After the 9/11 attacks, the public was told al Qaeda acted alone, with no state sponsors.

But the White House never let it see an entire section of Congress' investigative report on 9/11 dealing with "specific sources of foreign support" for the 19 hijackers, 15 of whom were Saudi nationals.

It was kept secret and remains so today.

President Bush inexplicably censored 28 full pages of the 800-page report. Text isn't just blacked-out here and there in this critical-yet-missing middle section. The pages are completely blank, except for dotted lines where an estimated 7,200 words once stood (this story by comparison is about 1,000 words).

A pair of lawmakers who recently read the redacted portion say they are "absolutely shocked" at the level of foreign state involvement in the attacks.

Reps. Walter Jones (R-NC) and Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.) can't reveal the nation identified by it without violating federal law. So they've proposed Congress pass a resolution asking President Obama to declassify the entire 2002 report, "Joint Inquiry Into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001."

Some information already has leaked from the classified section, which is based on both CIA and FBI documents, and it points back to Saudi Arabia, a presumed ally.

The Saudis deny any role in 9/11, but the CIA in one memo reportedly found "incontrovertible evidence" that Saudi government officials - not just wealthy Saudi hardliners, but high-level diplomats and intelligence officers employed by the kingdom - helped the hijackers both financially and logistically. The intelligence files cited in the report directly implicate the Saudi embassy in Washington and consulate in Los Angeles in the attacks, making 9/11 not just an act of terrorism, but an act of war.

The findings, if confirmed, would back up open-source reporting showing the hijackers had, at a minimum, ties to several Saudi officials and agents while they were preparing for their attacks inside the United States. In fact, they got help from Saudi VIPs from coast to coast:

LOS ANGELES: Saudi consulate official Fahad al-Thumairy allegedly arranged for an advance team to receive two of the Saudi hijackers - Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi - as they arrived at LAX in 2000. One of the advance men, Omar al-Bayoumi, a suspected Saudi intelligence agent, left the LA consulate and met the hijackers at a local restaurant. (Bayoumi left the United States two months before the attacks, while Thumairy was deported back to Saudi Arabia after 9/11.)

SAN DIEGO: Bayoumi and another suspected Saudi agent, Osama Bassnan, set up essentially a forward operating base in San Diego for the hijackers after leaving LA. They were provided rooms, rent and phones, as well as private meetings with an American al Qaeda cleric who would later become notorious, Anwar al-Awlaki, at a Saudi-funded mosque he ran in a nearby suburb. They were also feted at a welcoming party. (Bassnan also fled the United States just before the attacks.)

WASHINGTON: Then-Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar and his wife sent checks totaling some $130,000 to Bassnan while he was handling the hijackers. Though the Bandars claim the checks were "welfare" for Bassnan's supposedly ill wife, the money nonetheless made its way into the hijackers' hands.

Other al Qaeda funding was traced back to Bandar and his embassy - so much so that by 2004 Riggs Bank of Washington had dropped the Saudis as a client.

The next year, as a number of embassy employees popped up in terror probes, Riyadh recalled Bandar.

"Our investigations contributed to the ambassador's departure," an investigator who worked with the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Washington told me, though Bandar says he left for "personal reasons."

FALLS CHURCH, VA.: In 2001, Awlaki and the San Diego hijackers turned up together again - this time at the Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center, a Pentagon-area mosque built with funds from the Saudi Embassy. Awlaki was recruited 3,000 miles away to head the mosque. As its imam, Awlaki helped the hijackers, who showed up at his doorstep as if on cue. He tasked a handler to help them acquire apartments and IDs before they attacked the Pentagon.

Awlaki worked closely with the Saudi Embassy. He lectured at a Saudi Islamic think tank in Merrifield, Va., chaired by Bandar. Saudi travel itinerary documents I've obtained show he also served as the ­official imam on Saudi Embassy-sponsored trips to Mecca and tours of Saudi holy sites.

Most suspiciously, though, Awlaki fled the United States on a Saudi jet about a year after 9/11.

A school in Boston reportedly had a Muslim poem recital over the intercom instead of the Pledge of Allegiance on the 12th anniversary of 9/11.

The principal of Concord Carlisle High School, Peter Badalament issued an apology and said that a 'small number' of people were outraged at the poem, which was meant to promote 'cross-cultural understanding'.

According to the Washington Times, the Pledge of Allegiance was not read because of some confusion and the principal said that the school was unaware that their student pledge reader was unavailable that day.

The report said that Mohja Kahf's 'My Grandmother Washes Her Feet in the Sink of the Bathroom at Sears' was recited in which a granddaughter's account of watching her grandmother adhere to the religious Muslim custom of washing her feet five times a day, is described.

Badalament said that the district will integrate the feedback that has been offered into their future work with students, the report added.

Hiring hundreds of bureaucrats hasn't made America safer

September 11 was the moment when history finally caught up to America, that sparkling bright day when we lost whatever innocence still remained. Living in McLean, Va., and working as a military analyst for NBC News, I was no better prepared than anyone else. Ironies abounded: Beginning on a snowy morning in February, I had regularly taped running commentaries for an MSNBC documentary (remember them?) with a working title of "Attack on Manhattan." Focused on the unlikely idea of terrorists attacking the United States, it eerily predicted an attack on the twin towers and was scheduled to air later in September.

On that Tuesday, MSNBC was then programming endless footage of the search for missing intern Chandra Levy, interspersed with shark attacks on Florida's beaches. When the phone rang, I had to admit to an NBC News vice president that, no, I really hadn't been watching our network that morning. Even the burning tower failed to register as anything more than an unlikely accident until the second plane swooped in like a rampaging shark - and everything became instantly and horribly clear.

Air Force pilots are fond of saying that the three most useless things in the world are altitude above you, runway behind you - and one second ago. I thought of that while driving like a madman across the Potomac River's Chain Bridge, startled anew at seeing smoke plumes suddenly billowing from the Pentagon. I had worked there for five years as a strategic analyst - and many friends and colleagues still did. How had we missed the buildup to all this? If documentary film producers were capable of thinking the unthinkable, then why hadn't the professionals responsible for our security absorbed lessons ceaselessly drummed into my generation as the living legacy of Pearl Harbor?

I tried to make sense of it both for myself and for TV audiences in the days and months that followed. In reporting its lengthy deliberations, the 9/11 Commission added the phrases "connecting the dots" and "failure of imagination" to the national lexicon as explanations for our catastrophic intelligence failure. However, no one in a major position of responsibility was ever fired, disciplined or had their careers terminated as the implacable penalty for failure. CIA Director George Tenet was even awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, as if he were somebody really special like Oprah. Worse yet, we rushed to create huge new bureaucracies with hopeful titles - the Directorate of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security - both dedicated to the proposition that September 11 resulted from the absence of adult supervision in government.

Then precisely a year ago, Benghazi, provided unmistakable proof that problems considered "done and done" after September 11 are the relentlessly persistent flaws of American governance. We now know that the CIA was involved at every stage of the Benghazi tragedy, yet the agency never managed to persuade White House decision-makers that the 11th anniversary of 9/11 was an occasion worth considering as an actual threat - and preparing accordingly. (And risk interrupting a campaign narrative that seems to be working?)

Similarly lost in the hullabaloo over National Security Agency spying is that collecting a gazillion bits and bytes of information, while documenting the random and randy thoughts of every American cruising the Internet, somehow resulted in another failure of intelligence - one that did not prevent the April bombing of the Boston Marathon. Despite tips from Russian intelligence concerning the growing Islamist radicalization of the elder Tsarnaev brother, the FBI somehow failed to warn the Boston Police Department that they might have a problem on their hands.

Then how much has changed? In 1962, future Nobel laureate Thomas Schelling wrote this forward to Roberta Wohlstetter's classic book on Pearl Harbor: "Surprise, when it happens to a government, is likely to be a complicated, diffuse bureaucratic thing . The results at Pearl Harbor were sudden, concentrated and dramatic. The failure, however, was cumulative, widespread, and rather drearily familiar."

Mr. Schelling's words could have been applied with equal validity to the 9/11 Commission, the accountability review board that halfheartedly investigated Benghazi and whatever inquiry may eventually look into the Boston Marathon bombing. We seem to think that growing government a little more and adding just another layer of bureaucratic supervision must necessarily be the right answer to whatever security or related nightmare currently troubles us.

Having tried everything else, can we fight more like networks than hierarchies? How about cutting administrative layers, shortening chains of command and placing more responsibility and accountability at lower, rather than higher, levels? Do that while dispensing with a few bureaucrats - either for acting as bad examples or just for the heck of it - and our future might contain more pleasant surprises than our past.

The Million Muslim March planned for Sept. 11 in Washington, D.C., has been getting a great deal of publicity. This cynical and manipulative event is an attempt to obscure the reality of what happened on 9/11, portray Muslims as victims and intimidate government and law enforcement officials into ending surveillance of suspected jihadists. It's a victory "victimhood" march. Where is the Million Muslim March against jihad? Ethnic cleansing? Shariah?

But we're not going to let them take over 9/11. My organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, or AFDI, along with a group of 9/11 family members and noted human rights activists, is holding a joint press conference and memorial service at Ground Zero in New York City on Sept. 11.

Our memorial and press conference puts the focus back where it should be: on the victims of 9/11, and our need to be vigilant in the face of the ongoing jihad threat.

The memorial and press conference will begin at 1 p.m. at the southwest corner of Zuccotti Park, at Church and Cedar streets in lower Manhattan. Zuccotti Park's owners, Brookfield Properties, accepted our permit for our rally in June 2010 and then pulled it after hearing that it was us, protesting the Ground Zero Mosque. But they allowed Occupy Wall Street to live there like pigs for months, raping, stealing and more. And now again, Brookfield Properties is holding up our permit. Mayor Bloomberg's office pulled those strings through his girlfriend, Diana L. Taylor, who at that time was a member of Brookfield's board of directors.

But we will be there, no matter what. I'll be hosting the press conference along with my colleague, the noted scholar of Islam Robert Spencer. Featured speakers will be 9/11 family member Nelly Braginsky, 9/11 first responder Alan T. DeVona, Sudanese human rights activist Simon Deng and Coptic Christian human rights activist Ashraf Ramelah.

Nelly Braginsky is the mother of Alexander Braginsky, who was killed at the World Trade Center on 9/11. Alan T. DeVona was the Port Authority Police Department World Trade Center Patrol Sergeant at the time of the 9/11 jihad attack.

Deng, a former slave in Sudan, and Ramelah, the international director of Voice of the Copts, will explain how the appeasement of jihadists and Islamic supremacists, such as is represented by the direction of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, only aids and abets the wholesale persecution of non-Muslims in Sudan, Egypt and elsewhere.

The press conference will advocate for the honorable and respectful interment of unidentified 9/11 human remains at Ground Zero - not inside the museum, as planned. Nearly a decade ago, 9/11 families were promised in writing by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation in 2003 that these remains would be located in a "separate and distinct repository - separate from any museum or visitor center." But city officials and the museum directors reneged on that promise and plan to place 9,000 unidentified remains 70 feet (seven stories) below ground - where their relatives will be charged $25 admission to visit.

The press conference will also address the non-patriotic theme of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, including the absence of American flags on the site (there is only one flag at the site, and that one was originally put up by construction workers and then moved to the edge of the site, where it can barely be seen at all). This is consistent with National September 11 Memorial and Museum Creative Director Michael Shulan's initial rejection of the iconic flag-raising photo in the museum, complaining that it was "too rah-rah American."

Press conference speakers will also note the fact that the photos of the 9/11 jihad terrorists, plus their martyrdom quotes, will be prominently displayed in the museum, while information on the victims will be in a kiosk, much less prominently displayed. The victims' photos will be 12 feet above the floor on one wall (3,000-plus photos), while those of the 19 jihadis will have their own wall, with their murderous statements and artifacts at eye level.

Sept. 11 family member Sally Regenhard, who lost her only son, a firefighter, wrote: "The ‘pay to grieve' 9/11 museum is a national disgrace 9/11 family members never wanted a billion-dollar money pit. All we hoped for was a simple, uplifting, honorable and patriotic memorial for all who were lost that terrible September day. Instead, those who want to pay their respects will have to pay Bloomberg & Co."

We will be calling upon the federal government to take over the administration of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum. It should be a national museum. Sept. 11 family members should not have to pay $25 to visit the remains of 9,000 victims deep underground.

This is a scandal of immense proportions. The museum must be turned over to patriots. Now. And every American who is able to come should be at Ground Zero with us on 9/11. Vigilance.

Million Muslim March on 9/11 Linked to Islamist Radicals

Million Muslim March on 9/11 Linked to Islamist Radicals


In multiple media appearances, the organizers of the Million American March Against Fear (formerly the Million Muslim March), which will be held on September 11, claim that the march is being held to battle fear, discrimination and human rights violations. They are being wordsmiths. This is an Islamist-linked, conspiracy-promoting political rally that uses 9/11 to push an anti-Western narrative.

The march is being organized by American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC), an organization linked to Islamist radicals and 9/11 “Truthers.” The head organizers have personal histories of promoting an Islamist agenda for America, anti-Semitism and 9/11 conspiracy theories. In fact, according to one of the organizers, the name of the march was changed to accommodate non-Muslim 9/11 conspiracy theory groups.

On its website, AMPAC says:

“'Al-Qaeda’ is a joke. And so is the whole ‘war on terror.’”
​“Whether or not Al-Qaeda is completely mythical, the so-called ‘Islamic terrorist threat’ is pure hallucination.”
“Muslims, too, live in fear—of being dragged off into the night to Guantanamo and tortured, simply for the crime of being Muslim in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

A number of Muslim organizations have signed on for the Million American March Against Fear on 9/11. These include:

The rally’s website also claims support from a number of non-Muslim political groups including Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth Movement, DC Area 9/11 Truth Movement, March Against Drones and the Occupy Wall Street Movement.

AMPAC, the organization behind the march, is headed by MD Rabbi Alam, a controversial figure who is a documented 9/11 “Truther.” Last July, the Clarion Project discovered that Alam is personally associated with the pro-Hamas Islamist group Viva Palestina (VP) and that a number of Alam’s officials have served in official capacities for VP.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism says “[T]he Viva Palestina campaign is more about supporting and legitimizing Hamas than it is about providing aid to the needy …They treat Hamas leaders as the legitimate representatives of the Palestinian people and provide both material and political support to the terrorist organization.”

Viva Palestina is led by anti-American British politician George Galloway. VP was investigated by the British government in 2009 and is currently under investigation again. Canada has banned Galloway from entering the country because of his support for the Hamas terrorist group, which includes publicly handing a bag of cash to a Hamas minister.

Alam attended a fundraiser headlined by George Galloway on July 2, 2009 that brought in $103,000 for “medical relief for Palestinians in Gaza.” There is a photo of him sitting in the front row. The Gaza Strip is controlled by Hamas, a terrorist organization (as designated by the U.S. government) and the Palestinian wing of the Brotherhood. Other participants in the fundraiser included two Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups, Muslim American Society and American Muslims for Palestine. Alam is a documented 9/11 “Truther,” who claimed that no Jews were killed on 9/11 until he was confronted with the facts (he then apologized). In a video of a speech he prepared for an American Muslims for Palestine event, now blocked from the public, Alam says, “[T]his country, it is true, that when you are not involved in the mainstream, you are nothing but treated yourself as a stranger. It is as simple as it is.”

Alam also heads two other organizations that are also involved in organizing the march, the Missouri Democratic Party Asian American Caucus (MDPAAC) and the National Democratic Party Asian American Caucus.



March Speaker Imam Mahdi Bray: The U.S. Is Waging a War on Islam

One of the listed speakers is Imam Mahdi Bray, identified as an official of the Muslim American Society. In 2008, federal prosecutors said MAS was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.” Secret U.S. Muslim Brotherhood member and convicted terrorist Abdurrahman Alamoudi said in 2012 that “everyone knows that MAS is the Muslim Brotherhood.” In 2000, Bray was on stage with Abdurrahman Alamoudi when he praised Hamas and Hezbollah.

Bray gave an approving gesture and the audience cheered when the statement was made. Bray later condemned the Israeli assassination of Hamas’ spiritual leader as “state-sponsored terrorism.” He has also accused the U.S. of waging a “war on Islam.” In February 2008, Bray traveled to Egypt to stand in solidarity with Brotherhood members being prosecuted by the ruling government.



March Organizer Isa Hodge: You Can See Sharia Law in the Constitution Itself

Isa Hodge is the Chief of Operations of the rally on September 11 and the Executive Director of AMPAC. He is also a former Executive Member of MDPAAC.

On January 4, Hodge was on the AMPAC Internet show when he said, “You can actually see Sharia Law in the Constitution itself” and that “Muslims have been in this country long before the white man ever touched the shore.” He accused the U.S. government of a 9/11 cover-up in the same interview.



March Organizer Dr. Kevin Barrett: U.S. Gov’t Is Secretly Controlled by Zionist Conspiracy

Dr. Kevin Barrett is the Director of Media and Outreach of the rally on September 11 and National Communications Director of AMPAC. He has appeared on Iranian state TV and states emphatically that the U.S. government is secretly controlled by a Zionist conspiracy and 9/11 attacks were carried out by Israel. He is the founder of the Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance for 9/11 Truth.



More Documentation Linking Alam to Viva Palestina

Alam’s other organization, MDPAAC, has other links to Viva Palestina. The former Campaign Director, Fadi Banyalmarjeh, is a Syrian and was listed as a contact for a 2009 fundraiser featuring Galloway. He has also “liked” Galloway on his Facebook page. He also served as treasurer for Alam’s failed campaign for Secretary of State.

Banyalmarjeh’s profile now has photos supportive of former Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, who belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood. There is also an Internet post that appears to be written by Banyalmarjeh that quotes Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Banyalmarjeh’s name was removed from MDPAAC’s website shortly after our article was published.

MDPAAC also deleted the name of Mohamed El-Housiny as its Youth Coordinator. He was described in 2009 as a “Viva Palestina volunteer event coordinator” and took part in a VP convoy to Gaza in July 2009. He was also a member of a VP convoy that tried to break the Israeli blockade through Egypt in January 2010. He was injured in a clash with Egyptian security personnel. He spoke at an American Muslims for Palestine event on February 7, 2010 and an event about VP on February 15, 2010.

Another name removed from MDPAAC’s website is Adnan Bayazid, who was listed as Director of Fundraising. He is still listed as a National Delegate on the Facebook page of the MDPAAC-linked National Democratic Party Asian American Caucus.

He was the imam of the Islamic Society of Greater Kansas City, which is linked to Alam and Banyalmarjeh. According to Congressional testimony in 2006, he spoke at the Kansas City Art Institute in 2002 and told students that the 9/11 attacks were orchestrated by the U.S. and Israel and that no Jews showed up for work at the World Trade Center.

US Budget Cuts Could Delay al-Qaeda Trial


Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan called the revelation that a package of U.S. federal government cuts could delay a start to an al-Qaeda trial this year "stunning." He said it was "extremely troublesome to contemplate the possibility of a case of this nature being delayed because of sequestration." New York's federal defense lawyers have to take a mandatory five week furlough, due to government cuts, that will mean that will be difficult for them to be prepared enough to conduct the case in September, and it may have to be postponed until January.

Abu Ghaith, Osama bin Laden's son-in-law, , who was brought to the United States last month, is charged with conspiring to kill Americans in his alleged role as al-Qaeda’s top propagandist after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. He has pleaded not guilty. He did not speak during the Manhattan court hearing, but listened to proceedings through an English-to-Arabic interpreter.

Ghaith issued a warning to the U.S. the day after the 9/11 attacks, saying "a great army is gathering against you. The storm shall not stop." He warned Muslims, children and opponents of the U.S. not to board any aircraft or live in high-rise buildings.

Ghaith's defense attorneys suggested that they intend to ask for court hearings to be moved away from the federal court in lower Manhattan, which is situated just a few blocks from the site of the September 11 attacks, due to the potential of a jury being prejudiced.

When, defense attorney Martin Cohen was asked if he thought it was possible to find an impartial jury, given the courtroom's proximity to where nearly 3,000 people died on September 11, he replied, "That is a question that we are mulling over."

The trial of Abu Ghaith, a former Kuwaiti preacher, will be one of the first prosecutions of a senior al-Qaeda leader on U.S. soil. U.S. authorities have said that he was turned over to them in Jordan after being deported from Turkey. His defense lawyers argued that a 22-page post-arrest statement made by the defendant in Jordan should not be allowed as evidence. Efforts to challenge post-arrest statements have been unsuccessful in previous terrorism trials in Manhattan.
If the case is moved out of New York, it will come as a blow to the White House that has long sought to try terrorists, including those connected to the September 11 attack, in a civilian courtroom in New York, rather than in military hearings at Guantánamo Bay.

Twelve Bloody Years After the 9/11 Attacks and His Khalid Sheik Mohammed Going To Go Free?

The fact that Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the mastermind of the 9/11 terror attacks on America, is still sucking oxygen on this planet is one of the biggest outrages in the history of Man and now, with a bunch of liberal judges and military court prosecutors doing their best to be politically correct, it appears that KSM and his gang of Gitmo slugs are going to see a trial that is going to pussy foot all over some of the most aggregious charges.

September 11 trial threatened by legal dispute


The US defence department is at loggerheads with the chief prosecutor at Guantánamo Bay over what the charges should be. The five men, whose pretrial hearings reconvene at the naval base next week, face eight different charges.

However, Brig Gen Mark Martins, the chief prosecutor, said the charge of conspiracy should be dropped because it was no longer "legally viable" following a court ruling that conspiracy – a charge that seeks to punish suspects for association with al-Qaeda – was not a recognised war crime under international law. This meant it could not legitimately be brought before a war-crimes tribunal such as Guantánamo.

The ruling by an appeals court in Washington DC overturned the conviction against Osama bin Laden's driver, Salim Hamdan, and has also undermined the conviction of Ali Hamza al-Bahlul, who made al-Qaeda propaganda films.

Gen Martins said retaining the conspiracy charges against the September 11 suspects could leave the prosecution open to "legal challenge" and cause "uncertainty and delay". However, Guantánamo Bay's "convening authority" – a branch of the Pentagon – said it would be "premature" to drop the conspiracy charges, hoping that the Supreme Court might reinstate their legality.



Richard Kammen, the lead counsel for Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, who was convicted in Yemen over the bombing of USS Cole but is also facing conspiracy charges at Guantánamo, said the government had seriously undermined Gen Martins's position as chief prosecutor. "The sub-context of this is, 'Who's in charge?' And to what extent does Gen Martins have any real authority in this case, other than to give speeches?" said Mr Kammen.

He added that preserving the conspiracy charges could open the door to an appeal against all the charges being faced by the September 11 co-conspirators and al-Nashiri. "If one of the main charges was conspiracy, and that was reversed, you would expect the appellate court to recognise that so impacted the rest of the trial that any other conviction would have to be reversed as well," he said.

Gen Martins has indicated that he plans to press ahead with his request by petitioning the military judge in the September 11 trial to strike out conspiracy as a separate charge.

That would present the judge, Col James Pohl, 61, with the unenviable choice of either denying the requests of both defence and prosecution lawyers, or overruling his court's own convening authority.

Col Morris Davis, a former Guantánamo chief prosecutor who resigned in 2007 in protest at the Pentagon meddling in the tribunals, said the dispute between two major government departments undermined the credibility of the tribunals.

He suggested that the government was clinging to the conspiracy charges because they were needed in cases against many of the detainees.

"They don't need conspiracy charges in the major cases like the September 11 attacks, where they are just a safety net or fallback charge," he said. "The problem is that for a lot of lesser cases, that's about all you could ever charge with."

9/11 Mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Will Be Allowed to Wear Military-style Camouflage at His Guantánamo Bay Trial

I don't know about you but I've just about had it with Muslim terrorists making their trials out to be some sort of circus event - we have seen it with Nidal Hassan and his insistence that he have a beard for his trial and now, unbelievably, we are seeing the judge in the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed trial now allowing this sack of shit to be able to wear military-style camouflage fatigues at his hearings.

Why don't they just let him walk in with a flag with a crescent on it?  How about letting KSM hold up a sign that states that Islam will own the U.S.A.?  How about you interrupt the hearing each day so he can climb down on his prayer mat and wail to allah?

Here's what the choice should be for KSM:  wear civilian clothes, wear the Gitmo orange jumpsuit or wear a full length robe made out of pigskin.

'9/11 mastermind' allowed to wear fatigues at Guantánamo trial


What KSM and four alleged co-conspirators will wear when they eventually appear before a military tribunal has been disputed in pretrial hearings, but his defence argued that he had the right to choose military garb.

"Mr Mohammed is a detained enemy prisoner of war. He wanted to wear the same type of uniform he wore while fighting for the US-supported Mujahedeen in Afghanistan and in Bosnia," argued military lawyer Captain Jason Wright.

The defence also said it would argue that the defendants had not been, as the prosecution alleges, "unlawful combatants" but soldiers and thus denying them the right to military-style clothing would undermine his case.

Prosecutors argued that KSM should not be allowed to wear a uniform for security reasons, but the military judge, Colonel James Pohl, dismissed this concern at the pretrial hearing.

"Look around the room. How many guards are here?" he said.

"I'm not going to forbid the camouflage vest unless it is a US army uniform. The only prohibition – the accused cannot wear clothing inconsistent with his confinement status."

Before Sheikh Mohammed, by his own admission, joined Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network and organised the attacks of September 11, 2001 on New York and Washington, he fought the Soviet Union in Afghanistan in the 1980s.

In that war, the Afghan resistance was backed by foreign Islamist volunteers, supported in turn with weapons and cash by the United States and Saudi Arabia, before some of them went on to become anti-Western militants.

On 9/11 Anniversary, Taliban Make Statement That They Had No Part in 9/11 Attacks

Afghan Taliban claims it 'had no hand in the 9/11 incident'


The Afghan Taliban released a statement denying responsibility for the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the US and claimed the group would not allow Afghanistan to be "be used to harm anyone." The Taliban made the claim despite the fact that the attacks on the US were approved by al Qaeda's top leaders in Afghanistan.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid released the announcement, titled "Statement Of Islamic Emirate On The Eleventh Anniversary Of The September," on Sept. 9, and it was obtained by the SITE Intelligence Group. The statement has not been released on the Taliban's official website, Voice of Jihad.

In the statement, the Taliban described the US and Coalition war as an "illegal and unjust crusade" and said "the Afghans have had no hand in the 9/11 incident and neither have you been able to provide any legitimate or logical proofs," according to SITE.

The Taliban attempted to convince the international community that Afghanistan would not serve as a launchpad for future attacks.

"Availing this moment, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again clarifies to the entire world including America that we are neither a threat to anyone nor will we let our soil be used to harm anyone," the Taliban said.

The Taliban's claim that it had nothing to do with the Sept. 11 attack is fantastic, as Osama bin Laden, the slain emir of al Qaeda who ordered the attack, and his organization were based in Afghanistan when the attack took place. Bin Laden himself admitted in an interview that he helped plan the attack. A video of the interview was found in Nangarhar province in eastern Afghanistan after the US invasion [see PDF transcript here], and is believed to have been recorded in Kandahar province, where bin Laden had a compound.

In the interview, bin Laden admitted that he was "at a camp of one of the brother's guards in Kandahar" when the "brother" told him of the dream he had about an attack that seemed to describe 9/11. Bin Laden said he was "was worried that maybe the secret would be revealed if everyone starts seeing it in their dream" and ordered the brother not to discuss it.

Additionally, several of the 9/11 hijackers trained at the Khalden camp, a facility that trained al Qaeda, Taliban, and Pakistani terrorists. Khalden's trainers identified which recruits were best suited for Osama bin Laden's operations. Three of the Sept. 11 hijackers -- Mohamed Atta, the tactical commander, and hijackers Majed Moqed and Satam al Suqami -- were trained at Khalden. Other Khalden alumni include Ramzi Yusuf, Ibrahim Elgabrowny, Ahmed Ajaj, and Mahmoud Abouhalima, who were involved in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center; shoe bomber Richard Reid; Ahmed Ressam, the "millenium bomber"; and Zacarias Moussaoui, the "20th hijacker," who was arrested by the FBI prior to Sept. 11.

The Taliban's claim that it would not allow Afghanistan to be used for attacks against the international community also rings hollow. The Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Pakistani terror group closely allied to al Qaeda, has trained its operatives in Kunar province and then brought them to the Indian province of Kashmir and Jammu to wage jihad.

The Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, which has integrated its operations with the Afghan Taliban in northern Afghanistan, plotted to conduct Mumbai-styled attacks in Europe in 2010. The operation was discovered and foiled when a German operative involved in the plot was detained in Afghanistan.

The Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan, which professes allegiance to the Islamic Emirate's of Afghanistan's emir, Mullah Mohammed Omar, executed the failed Times Square bombing in New York City on May 1, 2010. The bomb failed to explode due to a problem with the detonator.

The Taliban refused to hand over al Qaeda's top leaders after the Sept. 11 attack, and to this day has refused to denounce its support for the terror group. As recently as this February, Mujahid, the Taliban's spokesman, refused to renounce "international terrorism," much less acknowledge any willingness to sever links with al Qaeda.

Senior leaders of the Haqqani Network, a Taliban subgroup that operates in the east, have professed their support for al Qaeda. Siraj Haqqani, the operational commander of the network, released a training manual last fall that included portions praising al Qaeda and urging Haqqani Network members to support al Qaeda both locally and in its international operations.

Siraj's deputy, Mullah Sangeen Zadran, told As Sahab, al Qaeda's propaganda outlet, that "al Qaeda and Taliban all are Muslims and we are united by the brotherhood of Islam" in an interview in 2009. In July 2012, Sangeen called for foreign jihadists to join the Taliban's ranks and said they would take the jihad beyond Afghanistan.

And in February, Abdullah al Wazir, the Taliban's representative to jihadist forums, said said that the Taliban will not renounce al Qaeda and that al Qaeda operates under the "Military Command of the Islamic Emirate."

"They [al Qaeda] are among the first groups and banners that pledged allegiance to the Emir of the Believers [Mullah Omar, the leader of the Afghan Taliban], and they operate in Afghanistan under the flag of the Islamic Emirate," Wazir said.

Civilian defense attorney Cheryl Bormann has gained notoriety she may not have expected by first, being willing to defend terrorists who killed 3,000 of our fellow citizens and secondly, by wearing a full hijab into the courtroom on Saturday during the Arraignment Hearing of the 9/11 conspirators and requesting the court make the other women involved in the trial dress likewise out of respect for her vile terrorist client. Bormann is paid by the Pentagon and so paid by the taxpayers to defend pure scum. I find myself wondering why a women abusing, raping and hating Islamist is allowing a woman to represent him. I also wonder where the feminists and NOW are when it comes to telling this woman that she should not bow to these male Islamists. That she should hold onto her vaginal power!

So who exactly is Cheryl Bormann? Would you be surprised to find out that she comes from Cook County Illinois? Yes Cook County, the cess pool from which Obama, Soros and the Marxists draw their minions. Here is her Linked In profile. Her current field is described as such, “Criminal defense of complex capital cases involving the application of international, war crimes, and constitutional law.” Cheryl Bormann has both experience in international law and constitutional law? Obviously, her views on constitutional law I assume run along the same lines as Obama. Anyone who is an expert in constitutional law would know that international law means squat to America despite the Globalists best attempts to bring it into our courts. We were attacked on our land by people who were criminal invaders in this land having overstayed Visas and such. I worry that Cheryl Bormann may want to bring international law into the court, which would keep us from the justice we would have putting these vermin to death cause the majority of the world does not practice capital punishment.

Bormann said during the arraignment that, “All I can do is try and protect my client’s rights to every extent I can and try and hold the government to their burden to provide a fair and transparent justice system and to actually mean it.” Her client’s rights according to who? These are not American citizens and they are being tried by military tribunal, which means the rules of tribunals are to be followed. She also stated, “There are issues with respect to cultural sensitivity here” and “these men have been mistreated.” Really Ms. Bormann? Your client and his fellow terrorists had no respect in the courtroom for the rules of a tribunal. They prayed during the hearing, would not wear earpieces that were translators and refused to speak.

This is a woman who cheered Gov. Pat Quinn for signing into law in March of 2011 the ban on the death penalty in Illinois, eradicating the necessity of a defense lawyer like herself who specialized in capital cases. Bormann also works as an educator for the Constitutional Rights Foundation Chicago founded by Carolyn Pereira, who formerly worked with Deliberating in a Democracy, an international program to teach students how to deliberate controversial public issues. This organization, Deliberating in a Democracy, is made possible by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Healthy Students. Awards #Q304A040003 and #Q304A070005. Splendid, eh? And this organization is linked to the Constitutional Rights Foundation Chicago, the Constitutional Rights Foundation and something called Street Law. What is Street Law? Their website states, “Street Law, Inc. creates classroom and community programs that teach people about law, democracy, and human rights worldwide. Our engaging, practical lessons help people develop skills to improve their lives and strengthen their communities.” Sounds like community organizing to me.

This could just be six degrees of seperation and Cheryl Bormann is just some idiot politcally correct lawyer, but what I do know for sure is that she represents where this country is headed as Sharia Law makes its way into Florida courts and Dearborn, Michigan becomes a wasteland of Islam. I plan to dig deeper to find out why this woman was “chosen” after the Obama administration failed to take these trials to a civilian court.

9/11 Jihadis and Mastermind KSM Protest At Arraignment

You know, I spent about an hour trying to find a source for an update on yesterday's arraignment proceedings in the military tribunal hearing against Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four of the other 9/11 jihadis and the reason it took me that long is because I had to WADE THROUGH THE FUCKING APOLOGIST MAIN STREAM MEDIA CRYING GAME FOR THE TREATMENT OF THESE MASS MURDERERS.  I pulled up a CNN article that has this heavy hitting title ...something like ..."9/11 Victim's Brother Tells KSM 'I came to see you eye to eye' " and then the article goes into a bunch of mamby pamby crap about our justice system and that they need a fair trial and that KSM was in "charge" at this arraignment yesterday.  I'm telling you...my blood pressure approached 220/160.

Well, this article at the Christian Science Monitor does a little better job of portraying the behavior of these jihadis, these killers of American innocents, yesterday at their arraignment - where they protested and stalled and made a sham of things.

I've said it many times - give Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a choice - let him go through the military tribunal system of justice for the crimes he has been accused of in regards to the 9/11 attacks or let him be freed from the back of a truck on a city street in New York City and see if he can make it back to the homecoming overseas with his al Qaeda brothers.  What do you think KSM would choose?  A trial where he can grandstand and act out in front of the world's press or a release where he will get to meet members of the FDNY, family members of 9/11 victims and in general, Americans who would just love an upclose encounter with him?

Act out all you want KSM - your buddies, Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder, failed to get you that sure fire release from a civilian court, and now you will feel the sting of justice.  And believe me, there are plenty of Americans who will promise you that you will feel the vengeance of our people and the vengeance of the one true G_d.

World watches as 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and others go on trial

The alleged mastermind of the 911 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, was brought before a military judge on Saturday and refused not only to answer routine questions in open court, but also refused to listen to a simultaneous Arabic translation of the proceeding.

Instead, Mr. Mohammed and his co-defendants, accused of plotting the most lethal terrorist attack in US history, sought to use the proceeding to stage a protest.

Like Mohammed, several of the defendants took their earphones off as the arraignment was getting underway.

On full display before a packed courtroom on the US Navy base here, Mohammed seemed almost disinterested as he was confronted with charges that he conceived, planned, and directed a 19-man suicide mission that left nearly 3,000 dead on September 11, 2001.

Mohammed appeared in a white robe with a long and bushy red henna-stained beard. On his head, he wore the white turban of a mullah and his forehead showed a prayer bruise common among devout Muslims. It was the first time in three years he’d been seen in public.

The appearance came amid security so tight that reporters were not permitted to bring their own pens into a press viewing area separated from the courtroom by thick glass.

Mohammed’s four codefendants adopted the same posture of passive defiance, repeatedly refusing to acknowledge the presence of the military judge or the gravity of the capital charges filed against them.

“I believe Mr. Mohammed will decline to address the court. I believe he is deeply concerned about the fairness of the proceeding,” Defense Attorney David Nevin told the judge.

He added: “The world is watching.”

The occasion was meant to be an arraignment, a routine opportunity for the defendants to be apprised of the charges filed against them and to set the stage for an eventual trial.

But nothing in the case of United States v. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has been routine.

If it proceeds to trial, the Mohammed case could become the most important US war crimes tribunal since Nuremberg. But unlike the adjudication of alleged Nazi war criminals after World War II, the Mohammed trial is tainted by the CIA’s use of extremely harsh interrogation tactics in the Bush administration’s war on terrorism.

That history complicates any effort to bring Mohammed and his alleged coconspirators to justice. Critics of the military commission process say it is a rigged system designed to allow the introduction of coerced evidence and hearsay that would be excluded from a trial in federal court.

Military prosecutors insist they can make their case without relying on evidence gathered through excessively coercive interrogations and torture.

Mohammed and his alleged co-conspirators are facing eight charges, including conspiring to commit acts of terrorism, murder, hijacking, as well as intentional attacks on civilians and civilian property.

If convicted, all five face a death sentence.

Mohammed’s appearance at Guantánamo on Saturday marks yet another reversal in the on-again, off-again military commission process.

He and the four others were arraigned by a different military judge in June 2008. Mohammed used that occasion to accuse the US government of torturing him. He also rejected his court-appointed lawyer.

This time he remained silent, allowing his lawyer to do the talking.

Like the defendants, defense counsel also seemed to be acting in coordination, as if they might be auditioning for their militant clients. Defense counsel repeatedly interrupted the judge, US Army Col. James Pohl, while trying to argue pre-trial motions seeking to have the charges thrown out.

At one point, reporters viewing the courtroom saw Mohammed smile slightly as a lawyer expressed concern about taking an oath to serve a military commission process that the lawyer said he viewed as unfair.

CAIR Insists California Councilman Apologize For Telling the Truth About 9/11/01

We have a councilman out in California who made a statement regarding the terror attacks on 9/11/01 on his Facebook and from that posting, it appears to me to be 100% accurate, 100% the truth. But not good enough for the likes of C.A.I.R. (Council on American-Islamic Relations)...oh hell no. See, the fleabag terrorists at CAIR don't like the references to islam in regards to the attack - we certainly wouldn't want to confuse Islam with 19 ISLAMIC terrorists who killed 3,000 Americans, now would we?

The Greater Los Angeles Council on American-Islamic Relations on Thursday called for an apology.

“Your hateful statement in which you falsely insinuate that the teachings of Islam and the Quran would allow the terrorist attacks of 9/11 is deeply troubling to all Muslims, including many who live in your city,” wrote Executive Director Hussam Ayloush of CAIR-LA in a letter to Dumitru.

The message is right - we did start learning of the teachings of the Qur'an...we did hear that islam was a religion of peace...all at the same time that we couldn't even recover the remains of over 1,000 Americans.

This councilman needs our support and in the end, it needs to be CAIR that is harassed from dawn until dusk. We need CAIR to feel the bite of freedom every time they open their Muslim Brotherhood operated mouths. CAIR is the enemy to liberty and freedom in America...don't ever forget that.

“Your hateful statement in which you falsely insinuate that the teachings of Islam and the Quran would allow the terrorist attacks of 9/11 is deeply troubling to all Muslims, including many who live in your city,” wrote Executive Director Hussam Ayloush of CAIR-LA in a letter to Dumitru.

“So far we have not heard from him,” said spokeswoman Munira Syeda. “We hope he’ll apologize and meet with his Muslim constituents and get to know them better. Then he will see how they are a positive force in the community.”

Attempts to reach Dumitru through his listed emails and through the city of Orange were not successful Thursday morning.

September 11, 2011 –

I won’t be commenting in the expected mode, today.
Others have and will say the memorials as we want them said, as some need them said.

However, I just can’t bring myself to think of today as an anniversary.
It’s not over.
The Jihadists are still trying to kill us.
All of us.
Even those who agree with them, who cheer them, who sympathize with them, who “understand” them, who apologize for them, who defend them, or who stand between us and them.
Even those who are are outraged at all things American or who think America deserved it.
Even those who are are too enlightened, too self-important, or too cowardly to oppose them.
Even those who want to compromise with them.
Even those who pull the covers over their heads and wish they would go away.
Even those who have or want nothing to do with any of this.
Even those who just happen to be there.
Even those who are not even old enough to have a thought.
Even those who hold their beliefs.

Some ask, “Why?”
I don’t, not anymore.
It doesn’t really matter.
For longer than we recognized, they have been at war with us.

They want to kill us or to render us into “submission” and to die martyrs.
We want to live … and to live free.
