, is, by contrast, introduced as a “good man” who is “honest and well liked.”

In one episode, Arne, the Norwegian, tells Hassan he plans to ply a young woman with alcoholic drinks “to soften her up.” People taking the course are asked questions such as: “How should Hassan react?” “What do you think Arne means when he says he wants to ‘soften her up?’ ” “Is it O.K. to ‘soften someone up’ with alcohol?”

Berit Harr, a course monitor at a refugee center in Ha, a coastal village south of Stavanger, said it was important to avoid making migrants feel as if they were under suspicion while getting them to talk about their own views on relations between the sexes.

“It is difficult to talk about sex,” she said. But, she added, doing so can help refugees navigate potentially dangerous situations in a strange land.

“It is normal here for boys and girls to be friends,” she said. “Smiling and flirting are normal. It doesn’t mean anything. If a girl is drunk it does not mean she is willing to do anything.”

Two Jihadis Found Guilty of Plot To Bomb Danish Newspaper That Published "Mo" Cartoons

Norway has experience a first in their court system when today a judge sentenced two Muslim terrorists of plotting to bomb the Danish newspaper that published the Mohammed cartoons back in 2005 - yes, this was the first time a Norwegian court had convicted someone of "plotting" to commit a terrorist act. Well, I think it won't be the last time.

From the article at DAWN:

An Oslo court on Monday sentenced two men to prison for planning to bomb the Danish newspaper that published cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), in Norway’s first-ever guilty verdict for “plotting to commit a terrorist act.”

Norwegian national Mikael Davud, a member of China’s Uighur minority considered the mastermind behind the plot against the Jyllands-Posten daily, was sentenced to seven years behind bars.

Shawan Sadek Saeed Bujak, an Iraqi Kurd residing in Norway, meanwhile received a three-and-a-half-year prison term.

According to the prosecution, the two men had in liaison with al Qaeda planned to use explosives against the offices of the Danish newspaper and to murder Kurt Westergaard, the cartoonist behind the most controversial of the 12 drawings of the Muslim Prophet published in September 2005.

This story gives credence to the fact that Muslim terrorists have literally the patience of Job when it comes to revenge - those cartoons were done nearly 7 years ago yet these clowns still see vengeance. For a cartoon. Now, it's over 10 years since 9/11 here in America and I still seek vengeance for that but hell, that was over 3,000 dead Americans....these idiots want to kill dozens or hundreds because a newspaper exhibited free speech.

Now, the fact that the one jihadi got seven years and the other got 3.5 years is an absolute joke. After the Norwegian killing spree last year by the Norwegian nutcase, Brevik, I'd be willing to bet you that any WHITE Norwegian native plotting to repeat his kind of attack would probably get 50 years in prison, but because these two are Muslims, they get off with the same sentence as someone stealing a plasma television set.

Two found guilty of ‘terrorist plot’ in Danish cartoon case

OSLO: An Oslo court on Monday sentenced two men to prison for planning to bomb the Danish newspaper that published cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), in Norway’s first-ever guilty verdict for “plotting to commit a terrorist act.”

Westergaard’s drawing, which has earned him numerous death threats and an assassination attempt, showed the Prophet wearing a turban shaped like a bomb with a lit fuse.

The prosecution had demanded prison sentences of 11 and five years respectively.

“There is no doubt that it was Davud who took the initiative in the preparations for a terrorist act and that he was the central character,” the three judges said in their ruling.

“The court also believes that it was he himself who would have carried out the terrorist attack since he has explained that he planned to lay out the explosives himself,” they added.

The judges also said the prosecution had proven “beyond any doubt that Davud knowingly and voluntarily plotted with al Qaeda to carry out a bomb attack against Jyllands-Posten with a bomb that was so powerful that he understood human life could be lost.” The court did not however find it proven that the men had planned to assassinate Westergaard.

According to Norway’s intelligence service PST, Davud, a short, bearded 40-year-old, received training in making and using explosives from al Qaeda members and sympathisers in Pakistan’s region of Waziristan between November 2008 and July 2010.

Jyllands-Posten’s publication of the 12 cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed provoked violent and even deadly protests across much of the Muslim world.

On Monday, the Danish paper refused to comment on the verdict in Oslo.

David Jakobsen, an Uzbek arrested at the same time as Davud and Bujak in July 2010, was meanwhile acquitted Monday of the most serious charges but was sentenced to four months behind bars for helping the two others to procure the materials needed to create the explosives.

The three men had all pleaded not guilty to the charges when the trial opened and their lawyers asked for their acquittal.

Davud however did confess to planning an attack, but said it was directed at Chinese interests in Norway and not at Jyllands-Posten.

The member of the oppressed Uighur minority in China said he had been acting out of purely personal motives and that he had manipulated the two others so they would help him get hold of chemicals, including hydrogen peroxide, which he needed to build a bomb.

Bujak, 39, meanwhile admitted that he had spoken with Davud about the possibility of punishing Jyllands-Posten for the cartoons, but insisted the comments were vague and did not constitute a terrorist plot.

“Bujak helped Davud with the preparations … and there is no doubt that he was very much involved,” the judges ruled, nonetheless lending credence to his insistence he had had no intention of participating in the attack itself.

As for Jakobsen, who contacted police voluntarily in November 2009 and was the only one of the three to have been released from custody until the verdict, he categorically denied any intention to participate in the plot.

Oh Great! Now Judges and Policemen in Norway Can Wear Muslim Hijabs

I'm sure the people of Norway are just thrilled now that it appears that they can appear before a judge wearing an islamic hijab or a face veil and even more thrilled to know that the police they called because their daughter was being raped by a Muslim gang is soon to arriving wearing the same head scarves of Mo.

Gimme a damn break, Norway...I got ancestors rolling in their graves over there.

From the story at World Bulletin:

A government-appointed committee is set to make recommendations that will allow police and judges in Norway to wear clothing and personal effects with religious overtones, including the Muslim hijab, The Local said.

Tasked with setting out a new religious affairs policy, the committee believes that religious symbols like the hijab and the Christian cross should be granted a place in Norwegian public life, Christian newspaper Vårt Land reports.

“We need to be able to tolerate being exposed to other people’s religion, whether we meet an imam in a hospital corridor or a police officer with a hijab,” one committee member told the newspaper.

Another member confirmed the committee’s stance.

“Based on discussions with the committee, I am convinced that it will be possible to combine religious headgear with judges’ robes and police uniforms.”

You know what this is, don't you? This is the Norwegian officials paying ransom...they honestly believe that by allowing the Islamists in their country this little payback, they will be good little Norwegian citizens and not cause trouble. Yeah right. Give em an inch, they'll take 10 miles is what I always say and unfortunately for these stupid Norwegians, they'll have to find out for themselves.

Lemme see for a second here...let's say you are the owner of a business in Oslo and one of the employees you fired because she wouldn't abide by your dress code rules for the business you own is taking you to court for unlawful termination and as you wait in court, here comes the judge into the courtroom wearing a hijab.

Norway may allow police and judges with headscarves

Sturla Stålsett, who heads the committee, clarified that Norway would not choose to go down the same road as France, which banned the wearing of the hijab in schools in 2004.

“Our conclusions will reflect the fact that we in no way want to hide away or reduce the presence of religious symbols. We want to ensure that diversity can be robust,” he said.

The issue of hijab-wearing police officers sparked a furious debate three years ago, leading then Justice Minister Knut Storberget (Labour Party) to retract a proposal that would have allowed Muslim women in the police force to wear the headscarves.

The religious policy committee, formed by Culture Minister Anniken Huitfeldt (Labour Party), held its first meeting in August 2010.

It has been mandated with examining Norway’s current policies on faith and religion with a view to developing new proposals that will give the country a more coherent approach. It is expected to present its findings by the end of this year.

Norwegian Woman Pummeled By Egyptian Millionaire's Son....Because She Said "No" To Marriage Proposal

Victim's face before and after she was attacked by boyfriend. (Al Wafd Newspaper)

You know, Muslims don't like the word "no." When a Muslim insists that you convert to Islam and you say "no" - you are left with two choices - have your head chopped off or live in slavery paying the jizya (I guess the third choice you have is to fight back and beat the hell out of the mutherfucker). So, when an Egyptian Muslim decided to ask a Norwegian woman for her hand in marriage and she decided to turn that down...well, this guy didn't like that either and so he beat the ever loving crap out of her and were it not for some pedestrians, this woman might be dead at this very moment.

Like I say, they don't like the word "no" - see, you have to remember, they think they OWN the planet and certainly Muslim men OWN any woman they fancy.

The story comes from Emirates 24/7.

Snubbed millionaire's brutal attack on girlfriend

A Norwegian girl was brutally attacked by her boyfriend as she refused to marry him.

Twenty four year old Sulvy Leopreez Sakkur was severely beaten by her Egyptian millionaire boyfriend.

The lady confirmed the news in an interview with Al Wafd newspaper. She identified her boyfriend as Ahmed AL Ajati, the son of Egyptian millionaire Yahiya Al Ajati.
She said, “The reason behind this was because I refused to marry him and asked him to end our relationship".

Sulvy said she feared to speak up about her ordeal for fear of being punished more by the businessman and his son.

The incident took place on September 7th when she was in her flat at Ma’adi accompanied by her boyfriend. Sulvy asked him to end their relationship and refused his marriage proposal.

She was surprised by his reactiono as he started screaming hysterically then hit her small dog on the wall and trumpled it under his feet.

She pleaded and begged him to stop, but instead directed his anger towards her. He hit her hard on his face and stomach.

She experienced heavy blood flow from her mouth and face. Her neighbour heard the comotion and inquired about the reason for her cries. But Ahmed threatened to beat Sulvy more if she dared to open her mouth.

Ahmed AL Ajat lied to the neighbour who was at the door of her apartment.

Soon after he dragged Sulvy by her hair from her apartment from the fifth floor to the ground and pulled her into the car.

Sulvy tried to call her friend but could not manage to do so as Ahmed grabbed her hand and threw the mobile out of the car.

Sulvy testified that she was saved by pedestrians who carried her to the hospital and reported the incident to the police. But she feared more torture from the powerful business family.

Iranians Not Fond of Norwegian Students Lumping the Ayatollah In With Hitler

The poor, poor misunderstood Iranians - you'd figure that when they call for the destruction of Israel and all of the Jews in that country and also have stood fast with their denial of the Holocaust, people would understand better that their supreme leader just CANNOT be compared to Hitler, yanno?!

Well, some Norwegian college students have put up a poster that shows the Iranian Ayatollah grouped in with the likes of Hitler and Stalin and the Iranian embassy in Norway is hopping mad about it. LOL.

The story is from Tundra Tabloids.

IRANIAN EMBASSY IN NORWAY WANTS TO CENSOR NORWEGIAN STUDENTS…….

NRK: Students ‘and Academics’ International Assistance Fund, SAIH currently conducting a campaign in support of student activists across the world, and the controversial poster hanging for hours in many Norwegian higher education institutions.

The head of the press, public relations and culture department at the embassy in Oslo, Mohammad Javad Hosseini who wrote the letter, which SAIH perceive as an attempt to censor them.

Khomeini is in bad company

The Embassy is put off that Khomeini is pictured with famous dictators, but especially the fact that Hitler is in the picture, the Iranians ask SAIH to remove the picture as quickly as possible.

- You have offended the feelings of a great nation, which we believe is on their agenda, it is stated in the letter.

- For your information it Khomeini was the popular leader of the Iranian history. When he overthrew the king in 1979 supported more than 98 percent of the people to him. Since 1979, Iran held elections for parliament and president several times. Embassy condemns again this regrettable action, and expect that the organization does something with this offensive initiative, it is stated in the letter from the Iranian Embassy.

Surprised by the reaction

Deputy Erik Schreiner Evans in SAIH believes the Iranians do not understand what free speech is.

Deputy Erik Schreiner Evans in SAIH said the inquiry was very surprising.

- It shows not only that the embassy does not respect freedom of speech, but they have not understood it. The inquiry illustrates exactly the problem we are trying to focus on, he says.

SAIH refuses to remove the poster, but assured in its answers to the Embassy that the purpose has been to hurt anyone’s feelings or reduce the importance of the popular uprising against the Shah that Khomeini headed.

- SAIH believe that students and student movements are a key in securing and maintaining democratic society, writes SAIH in the letter that is signed by SAIH deputy Erik Schreiner Evans.

- Known to be brutal

- We did not mean to say that there is another connection between the historical characters on the poster than they are internationally known to be brutal, anti-democratic and authoritarian, and that they all have a well-documented history of persecuting and killing political opponents. That, in addition to having familiar faces, is why we chose them specifically for this campaign, it is stated in the response letter.

The letter ends by stating that it is not necessary to remove the poster

- In fact, we think it is surprising and somewhat provocative that you are trying to censor us in this way.

While Norway Sorts Out the Motives of Apparent Bomber/Assassin Anders Behring Breivik, Muslim Terrorists Continue To Kill Across the Globe

The horrific bombing and subsequent shooting of youths at a camp in Oslo, Norway is apparently the work of a lone figure, namely Anders Behring Breivik...a native Norwegian with no apparent ties to Islam. I am waiting to see more coming out of confessions and interviews of Breivik to hear exactly what he is saying about his motive for this grisly assault on innocents in Norway, but in the meantime I want to address some of those that have appeared at this blog (out of the woodwork, I might add) to suddenly come to the defense of radical islam and scold me for my rush to judgement to blame these attacks on al Qaeda and islamists.

1. Naming al Qaeda/Islamists as the culprits in the Oslo bombing and shooting rampage

Okay, before I get too far into this, I'd like to point out to every one of the Muslim defenders and Leftist hacks who have come to this site since I put up the original post, that EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU thought this was the act of radical islamic terrorists. Of course I reached that conclusion immediately and SO DID YOU. And if you won't admit it, you're a pussy and in self-denial.

Secondly, if you recall, this attacks wasn't more than moments old when an islamic group took credit for the attacks.

Finally, with nearly 17,500 acts of world terrorism committed by radical islamists since 9/11 are you going to doubt me for my summation of what happened in Oslo?

2. "Christian fundamentalist" vs. Islamic jihadi
I find it funny that this person, this Anders Breivik, is being portrayed as a Christian. Headlines are carrying that all over the place. It's funny because after reviewing hundreds of documented stories of terror attacks around this world in the past month, I have yet to find a single headline that identifies the perpetrators as "Islamic." People on the Left in America have been sitting on the edge of their seats for years for this kind of a situation - they've had their little signs and banners getting dusty in the corners of their basements in preparation to protest and march down the street about the violence of Christians and right wingers.

Does anyone remember the rush to judgement that the Left in America made in blaming the Tucson shooting on a right winger? At the same time, does anyone remember Mayor Bloomberg of NYC suggesting that the Times Square Bomber was someone dismayed about national healthcare?

3. The REAL terrorism

In the month of July alone, radical islamic terrorist have done the following:

  • Killed 49 people in Pakistan
  • Killed 77 people in Afghanistan
  • Killed 25 people in Nigeria
  • Killed 4 people in Thailand
  • Killed 55 people in Iraq
  • Killed 20 people in Yemen
  • Killed 3 people in the Sudan
  • Killed 1 person in Algeria
  • Killed 1 person in the Philippines
  • Killed 2 people in India

So, with all of that being said, this cowardly act in Norway is more than disturbing. It is abominable no matter who did it and for what reason. But while the yellow belly Marxists and islamist appeasers in America and Europe point their little Cheetos-stained fingers and scream about the identity of the accused, I'll continue to blog about the hundreds and thousands that are dying each and every day at the hands of those who follow the direction of the Qur'an.

One last thing. If tonight the news broke that a bus had been bombed in central London and that 38 people had been killed, would you think it had something to do with radical islamic terrorists?

Oslo, Norway Is Rocked By Al Qaeda Bombing UPDATED: Now At Least 17 Dead After Attackers Hit Youth Camp

Oslo, Norway was rocked today by islamic terror bombings at the government and newspaper buildings. So far, there are reports of two dead and many wounded in the attack.

Here's some of the latest from The Long War Journal:

A large explosion in downtown Oslo today has killed at least two people and injured scores more. The massive blast, which was caused by at least one bomb, blew out windows at several government buildings and triggered an evacuation of the area, according to The Associated Press. A "prominent jihadist" claimed today's attack on an al Qaeda-linked forum, and said it was carried out to punish Norway for deploying troops to Afghanistan.

The explosion, which occurred at about 3:30 in the afternoon, heavily damaged the offices of the prime minister as well as those of a nearby newspaper and a news agency. Across the street, the Norwegian oil ministry building caught fire. The Norwegian Prime Minister, Jens Stoltenberg, who was working at home that day, was apparently unhurt. He has described the situation as "very serious," according to the BBC, and asked that his location not be revealed.

The 17-story building housing the government offices as well as that of the Norwegian tabloid VG was on fire, and the ground floor is reported to be "completely gutted." The Norwegian police have issued a statement saying that a "powerful explosion has taken place in the government quarter," according to the Telegraph.

Norwegian police have confirmed that the explosion was caused by a bomb. The remains were visible of a car parked in front of one of the buildings. Speculation has arisen as to a delivery van that was parked nearby, reports The Foreigner. Some witnesses said there were multiple explosions, the Telegraph reported.

The attack may have involved more than one bomb. A spokesman for the National Police Directorate said that "[w]e think there was more than one blast," the New York Times reported.

As you can see, this appears to have been a vehicle-borne explosive device and there may have been more than one involved. I am absolutely dumbfounded that only two people died in this blast as you can see the devastation is pretty severe.

Now, these al Qaeda punks are trying to put this off as some sort of reprisal for Norwegian support in the War in Afghanistan but let's face it, this is jihad for the sake of jihad...terror for the sake of terror. This is all about reinforcing that those in Europe who have been inundated by the plague of Muslim emigration better be careful how they act now - this is all about intimidating public policy in the future.

Afterall, you could put into the bed of a pick up truck the number of dead Taliban that have been tallied by the small contingent of Norwegian troops in Afghanistan. Bottom line is that Norway has been a bit asleep at the wheel and has appeased the Muslims there - the Muslims are now returning the favor with a statement that they intend to take over the Scandinavian country.

UPDATE:

This story is spinning so fast it is hard to keep up but the latest from The Jerusalem Post states that at least 17 are now dead - 7 at the scene of the bombing of the government building and then another 10 at the scene of a Norwegian youth camp where a shooter, who was disguised as a policeman, opened fire killing at least 10.

From the JPost article:

and hours later a gunman opened fire at a youth camp on a nearby island, killing nine or ten people.

One witness said he saw 20 dead at the youth camp, but police said they had no confirmation of deaths on the island.

"I've seen it with my own eyes, at least 20 dead people lying in the water," Andre Skeie, 26, told Reuters by telephone. He said he had gone to Utoeya island with his boat to help people evacuate the island after the shooting.

Police said they arrested a suspect in the shooting attack and said they believed there was a connection between the two attacks.

Now, I just saw a news feed that says that Norwegian officials are saying that the shooter at the youth camp is a Norwegian - hmmm....does that mean a Muslim Norwegian or not? I probably won't be updating this anymore but I gotta believe that this death toll is going to go up and up - I'm guessing that from both sites, we might see upwards of 30 dead from these horrific attacks on the Norwegians.

Deadly bombings hit Oslo government, newspaper buildings

A witness said that "it must have been a bomb. People ran in panic... I counted at least 10 injured people," Reuters reported.

Al Qaeda-linked terrorists quickly claimed responsibility for today's attack. Abu Suleiman al Nasser, who is described by the SITE Intelligence Group as a "prominent jihadist," claimed the attack and linked it to Norway's deployment of forces in Afghanistan. Nasser also said today's attack was related to the December 2010 suicide attack in Stockholm, Sweden, that killed one person.

"Norway was targeted today to be a lesson and an example to the other countries of Europe," Nasser said in a statement released on the al Qaeda-linked Shumukh al Islam forum, according to a translation provided by SITE. "Since the Stockholm invasion we had threatened more operations and we demanded that the countries of Europe withdraw their armies from the land of Afghanistan and stop their war on Islam and Muslims. We repeat our warning anew to the countries of Europe, and we say to them: carry out the demands of the mujahideen, because what you are seeing is merely the beginning, and what is coming is more."

Another jihadist, who is known as Amir Grozny, said today's attack was in retaliation for Norway's deployment of troops to Afghanistan.

"You have moments to get your soldiers out of the tomb of Khorasan, else you will see blood flow in the streets," Amir Grozny said in a post at the Shumukh al Islam forum, according to SITE.

Today's attack takes place just nine days after Norwegian prosecutors filed charges against Mullah Krekar, a radical Islamist cleric who founded the al Qaeda-linked, Iraq based Ansar al Islam. Krakar threatened to carry out attacks against government officials if he was deported from Norway.

Also, on July 8, prosecutors sought to charge three men linked to al Qaeda for plotting terror attacks in Scandinavia. Mikael Davud, a Uighur, and Shawan Sadek Saeed Bujak, an Iraqi Kurd, both confessed to plotting attacks; the third suspect, David Jakobsen, an Uzbek, was released last year.

Today's attack is the first on Norwegian soil since World War II. The country's terror level has been raised, and citizens are being warned to stay away from central Oslo in the immediate aftermath of the attack.

14 Year Old Norwegian Girl Commits Suicide After Beating and Rape by 3 Teenage Muslim Boys

Fuming here, as you can imagine. These stories from Sweden and Norway where the young women and girls there are falling victim to the gangs of Muslims in the countries of my ancestors is almost too much for me to take.

I'll just leave you with the gruesome story that comes to us from Tundra Tabloids:

14 YR.OLD COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER BRUTAL GANG RAPE BY MUSLIM BOYS…….

It doesn’t get anymore real than this folks, wild hordes of Muslim immigrant ‘youths’ preying on young white girls because their own kind are off limits. Do all Muslim youths commit such deeds, of course not, but enough of them do to make it a serious enough situation and danger for ethnic Norwegian girls, Fjordman has been reporting on it for years. More European Terror Plots Unveiled - Norway Arrests Two Jihadis Who Admit Plots

The hits just keep coming - let see, does anyone see any kind of trend here? Norwegian residents with immigration status from Iraq and China's Uighur region have been apprehended as they plotted two separate terror attacks - one against the Danish cartoon publishing newspaper and the other against the Chinese embassy in Oslo. And both of them have sung like canaries, revealing the plots that they were working on.

If you were to list, on a piece of paper, the number of islamic terror plots that have been uncovered in Europe and Canada and America over the past six months ... you would be astounded. Literally, each week sees at least three reports of plots that have been either discovered or caught in their inception.

But of course, it just isn't right that we "profile" muslims in any of this.

Here's the story from (gag) The New York Times:

Norway: Admission in Bomb Plot Against a Danish Newspaper

Two men held in Norway have admitted planning bomb attacks, one of them against a Danish newspaper that published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad in 2005, the Norwegian authorities said Tuesday. The other planned attack was against the Chinese Embassy in Oslo, security police said. Shawan Sadek Saeed Bujak, a 37-year-old Iraqi Kurd with Norwegian residency, had confessed to plotting to attack Jyllands-Posten, one of Denmark’s largest newspapers, before his arrest in July. Mikael Davud, 39, a member of China’s Uighur minority with Norwegian citizenship, admitted Tuesday that he planned to blow up the Chinese Embassy in Oslo, his lawyer told the Norwegian state broadcaster NRK. A spokeswoman for the Norwegian Police Security Service said the charge against the two, conspiring to commit terror in Norway, could be amended to reflect Mr. Bujak’s Danish target.

Norwegian Muslim Praises Allah For Deaths of 4 Norwegian Troops Killed By IED In Afghanistan

A 24 year old Muslim in Norway apparently wants some more attention as he has now praised the killing of 4 Norwegian troops in Afghanistan by a Taliban IED. From the article at The Foreigner:

Mohyeldeen Mohammed, the outspoken Muslim, is in the news again. Reports from VG indicate he’s praised Allah in an open statement on his Facebook page for Sunday’s roadside bomb that killed four Norwegian soldiers.

“These monsters aren’t soldiers, as Western Freemasonic media portrays them. Therefore, I wish death and misery upon ever single Norwegian, or other Western terrorist assailants, who travel to our countries and partake in an illegal occupation of and aggression against one of the world’s poorest countries,” writes Mohammed.

“Norwegian soldiers are terrorists and must expect to be assassinated. They’re at war and have probably killed civilians,” he says.
As you all are aware, I have blood ties to Norway and I gotta tell you, this enrages me - the fact that the Norwegians have put these kind of scum into the populace is maddening to me. Imagine, the mother of one of those four Norwegian soldiers being exposed to these kinds of comments. Norway has a modest contingent in Afghanistan - their exposure there is much less than their cohorts from Denmark and another European neighbor, the Dutch, but at least the Norwegians did commit to standing up to islamic terror originating on 9/11. And in the midst of that stand, a puke like this 24 year old pile of shit can defame the service and sacrifice of these young Norsk soldiers is simply unacceptable.

But we must remember, muslims like Mohammed here are not in Norway to good Norwegian citizens...they are there to help overthrow that country and install sharia law and add to the World Caliphate. At some point in time, people of the world are going to realize that these people are not citizens but combatants.

Norwegian Muslim praises Afghan killings

Mohyeldeen Mohammed, the outspoken Muslim, is in the news again. Reports from VG indicate he’s praised Allah in an open statement on his Facebook page for Sunday’s roadside bomb that killed four Norwegian soldiers.

At war
The controversial 24-year-old from Iraq has previously advocated stoning homosexuals to death, and has warned of terrorist reprisals on Norwegian soil at a demonstration in Oslo in the wake of Dagbladet’s publishing of a Prophet Mohammed cartoon.

Arfan Qadir Bhatti agrees. Bhatti has recently been acquitted of charges of planning a paramilitary attack on the US and Israeli Embassies in Norway.

“Norwegian soldiers are terrorists and must expect to be assassinated. They’re at war and have probably killed civilians,” he says.

Setback
Several organisations and other Muslims have distanced themselves from Mohammed’s contentious remarks, calling them “tasteless”, and “sad”.

“It’s one thing disagreeing with Norwegian soldiers’ engagement in Afghanistan, but it’s quite different when you celebrate another person’s death,” says Norwegian convert Yousef Assidiq, who initiated February’s demonstration.

Tina Kornmo of the pro-integration network LIM (Likestilling, Integrering, Mangfold) says Mohammed is a lone wolf, and fears his comments could increase desegregation.

“I believe most Norwegian Muslims grieve for the loss of four of their countrymen. It will be very sad if his comments fuel an increased view by ethnic Norwegians that we’re bigoted and not part of society,” she says.

Norway and Sweden Arrest A Total of 6 In Terror Plot/Financing

Norway and Sweden each detained three people linked to financing terror abroad and plotting terror attacks. The arrests in Norway were for people suspected of financing terror overseas - the three arrested in Sweden were actually plotting a terror act.
The details are sketchy at this point but it's good to see the Scandinavians not messing around.
I guess I don't have to mention that the Norway financing was going to islamist extremists abroad, do I?

Here's the full story from Breitbart.

Norway arrests 3 suspected of financing terrorism

OSLO (Reuters) - Norway's state security police detained three people on Thursday suspected of financing terrorist activities abroad, the police said.
The three were arrested at various addresses in Oslo with the support of Norway's economic crime unit and Oslo's district police, the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) said in a statement.
The PST, which is responsible for national security, did not identify the suspects or the terrorist activity it believes they have supported.
It said in the statement that it would not comment further before it asked an Oslo court to let it hold one or more of the suspects in custody pending further investigation.
In Sweden, security services said they had taken three Swedish citizens into custody on suspicion of planning acts of terror and of financing terrorism. It was not clear whether the cases were connected.
Norway's PST said in its threat assessment for 2008 earlier this month that the threat of terrorism in Norway was low, but that it had indications some people were providing support to extremist Islamic organizations abroad.
