It's hard to get our minds around the dimensions of the slaughter underway in the Middle East and Africa, and harder still to see that the battlefields of Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Nigeria and Mali are pieces in a global war in which we are targeted. For the most part, the deep thinkers zero in on the single battlefields. What if anything should we do about the big fight in Egypt? Should we assist the Syrian opposition? What to do in Lebanon or Jordan? Should we respond positively to the Iraqi government's request for security assistance? Is anyone thinking hard about Tunisia, likely to be the scene of the next explosions?

It could not be otherwise, since our government, our universities, our news organizations and our think tanks are all primarily organized to deal with countries, and our analysts, policy makers and military strategists inevitably think inside those boxes. We don't have an assistant secretary of defense for global strategy (FOOTNOTE: actually we do, his name is Andrew Marshall, he's a sprightly genius of 92 years, and he runs a largely ignored corner of the Pentagon called "Net Assessment"), but we do have one for the Near East and South Asia. And there's hardly a professor in America who is talking about the fundamental change in the nature of global affairs in which we are enmeshed, the paradigm shift from the post-World War II world dominated by the United States and the Soviet Union, to...we know not what.

So there's a global war, we're the main target of the aggressors, and our leaders don't see it and therefore have no idea how to win it.

Any serious attempt to understand what's going on has to begin by banning the word "stability," much beloved of diplomats and self-proclaimed strategists. If anything is fairly certain about our world, it's that there is no stability, and there isn't going to be any. Right now, the driving forces are those aimed at destroying the old order, and their targets (the old regimes, very much including the United States) have until recently showed little taste to engage as if their survival depended on it. But things are changing, as always.

The war is easily described: there is a global alliance of radical leftists and radical Islamists, supported by a group of countries that includes Russia, at least some Chinese leaders, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador and Nicaragua. The radicals include the Sunni and Shi'ite terrorist organizations and leftist groups, and they all work seamlessly with the narcotics mafias. Their objective is the destruction of the West, above all, of the United States.

What if they win? Some of them want to create a (Sunni or Shi'ite) caliphate, others want Castro- or Kim-style communist dictatorships. Like the five Mafia families in The Godfather, they have made their war plan, but, as with the Corleones and the Barzinis, they are riven by disagreements, some of which are fundamental.

War is foggy, and alliances are often very unstable, especially at moments when the whole world is up for grabs. Look at Egypt, for example. At one level, it's a sectarian fight: the "secular" military vs. the "Islamist" Muslim Brotherhood. So nobody should be surprised when the Brothers burn churches and murder Christians. But the top military dog, General Sisi, has some pretty impressive Islamist credentials. Indeed, his elevation at the time of the Brothers' purge of Mubarak's generals was frequently attributed to his close ties to the Brotherhood.

I don't think anyone nowadays would call him a friend of the Brothers. So what happened? Did he go secular all of a sudden? Was his "Islamism" a trick from the get-go? Or is "Islamism" less monolithic than some suppose? A Saudi of my acquaintance showed up in Cairo a few days ago with a bunch of checks, some currently cashable, others postdated over the next twelve months, all hand-delivered to Sisi and his guys. Their advice to the Egyptian military is to mercilessly crush the Brothers, and their advice will likely be adopted, both because the junta knows that death awaits them if they lose (2 Egyptian major generals and 2 brigadier generals, along with many colonels, have been assassinated by the Brothers in the current spasm), and because only the Saudis can foot the huge bill facing Egypt just to provide the basics for the people. Most of whom, to the evident surprise of Western leaders and journalists, seem inclined to support the junta (neighborhood militias have taken on the Brothers throughout the country, for example).

So we've got an indubitably Islamist regime-the Saudi Wahhabis-supporting a military junta whose leader is famously Islamist against the infamously Islamist Muslim Brotherhood. Yes, they may well all yearn for the destruction of the infidel West (although the junta impiously pockets our dollars), but for the moment the struggle for power trumps the power of the faith.

Notice that this bloody confrontation has nothing to do with the celebrated Sunni-Shi'ite war that is so often invoked to "explain" current events. It's all happening within Sunni Egypt (although the Shi'ite Iranians are certainly meddling-surprise!-on behalf of the very Sunni Brothers). And there are plenty of "foreign fighters," just as there were in Iraq, just as there are in Afghanistan: in the last 8 days, according to usually reliable sources in Cairo, 253 Uzbeks, 21 Yemenis, 40 Afghans and 11 Turkmens have been arrested, along with 126 Hamas operatives, who bring weapons and train pro-Brotherhood Egyptians.

ANOTHER FOOTNOTE: During the Cold War, Ignazio Silone mused that the last war would be between the Communists and the ex-Communists. Maybe the Middle East is now the scene of a war between Islamists and ex-Islamists, or between pious Muslims and not-so-pious ones, or even between Muslims and ex-Muslims. In this context, we should ban the use of the word "moderate," along with "stability"...

Does that picture give you mental cramps? Then move on to Syria. You've got Bashar Assad on top in a neighborhood of Damascus, supported by Iran and Russia, fighting against a variety of insurgents including al-Qaeda units, Salafists, former members of Assad's military, and the usual mob of adventurous souls, including Americans and Europeans, who believe they are waging jihad in the name of Allah.

Assad is actually a figurehead; the real capital of Syria is in an office of the Iranian supreme leader, Ali Khamenei. A leader of the Syrian opposition made this clear, saying that Hezbollah and Iran were the real powers in Syria, and there's plenty of evidence for his assertion, including dead Hezbollahis and Quds Forcers.

So al-Qaeda's fighting Iran in Syria, right? That fits nicely into the Sunni vs. Shi'ite meme, thereby relieving a mental cramp or two. But wait: our very own Treasury Department, which is as good as we've got when it comes to deciphering the crazy quilt network of global terrorism, told us in no uncertain terms a couple of years ago that there was a secret deal between AQ and the mullahs. Moreover, the tidal wave of terrorism that has crashed on Iraq is universally termed a resurgence of al-Qaeda in Iraq, which has been Iranian-sponsored since Day One (just ask the late unlamented Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, sent to paradise by U.S. Special Forces). Which gives us a big mental cramp indeed: an Iranian (Shi'ite)-sponsored (Sunni) al-Qaeda assault against (Shi'ite) Iraq, and right next door an Iranian-assisted (Sunni) al-Qaeda, alongside other (mostly Sunni) foreign and domestic fighters against a (kinda Shi'ite) regime under the control of (totally Shi'ite) Tehran.

Who's on first? Is Iran sponsoring AQ in Iraq and killing AQ next door in Syria? Is it some sort of trick (Iran using AQ to penetrate the opposition in order to have some control over whatever follows a defeat of the current Syrian regime, for example, or a deception, using AQ in Syria to subvert the opposition)?

Yes, I promise to ask Angleton if I can just get the ouija board repaired. It's a wilderness of mirrors worthy of him at his most antic.

Let's get outside these little boxes and look at the big board. There's an alliance plotting against us, bound together by two radical views of the world that share a profound, fundamental hatred of us. If they win, it's hell to pay, because then we will be attacked directly and often, and we will be faced with only two options, winning or losing.

That's the bad news. The good news is that they're divided, and slaughtering each other. And it's not always possible for us to sort out what "each other" even means. But one thing is quite clear, and I know it's an unpopular idea, but it's a true fact: they're not an awesome force. The radical left has failed everywhere, and so have the radical Islamists. Both claim to have history (and/or the Almighty) on their side, but they go right on failing. The left is now pretty much in the garbage bin of history (you can hire Gorbachev for your next annual meeting if you can afford his speaking fee), and the "Muslim world"-sorry to be so blunt-is a fossilized remnant of a failed civilization. Look at the shambles in Iran, look at the colossal mess the Brothers unleashed on a once-great nation.

So we've got opportunities, lots of them. We've already passed up many: failing to support the Iranian people against the evil regime that is the central source of terror against us and our would-be friends, failing to support Mubarak against the Brothers, failing to quickly support the opposition to Assad at the outset, before the enterprise got buried under a heap of jihadi manure, and so forth. OK, we're human, we're led, if that's the right verb, very badly, by ideologues who think we are the root cause of most of the world's problems. Which is the same thing our enemies believe, as luck would have it. But this will pass, and even now we could transform the big global board by doing the strategically sound and morally correct thing, and support the Iranian people against the regime. Don't bomb them, don't invade them, just tell the regime we know who and what they are, and start talking to their most dangerous enemies, the overwhelming majority of the Iranian nation. We may not know exactly how to do it, but they do, and if we showed up, they would tell us.

That the regime fears them was demonstrated once again when the Iranian parliament rejected three nominees for the new government. All three would have commanded ministries having to do with culture and education, which is to say young Iranians, the core of the opposition. Two of those candidates were associates of the Green Movement leaders, Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi. During the debate, the word "Green" was heard more than 150 times, underlying the alarm of the deputies.

Of course they're afraid. They are right to be afraid. And just think of the consequences of a free Iran: the fall of the Syrian regime, a devastating blow to Hezbollah, the Revolutionary Guards, Islamic Jihad and Hamas. Bad news for the Brothers. A kick in the solar plexus of the nasty lefties in South America...

Think globally. Act as if you understood it. On our side, confound it. And yes, faster, please. Especially those of you who pretend to be capable of leading us after the departure of these guys...

Post-Christian Europe became noticeably more Islamized during 2012.

As the rapidly growing Muslim population makes its presence felt in towns and cities across the continent, Islam is transforming the European way of life in ways unimaginable only a few years ago.

Some of the more notable Islam-related controversies during 2012 occurred in Germany, where the Muslim population has jumped from around 50,000 in the early 1980s to more than 4.5 million today.

What follows is a brief chronological review of some of the main stories involving the rise of Islam in Germany during 2012.

In January, German authorities welcomed the start of the New Year by officially confirming that they are monitoring German-language Internet websites that are critical of Muslim immigration and the Islamization of Europe.

In a January 4, 2012 interview with the Berliner Zeitung and the Frankfurter Rundschau, Manfred Murck, the director of the Hamburg branch of the German domestic intelligence agency (the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV)), said his organization was studying whether German citizens who criticize Muslims and Islam on the Internet are fomenting hate and are thus criminally guilty of "breaching" the German constitution.

The BfV's move marked a significant setback for the exercise of free speech in Germany and came amid a months-long smear campaign led by a triple alliance of left-wing German multicultural elites, sundry Muslim groups and members of the mainstream media, who have been relentless in their efforts to discredit the so-called counter-jihad movement (also known as the "Islamophobes") in Germany.

In a country stifled by decades of political correctness, the counter-jihad activists and bloggers have been giving a voice to millions of frustrated Germans who see the harm being wrought by the cult of multiculturalism.

Opinion polls consistently show that growing numbers of ordinary German citizens are worried about the consequences of decades of multicultural policies that have encouraged mass immigration from Muslim countries. Germans are especially concerned about the refusal of millions of Muslim immigrants to integrate into German society, as well as the emergence of a parallel legal system in Germany based on Islamic Sharia law.

Also in January, Muslims in Duisburg, one of the most Islamized cities in Germany, clamored for the right to turn empty churches into mosques. All of the churches are located in the gritty Hamborn and Marxloh districts in northern Duisburg where Islam has already replaced Christianity as the dominant religion, and where several Catholic churches have been abandoned.

In Germany as a whole, more than 400 Roman Catholic churches and more than 100 Protestant churches have been closed since 2000, according to one estimate. Another 700 Roman Catholic churches are slated to be closed over the next several years.

By contrast, Germany is now home to more than 200 mosques (including more than 40 mega-mosques), 2,600 Muslim prayer halls and a countless number unofficial mosques. Another 128 mosques are currently under construction, according to the Zentralinstitut Islam-Archiv, a Muslim organization based in Germany.

Meanwhile, on January 16 one of the oldest universities in Germany inaugurated the country's first taxpayer-funded department of Islamic theology. The Center for Islamic Theology at the University of Tübingen is the first of four planned Islamic university centers in Germany.

The German government claims that by controlling the curriculum, the school, which is to train Muslim imams and Islamic religion teachers, will function as an antidote to "hate preachers." (Most imams currently in Germany are from Turkey and many of them do not speak German.)

But the idea has been fiercely criticized by those who worry the school will become a gateway for Islamists who will introduce a hardline brand of Islam into the German university system.

In February, the interior minister of the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, Jochen Hartloff, said he favored the introduction of Islamic Sharia law in Germany. In an interview with the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, Hartloff, a Socialist, said that using the Islamic moral code "is certainly conceivable when it comes to questions pertaining to civil law." Hartloff said using Sharia law to resolve family law issues such as alimony, divorce or financial contracts "could have a pacifying effect" in Germany.

Hartloff's comments were seconded by Michael Frieser, an expert on integration issues for the Conservatives in the German parliament. He told the Süddeutsche Zeitung that he has nothing against Muslim immigrants seeking judgments according to their own legal systems. "That can ultimately serve the cause of integration," Frieser said.

In March, Muslim mobs in Berlin threatened to "burn down the neighborhood" after a German fatally stabbed an 18-year-old Muslim, in what police deemed was an act of self defence. The March 9 incident occurred in the heavily Islamized Berlin neighborhood of Neukölln, when the German, Sven N., tried to stop a fight between two groups of Turks over who should get a football that had been kicked over a fence. The Turks quickly turned their anger against the German. After a group of 20 Muslims armed with knives and daggers challenged Sven, he stabbed one of the attackers, Yusef Al-Abed, in the heart. More than 3,000 Muslims attended Yusuf's funeral, evoking scenes of the Gaza Strip (photos here).

In April, Islamic radicals launched an unprecedented nationwide campaign to distribute 25 million copies of the Koran, translated into the German language, with the goal of placing one Koran into every household in Germany, free of charge.

The mass proselytization campaign -- called Project "Read!" -- was organized by dozens of Islamic Salafist groups located in cities and towns throughout Germany.

Salafism is a branch of radical Islam practiced in Saudi Arabia that seeks to establish a Sunni Islamic Caliphate (Islamic Empire) across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, and eventually the entire world. The Caliphate would be governed exclusively by Islamic Sharia law, which would apply both to Muslims and to non-Muslims. Salafists believe, among other anti-Western doctrines, that democracy, because it is a man-made form of government, must be destroyed.

Although Germany's domestic intelligence agency, the BfV, regards the Salafist groups as a threat to German security, Salafists have free reign in the country, and Salafist preachers are known regularly to preach hatred against the West in the mosques and prayer centers that are proliferating across Germany.

In May, more than 500 Salafists attacked German police with bottles, clubs, stones and other weapons in the city of Bonn, to protest cartoons they said were "offensive." Rather than cracking down on the Muslim extremists, however, German authorities sought to silence the peaceful critics of multicultural policies that allow the Salafists openly to preach violence and hate.

The clashes on May 5 erupted when around 30 supporters of a conservative political party, PRO NRW, which is opposed to the further spread of Islam in Germany, participated in a campaign rally ahead of regional elections in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).

Some of those participating in the rally, which was held near the Saudi-run King Fahd Academy in the Mehlem district of Bonn, the former capital of West Germany, had been waving banners depicting the Islamic Prophet Mohammad (see photo here), to protest the Islamization of Germany.

The rally swiftly disintegrated into violence (photos here and here) when hundreds of angry Salafists, who are opposed to any depiction of their prophet, began attacking the police, whose job it was to keep the two groups apart.

In the final tally of the melee, 29 police officers were injured, two with serious stab wounds, and more than 100 Salafists were arrested, although most were later released. According to Bonn's police chief, Ursula Brohl-Sowa, "This was an explosion of violence such as we have not witnessed in a long time."

In June, German authorities launched a major crackdown on Salafists suspected of plotting against the state. In nation-wide raids on June 14, over 1,000 German police searched about 70 Salafist homes, apartments, mosques and meeting places in seven of Germany's 16 states, in search of evidence that would enable the German government to outlaw some of the dozens of Islamist groups operating in the country.

In a June 8 interview with the newspaper Die Welt, Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich said: "Radical Salafism is like a hard drug. All of those who succumb to her become violent."

Also in June, German Defense Minister Thomas de Maizière announced his intention to "multiculturalize" the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by recruiting more Muslims into its ranks.

Germany formally discontinued compulsory military service on July 1, 2011 as part of a comprehensive reform aimed at creating a smaller and more agile army of about 185,000 professional soldiers. But Germany's new all-volunteer army has been unable to meet its recruiting goals, and military manpower prospects look dim for the foreseeable future.

In a desperate search for soldiers, German military officials have now identified Germany's Muslim Turkish population (3.5 million and counting) as a new source for potential recruits.

In August, German Intelligence Chief Gerhard Schindler issued a warning saying that Europe is at great risk of terrorist attacks by Islamic extremists.

In a wide-ranging interview with the German newspaper Die Welt, Schindler said the German foreign intelligence agency, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), is particularly concerned about the threat posed by homegrown terrorists, individuals who were either born or raised in Europe and who travel to war zones like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia or Yemen to obtain training in terrorist methods.

Schindler's warning came amid the backdrop of a high-security court trial of four suspected Al Qaeda members, which began in the German city of Düsseldorf on July 25. German public prosecutors say the defendants -- three homegrown Islamists born in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and one Moroccan national -- were planning to stage a "sensational terror attack" in Germany.

Also known as the "Düsseldorfer Cell," the defendants were also accused of plotting to assassinate the former commander of German Special Forces (KSK Kommando Spezialkräfte) as well as to attack the US Army base in the Bavarian town of Grafenwöhr.

Also in August, a new survey of Turkish-German mores and attitudes found that nearly half of all Turks living in Germany say they hope there will be more Muslims than Christians in Germany in the future.

The 103-page study, "German-Turkish Life and Values" (abridged version in German here), found that Islam is becoming an increasingly important component of the value structure of Turks in Germany, especially among the younger generation of Turkish-Germans, who hold religious views more radical than those held by their elders.

In September, a German court in Kassel refused to allow a Muslim student to skip co-ed swimming lessons based on her religious beliefs.

The closely watched case highlighted the growing number of conflicts between German school officials and Muslim parents who, for religious reasons, want to keep their children from participating in sports activities, biology classes and field trips.

The presiding judge, Hans Rothaug, declared: "The applicant should have attended swimming lessons. In this particular case, there are no grounds for exemptions."

In October, a court in Bonn sentenced an Islamist radical to six years in prison for stabbing two German police officers during the protest against "offensive" cartoons in Bonn.

Murat K, a 26-year-old German-born Salafist of Turkish heritage from the western state of Hessen, openly admitted that he had attacked and wounded the two police officers with a kitchen knife during the cartoon riots in May. He showed no remorse during his trial, saying only that he had been morally obligated to follow Islamic Sharia law.

Murat, whose last name has not been made known to the general public due to German privacy laws, claimed that the attacks on the police officers were justified because the German state had allowed offensive images of the Prophet Mohammed to be shown in public.

Murat responded to the verdict by declaring German courts to be illegitimate. He said: "I do not accept this court as legitimate. I am not sitting here voluntarily. Only Allah alone has the right to decide what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is evil, what is moral and what is immoral." Murat added: "I will answer only to Allah."

In an October 19 interview with the German newsmagazine FOCUS, the Secretary General of the ruling Christian Democratic Party (CDU), Hermann Gröhe, said the conviction of Murat makes it clear that Germany will not allow radical Muslims to "lead a religious war on German streets."

In November, Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany, concluded a "historic treaty" with its Muslim communities that grants Muslims broad new rights and privileges but does little to encourage their integration into German society.

The November 13 agreement, signed by Hamburg's Socialist Mayor Olaf Scholz and the leaders of four Muslim umbrella groups, was praised by the proponents of multiculturalism for putting the northern port city's estimated 200,000 Muslims on an equal footing with Christian residents.

The most controversial part of the accord involves a commitment by the city government to promote the teaching of Islam in the Hamburg public school system. The agreement grants the leaders of Hamburg's Muslim communities a determinative say in what will be taught by allowing them to develop the teaching curriculum for Islamic studies.

On November 30, the northern German city of Bremen followed Hamburg's lead by concluding its own treaty [Staatsvertrag] with the local Muslim community. The Socialist mayor of Bremen, Jens Böhrnsen, said the treaty reflects "mutual recognition and respect of mutual values."

Critics, however, say the agreements, the first of their kind in Germany, will boost the growing influence of Islam in the country by encouraging the perpetuation of a Muslim parallel society.

Also in November, a new research survey found that Germans are overwhelmingly mistrustful of Islam and Muslim immigration.

The 28-page study, "Fear of the East in the West" (Die Furcht vor dem Morgenland im Abendland), was produced by the Allensbach Institute for Public Opinion Research, and was published by the center-right German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on November 21.

The research showed that more than half of the German population believes that Islam is prone to violence (64%); has a tendency toward revenge and retaliation (60%); is obsessed with proselytizing others (56%); and strives for political influence (56%).

More than 80% of Germans believe that Islam deprives women of their rights, and 70% say Islam is associated with religious fanaticism and radicalism. By contrast, only 13% of Germans associate Islam with love for neighbors, 12% with charity and 7% with openness and tolerance.

The study concluded that the image of Islam in Germany is "devastating." The findings -- which corroborate the conclusions of other recent studies -- underscore a growing divide between ordinary Germans, who are concerned about the consequences of mass immigration from Muslim countries, and Germany's political elites, who are determined to build a "multicultural" society at any cost.

In December, German authorities said Islamic extremists were behind a botched bomb attack at the main train station in Bonn. In the December 10 incident, a man allegedly linked to Al Qaeda left a bag containing a bomb on a platform at the train station. Authorities say the detonator was activated, but failed to cause an explosion.

Also in December, a militant Salafist group released several videos calling on its followers to take German hostages in an effort to secure the release of Murat K, the Islamist who is currently serving a six-year prison sentence for stabbing two policemen in Bonn in May.

The videos promise that "we will not rest until we have freed you from captivity." In one of the videos, a man speaking German with a foreign accent says: "Everyone who offends the Prophet will be slaughtered, whether near or far. And know this, brother, the Germans are easy enough to reach. We will take them prisoners, until you are free for your noble deed."

Let's Look At the REAL Reason For Islamic Terrorism Against America (Ron Paul, Take Some Notes)

I'm not sure if this article at Family Security Matters goes far enough into the Islamic fundamentals that call for the overthrow of infidels across the world, but the report does finally tackle some of the bullshit out there right now on just why there continues to be a rise in islamic terror plots and attacks on the U.S.

It has been suggested that Islamic rage and terrorism is triggered by US policies toward Muslim nations. However, The surge in anti-US Islamic terrorism, and the proliferation of Islamic terrorist sleeper cells and training camps in the US and Canada, occur in spite of the US-led bombing of Serbia, which yielded independence to the Muslim-dominated Bosnia and Kosovo, and despite the mega-billion dollar US assistance to the Mujahideen, which ended Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Moreover, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who opposed the war in Iraq and supported Palestinian demands, was inaugurated in June 2007, and was greeted by three Muslim terrorists-engineered car bombs in London and Glasgow. Notwithstanding the generous US foreign aid to Arab countries and to the Palestinian Authority, and irrespective of President Carter’s betrayal of the Shah< of Iran which facilitated the rise to power of Khomeini, the US is increasingly referred to as “the enemy of Allah” and “a modern day Crusader.”

Irrespective of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the Palestinian issue, the US-Israel friendship, Israel's policies or existence, Islamic terrorism has afflicted the Middle East and the entire globe - including North, Central and South America - for fourteen centuries, long before the eruption of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Islamic rogue regimes view the US as their key moral and strategic adversary. US-style freedom of religion, expression, markets and association constitutes a lethal threat to all Islamic regimes. Their territorial imperialism has suffered a severe setback by the US military, economic and diplomatic dominance. They abhor the dominance of “the infidel” over the “true believer,” which they consider morally blasphemous and strategically wrong.

Like I have said on countless occasions, this lame excuse for islamic terror on America being our foreign policy moves in the past simply holds no water - explain to me what islamic forces were doing in Europe in the Battle of Tours and the Gates of Vienna? What had those living in Europe done to "spur" the reaction of violence by the Muslims? Nothing. They had done nothing. The fact of the matter is that Muslims believe the Qur'an spells out that the world is THEIRS. It is theirs for the taking and all must submit to the ideology. America isn't attacked because a U.S. general went to far in an operation in Kuwait....America is attacked because it is home to a vast majority of infidels...and the country's flag doesn't have a crescent on it.

Root Causes of Anti-U.S. Islamic Terrorism


A spike has recently occurred in Muslim-American terrorism in the USA. For example, on January 9, 2012, a US-naturalized Kosovar Muslim terrorist was arrested in Florida, while plotting to bomb night clubs in Tampa - a hotbed of Muslim Brotherhood activities and organizations. In December, 2011, the DEA arrested 30 Tampa used-car dealers involved in a Hezbollah drug money laundering. Tampa is the home base of the US Central Command, located at nearby MacDill Air Force Base. In November, 2011, an Al-Qaeda American sympathizer was arrested, in New York, for conspiring to bomb police stations and post offices. This wave of terrorism follows the June, 2010 arrest of eight Muslim terrorists in North Carolina, the May, 2010 foiled Times Square car bombing, the November, 2009 massacre of thirteen soldiers at Ft. Hood, etc.

It has been suggested that Islamic rage and terrorism is triggered by US policies toward Muslim nations. However, The surge in anti-US Islamic terrorism, and the proliferation of Islamic terrorist sleeper cells and training camps in the US and Canada, occur in spite of the US-led bombing of Serbia, which yielded independence to the Muslim-dominated Bosnia and Kosovo, and despite the mega-billion dollar US assistance to the Mujahideen, which ended Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Moreover, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who opposed the war in Iraq and supported Palestinian demands, was inaugurated in June 2007, and was greeted by three Muslim terrorists-engineered car bombs in London and Glasgow. Notwithstanding the generous US foreign aid to Arab countries and to the Palestinian Authority, and irrespective of President Carter’s betrayal of the Shah< of Iran which facilitated the rise to power of Khomeini, the US is increasingly referred to as “the enemy of Allah” and “a modern day Crusader.” According to the leading historian of Islam, Prof. Bernard Lewis, Islam stipulates that “the duty of God's soldiers is to dispatch God's enemies as quickly as possible to the place where God will chastise them—that is to say, the afterlife.”

The most-frequently mentioned (supposed) cause of anti-US Islamic terrorism is the US support of Israel and the US policy towards the Palestinians. Nevertheless, 9/11 was planned while President Clinton and Prime Minister Barak offered the Palestinians the entire store; the October 12, 2000 murder of seventeen sailors on the USS Cole happened when Israel and the US offered unprecedented concessions to the Palestinians at Camp David; the August 27, 1998 blowing up of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania took place (257 murdered and over 4,000 injured) while President Clinton was brutally pressuring Prime Minister Netanyahu; the 1995/6 murder of 19 US soldiers in Riyadh and Khobar Towers, were carried out while Prime Minister Peres implemented unprecedented concessions; the February 1993 Twin Towers bombing (6 murdered and over 1,000 injured) transpired while Israel conducted the pre-Oslo talks with the PLO; the December 21, 1988 PanAm-103 (270 murdered) terrorism took place a few months following the groundbreaking recognition of the PLO by the US; the April/October 1983 murder of 300 Marines and 58 French soldiers, in the car-bombings of the US Embassy and Marines and French military headquarters in Beirut, occurred while the US military confronted Israeli tanks in Lebanon and the US Administration blasted Israel for its war against the PLO.

Irrespective of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the Palestinian issue, the US-Israel friendship, Israel's policies or existence, Islamic terrorism has afflicted the Middle East and the entire globe - including North, Central and South America - for fourteen centuries, long before the eruption of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Islamic rogue regimes view the US as their key moral and strategic adversary. US-style freedom of religion, expression, markets and association constitutes a lethal threat to all Islamic regimes. Their territorial imperialism has suffered a severe setback by the US military, economic and diplomatic dominance. They abhor the dominance of “the infidel” over the “true believer,” which they consider morally blasphemous and strategically wrong. They are determined to push the US out of the Persian Gulf, the Mideast, the Indian Ocean and Africa, in order to advance their megalomaniac aspirations. Humiliating a Super Power – preferably on its own soil - would be critical to the resurrection of Islamic grandeur. Therefore, no US pressure on Israel would spare Washington the wrath of rogue Islamic regimes; it could, however, transform Israel from a strategic asset to a strategic liability.

While most Moslems are not terrorists, most terrorists are Muslims, supported by Muslim states. Other than Turkey, all Islamic regimes ascended to – and maintained - power through violence. They believe in total submission to God and to them who rule, supposedly, by divine prescription. They terrorize those whom they cannot integrate domestically and externally.

The insistence on engaging – and not on confronting – rogue regimes; denying the existence of global Islamic terrorism; contending that Jihad is a process which purifies the soul; assuming that Islamic terrorists represent a Muslim minority; and delulding oneself that the Palestinian issue is a root cause of anti-US Islamic terrorism, undermines moral clarity, and therefore impairs operational clarity.It yields headwind to Western democracies and tailwind to terrorists.

Nigerian President Declares State of Emergency Over Islamic Threat

Are the islamists in Nigeria close to perhaps seizing control in the now violence drenched country? Well, apparently the President of Nigeria is concerned enough to have today called for a state of emergency. With the possibility of Muslim gangs, tribes and herdsmen perhaps overtaking control of the African country, there is no word or action from Barack Hussein Obama - apparently the President of the U.S. only reacts when there are Christian-linked groups involved in Africa.

The cold hard facts of Islam's designs on Africa are coming true - each and every day we see the push of the islamists southward into the continent - we see the nations of Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda under siege - we see African unity troops trying to protect Ethiopia...it is a continental war zone as the minions of Mohammed purge the country of Christians and others.

When the Islamists moved throughout Asia toppling country after country, no one dared blame it on Islam. When the Islamists took over much of southeast Asia, no one dared point a finger at the ideology of Islam. When the Islamists took over northern Africa, again no one said it was because of Islam. And now, as the very continent of Africa is being raped by the Islamists, still no one will stand up and tell the truth.

The Bloody Massacre of Christians In Nigeria By Muslims Hits High

Nigeria has simply become a killing field. At least for Christians, that is. Muslim herdsmen and soldiers are now literally roaming the countrysides burning churches and slaughtering Christians as they move from village to village and now, Christian churches in many areas are debating whether they even dare congregate for services.

I have talked about this many times but the islamists set their sites on the whole of Africa awhile ago...al Qaeda even mentioned a grand jihad on the continent of Africa. The northern tier of countries was taken centuries ago as the islamists needed a route to try and take Europe. Well, now the conquest of the Muslim horde is moving south....Nigeria, Chad, Kenya, and Uganda are now fully engaged as the Muslims continue to dominate the region by force. You see, most people of this world do not accept Islam willingly....it takes physical force or terrorism or threats for people to come to see the "wisdom" of Mohammed.

I realize that Barack Hussein Obama is a bit more concerned about a couple of rogue "Christian" armies in Africa but you know, you'd almost have to be a sympathizer of radical islam to not see the bloody massacre of this continent's Christian population. Hmmmm.

Nigeria Churches Challenged As Dozens Die In Plateau State


ABUJA, NIGERIA (BosNewsLife)-- Churches in central Nigeria have to decide whether to reopen this weekend for worship after dozens of Christians were killed since last week, prompting the military to step up security and impose a curfew, locals said.

Violence over allegations by Fulani Muslims of cattle theft reportedly began November 20 and eventually contributed to a massive attack on a Barkin Ladi church on November 23 that killed four Christians.

An assault the next day left 35 Christians dead in Barkin Ladi and nearby Kwok village, according to area Christian leaders.

CHRISTIANS FLEEING

“Christians are fleeing the town because we have no guns to fight back,” said one woman in a group of six Christians trying to leave Barkin Ladi. “Muslims have guns, and they have their soldiers fighting for them, so we have no choice but to leave town,” added the woman who was not unidentified, apparently for security reasons. .

Almost all churches in the town canceled or held reduced worship services on the first Sunday, November 27, since the violence broke after out. Nearly all area Christians have fled to Jos or have left Plateau state, long hit by ethnic property conflicts fueled by anti-Christian sentiment, according to local observers.

In March 2010 ethnic Berom Christians, who live as farmers, suffered attacks from Fulani nomads who graze their cattle on the Beroms’ land, resulting in hundreds of deaths in three villages near Jos.

The latest unrest is viewed as an unwelcome challenge for President Goodluck Jonathan, who is already dealing with near-daily attacks in the northeast by the Islamist sect Boko Haram, analysts say.

MIDDLE BELT

Nigeria has a roughly equal Christian-Muslim population and more than 200 ethnic groups live side by side and violence flares up in Plateau and other parts of the "Middle Belt" from time to time.

Violence in Plateau can quickly escalate into a series of tit-for-tat attacks. More than 50 people were killed inside a week in September, and hundreds died there early this year.

Some commentators have suggested that the tensions are rooted in fierce competition for local political power and control of fertile farmland, but Christians and rights groups say the conflicts are also fueled by Muslim extremism.

Christians in several states are under increased pressure as groups such as Boko Haram try to enforce Sharia, or Islamic law there, BosNewsLife monitored.

Is the World Offering Up Israel To Islam On a Platter?

This is a phenomenal article from Family Security Matters about the darkness coming over this world as the lone non-Arab, non-Islamic state in the Middle East, Israel, finds itself with nearly too many threats to overcome.

An Ever Darkening World


In the first volume of my trilogy, Politicide: The attempted murder of the Jewish state, I ended the conclusion page as follows:

“I for one realize that Islam will never accept a non-Islamic state in lands once conquered in the name of Allah … Therefore I will no longer end my articles or essays with the phrase, ‘Victor Sharpe writes about Jewish history and the Arab-Israel conflict.’ Instead, I will state that, ‘Victor Sharpe writes about Jewish history and the Islamist-Israel conflict. Alas, that is what it is, what it always has been, and what it always will be.’”

I wrote that at the end of 2006.

In Volume Two, which ended in December, 2009, I concluded with these words:

“The appeasement of the Arab and Muslim world will bring the exact opposite of what the appeasers seek. Winston Churchill wrote the following: ‘Appeasement is like feeding a crocodile in the hope he will eat you last.’ ”

I went on to add:

“The crocodile has no feelings of sympathy, nor does the Muslim Arab whose culture considers concessions a form of weakness and will offer no reciprocal concessions but cruelly demand more and more. It reminds me of the ancient saying from the Jewish Ethics of the Fathers: ‘Whoever is merciful to the cruel, ends by being cruel to the merciful.’ ”

This third volume of Politicideincludes example after example of just such appeasement by growing numbers of individuals in the West towards the voracious Muslim appetite for world conquest, for a Caliphate and for triumphant Islam. Those individuals include politicians, tenured professors, journalists, entertainers, et al.

Nations seek to gain time before the Islamic tide washes over them through appeasement. They do so by ever growing hostility towards the embattled Jewish state in the hope of assuaging the Islamic appetite. But it is all folly.

Western European nations are now submerged in an ever growing, Sharia compliant, Islamic monster that is within the gates. In a generation or two, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, the Scandinavian countries and Britain may no longer retain a Judeo-Christian culture or civilization except in small pockets, always besieged by a Muslim majority they so foolishly allowed to grow and strengthen within their borders.

The world is changing as both Adrian Morgan and Steve Myers so eloquently warned in my book. And Israel, the one Jewish state, now finds itself after years of foolish concessions to an implacable Muslim and Arab foe, left with so little land, and with a Palestinian Authority occupying territory in the very heartland of the Jewish people’s patrimony - Judea and Samaria - called by its Jordanian Arab name: the West Bank.

And then there is the Gaza Strip: A finger of land pointing into Israel’s heart like some cancerous tumor. This territory is occupied by Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood branch of the so-called Palestinian Arabs. As Adrian Morgan, editor of Family Security Matters, in his foreword pointed out, this Islamic organization is motivated by an abiding hatred of Jews and not only wishes to exterminate the Jewish state and all its citizens, but seeks to destroy Jews throughout the world.

And now, after Israel in 2005 drove out its own citizen from their villages and farms in the Gaza Strip, 10,000 Jewish refugees from Gaza now live within Israel, their lives embittered by such a breathtakingly stupid Israeli concession.

Since Israel withdrew from Gaza in the hope that the Arabs would live peaceably with them and share in the benefits for all that comes from a true and lasting peace, Israeli villages and towns in southern and central Israel have endured a relentless barrage of some 12,000 deadly missiles.

As I write this, lethal Grad missiles, looted from Muamar Gaddafi’s Libyan weapons caches, have been brought overland into the Gaza Strip - with Egyptian complicity - and are raining down upon the Israeli cities of Ashkelon and Ashdod. Israeli civilians are being killed and maimed.

So many Israeli concessions forced upon past, weak Israeli leaders by friends and foes alike have endangered Israel’s existence more than the combined military and terroristic Arab aggression against her since her reconstitution as a Jewish nation in 1948.

As you will have read in the many chapters of this volume, and the two previous volumes, Israeli concessions have never been met by Arab and Muslim concessions: Never.

The outrageous euphemisms employed to mask Israeli capitulation are well known. “Land for Peace” is the term used to sanitize Israeli national suicide. Land, precious land, with spiritual, historical, and strategic value to Israel, is given away to persuade the Muslim Arab enemy to join in the benefits of peaceful coexistence.

But it is a disastrous charade played upon the Jewish state for, in return for painful Israeli concessions of territory, the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians, never, ever offer peace.

Another suicidal euphemism to mask Israel’s gradual destruction is, “The Two-State-Solution.” This abomination has permitted a delusional belief that two states can live side by side in peace with each other. One state is Israel, a democratic nation. The other state would be “Palestine,” an artificial creation and a terrorist entity that would live and breathe in relentless and genocidal aggression towards its neighbor, Israel.

For such a state to exist that patently and demonstrably has no desire, because of its adherence to its Islamic faith, to ever give up its ambition to destroy the Jewish state, will be the ultimate fatal error of any Israeli government.

It is national suicide and the very euphemism, “Two-State-Solution,” echoes in its hideous similarity that other euphemism employed by Nazi Germany as it systematically exterminated 6,000,000 Jews: “The Final Solution.”

Let me quote from words I wrote in one of the chapters in this book; words which, I believe, must be stated over and over again.

“Even though the native and indigenous peoples of Israel are the Jews, and even though the Land of Israel was given to the Jewish people in an eternal covenant with God, it does not matter to Islam’s adherents, for wherever the Muslim foot has once trod triumphal, that territory is forever regarded as Islamic.

“If such territory is lost to Muslims, then Allah has been diminished and the land must be retaken. Peace, then, is merely a mirage in the desert sands.

“Too many world leaders fail to understand the Muslim mindset. Israeli leaders, who of all people should know better, still fall into the fatal trap of believing that the Western model of lasting peace between nation-states can equally apply in the Middle East between Muslim and non-Muslim nations. It is a fatal fallacy.”

Thus we reach the end of 2011 with this third volume of Politicide. It is a year in which anti-Semitism is on the rise by quantum leaps and the international guilt that permeated nation states after the Holocaust is fast withering away. The spectacle of the individual Jew as a victim is now increasingly replaced with the Jewish state itself cast in the role of the persecuted Jew.

The baffling alliance of the Left with Islam is a phenomenon stalking the world. Its target is the Jewish state even though the Left is protected and free to exercise its political will within the Israeli democracy, yet forbidden to challenge all powerful Islam within the fifty seven Muslim nations; Even proscribed brutally by many.

And today, the extreme Left has unleashed an anti-Capitalist, anti-Free Market, anti-American, anti-Israel and anti-Jewish army of radical students and mostly young people, many brainwashed by their professors in colleges and universities, with the usual aging hippies and useful idiots among them, called “Occupy Wall Street.”

Many cities in the United States and throughout the ever decrepit West are allowing these demonstrators to take over parks and squares, turning public places into unhealthy quagmires. Among the leftist placards are those with pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel and anti-Jewish slogans.

Phyllis Chesler, the feminist writer, saw as far back as 2003, what horrors were emerging in the West. Writing in her book, “The New Anti-Semitism: The Current Crisis and What We Must Do About It,” she penned the following:

“When feminists, gay rights groups, and civil rights activists choose to support Islamic countries where women are subject to honor murders, where homosexuals are imprisoned and sometimes executed, and - in the case of Sudan today and Saudi Arabia before 1962 - slavery is practiced, something irrational is at work. Only anti-Semitism can explain this weird Marxist-Islamic alliance.”

Indeed the Left and Islam in their unholy alliance target the Jewish state. That Islam will turn upon the leftists is guaranteed, yet it will let the Left work its evil upon Israel before, like Churchill’s crocodile, it devours its erstwhile partner.

In the Passover story, which is enshrined in the Haggadah, the book retelling the events of the Exodus and of the order of the Seder meal, there is a profound and millennial old passage:

“Not one man alone has risen up against us to destroy us, but in every generation there have risen up against us those who sought to destroy us; but the Holy One, blessed be He, delivers us from their hands.”

And so it was and still is.

Unbelievable. Bat Ye'or's new book lays out some observations that simply will cause most of you to shake your heads in disbelief at how things have to gotten to where they are in Europe...and as the title of this blogspot says...."the Universal Caliphate stands before us...."

You will find a section of Ye'or's new book below. Please read every word of it as it details just how Europe has bought into the separation from Israel, from Judaism, from the bedrock of its very own Christianity in favor of an evil substitute...a form of Palestinian worship. In my own words, the islamists of the world, in trying to overthrow Europe, had to set up the fall of that alliance of Judao-Christian ideals and adherence. It appears this has been accomplished.

We are looking at an upcoming vote in the United Nations which will put the spotlight on each and every European country as they stand up to vote for a Palestinian state - we will see just how dhimmified each and every country has become in that single vote.

Bat Ye'or: "The Universal Caliphate Stands Before Us"


Bat Ye’or’s 2005 Eurabia: the Euro-Arab Axis portrayed Western Europe’s recrudescent dhimmitude, chronicled in real time, by our most informed contemporary scholar of the dhimmi condition. Living as an eyewitness in Geneva—a major European center, with its United Nations, NGOs and other international fora—Bat Ye’or described in painstaking detail, the ongoing transformation of Europe into “Eurabia,” a cultural and political appendage of the Arab/Muslim world.

The use of the term “Eurabia,” she noted, was first introduced, triumphantly, in 1975 as the title of a journal, Eurabia (catalogued at WorldCat; 1975-1977) edited by the President of the Association for Franco-Arab Solidarity, Lucien Bitterlein, and published collaboratively by the Groupe d’Etudes sur le Moyen-Orient (Geneva), France-Pays Arabes (Paris), and the Middle East International (London). While writing this study I was reminded of a question that greatly troubled me twenty-five years ago when researching “Les Chretientes d’Orient entre jihad and dhimmitude” (1991). How did Christian peoples and states, some with powerful armies and the richest cultures of their times, collapse when faced with the onslaught of jihad and dhimmitude from the seventh to the fifteenth centuries? Now I no longer ask myself this question. The breakdown process that I used to study and documented in old chronicles I have seen taking place in today’s Europe. When I examined the past I saw it repeated in the present, under my very eyes. Indeed, the present situation is reminiscent of the one that followed the Muslim conquests. Keeping Christian officials in their positions maintained a semblance of continuity.

Behind their foggy screen, Islamization could penetrate within every stratum of the vanquished societies. However, with time, the collapse of this edifice revealed the true role of these ministers, whose job was to enforce upon their the caliphate’s orders, under pain of death. I was missing one essential link in the chain of events: the motivations of human beings that lead them in an unswerving direction within the chaos of events, the undeviating route toward an ultimate objective. Now this link is revealed in the mix of fears, cowardice, corruption, hatred and short-term aambitions that within the space of forty years have led Europe along the road to Eurabia, an interim stage in an even more profound change.

Is there a moral to the story? For Judeo-Christian societies the answer is affirmative, because the Bible, the spiritual bedrock of these societies, grants man freedom and dignity, as well as their corollary: responsibility. The biblical meaning of good and evil having penetrated every aspect of Christianity, the latter could not survive its hatred of Israel any more than self-inflicting poison.

Active in its pursuit of its own Islamization, Europe encouraged the rejection of the Hebrew Bible. Loyalty to their origins was a rear-guard action fought by heroic resisters. Pressured by governments, the Churches have supported the Palestinian heresy of the Sabeel Liberation Theology Center, professing an Islamized Marcionite Christianity, which has not only removed all Hebrew Bible roots, but has also dispossessed the Jewish people of its own timeless heritage and transferred it to the Palestinians. “Arab Palestine” and no longer the Church has become the new Israel. This majority movement in Europe today is the weapon of the OIC [Organization of the Islamic Conference; since June 28, 2011, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which represents all 57 Muslim states, and is the largest voting block in the United Nations]. Cut off from its base, Christianity can thus be reclaimed for Islam. That would seem to be the mission of the Jerusalem Sabeel Center and the Arab Eastern Churches.

Beside a cult hatred for Israel and the Bible, there have been other dynamics involved in the disintegration of Europe. However, for me this aspect would appear to present one of the main elements of the Europe-OIC alliance, because the demise of Israel is essential for the OIC in its conquest of the Christian West. Israel was born from the liberation of men and women from slavery and with their freedom came moral responsibility—characteristics that are consubstantial with the meaning of Israel since antiquity. The rejection and even hate-filled divorce from that spirit of liberty opened up the way to the dhimmitude preached by the Arab Churches, and for Christians to a total rejection of their identity. The renewal of Euro-Arab alliances formed by fascists and Nazis gave substance to the Palestinian, Muslim-Christian cult of substitution for Israel. The fight against Israel, inherent in the choice of Palestine, provided the basis for the erection of Eurabia. This ideology determined the denial of jihad and encouraged the self-destructive policies of moral and ideological Islamization within Europe.

It is evident that such choices, which are endemic within Christian societies, represent permanent currents that will lead ineluctably to the destruction of Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values. It has determined the choice of servitude over freedom, as we are seeing it today. Because one cannot compromise on one’s own identity and freedom, unless one is already a slave…or a dhimmi.

Europe has lost its bet. A hostage to hatred of Israel, it thought it could salvage peace by its surrender to Palestinian terrorism since the late 1960s. Burnishing the instruments of its own defeat, it has argued that terrorism will not be defeated through the military option, but rather through dialogue, multilateralism and multiculturalism, the main argument of the coming Caliphate. It has made clever use of such instruments to justify the surrender strategy and to turn Israel’s military victories into political defeats, running to the rescue of its implacable enemies in order to keep the conflict alive.

The Palestinization of Europe has brought the Caliphate into the cities of Europe. It has advanced through the denial of the dangers and the obfuscating of history. It has moved forward on gilded carpets in the corridors of dialogue, the networks of the Alliances and partnerships, the corruption of its leaders, intellectuals and NGOs, particularly at the United Nations. The Caliphate is already alive and growing within Europe, in the extinction of the basic freedoms, control over thought, opinions and culture, subverting democratic laws by Sharia, fatwas, self-censorship and fear—inseparable companions of dhimmitude.

The universal Caliphate, for which Europe provided a stepping-stone at the UN, stands before us, bringing together political and religious power. It has set itself up as the protector of the Muslim immigrant masses in the world and requires that they remain firmly anchored in the Islamic traditions of the Koran and Sunna, follwing the Sharia laws while the Europeans are called upon to abandon their historic values and even their identity condemned as Islamophobia. Today, muffled rumblings are arising from the peoples of Europe, announcing to those who created this situation that they will not escape the judgment of history.

57 Pakistani Hindus Convert To Islam ...To Save Their Jobs With Muslim Owners

Talk about a new twist on Muslim domination - I think we've all come to expect the traditional ways that islamists force converts to islam....the saber held to one's neck, the knife held to the throat of a child, a bomb vested minion walking into a public square ...but this past week, muslim business owners in Pakistan have unveiled their latest trick - they insisted that their Hindu workers convert to Islam in order for those workers to keep their jobs and be able to feed their families. Nice huh? Religion of peace and love, baby.

I wonder, do you actually technically convert to Islam if you go through the ceremony with your fingers crossed behind your back?

57 Pakistani Hindus convert to Islam 'under pressure'


ISLAMABAD: Over 50 Pakistani Hindus have converted to Islam in the Sialkot district of Punjab within a week (between May 14 and May 19) under pressure from their Muslim employers in a bid to retain their jobs and survive in the Muslim-dominated society.

As many as 35 Hindus converted to Islam on May 14, another 14 on May 17 and eight on May 19, 2010.

All the 57 Hindus who have converted belong to the Pasroor town of Sialkot.

According to some Pakistani electronic media reports, Mangut Ram, a close relative of some of the new converts, who lives in Sialkot, said that these Hindus had to embrace Islam because they were under pressure from their Muslim employers.

He said four Hindu brothers along with their families lived in the village of Nikki Pindi. Mangut Ram said that Hans Raj, Kans Raj, Meena/Kartar and Sardari Lal along with his nephews and sons worked at an eatery in Karachi.

According to Mangut Ram, his co workers often used to speak against Hindus in Karachi where his family worked. “The owner of the shop where I worked said that after a few months of his employing me the sales dropped drastically because people avoided purchasing and eating edibles prepared by Hindus. Many people opposed the large presence of Hindu employees at his shop and my boss felt pressured to change the situation,” he added.

Ram said Sardari Lal and his brother Meena/Kartar had worked at the sweets shops for several years and made a decent living that allowed them to support their families.

He said other Muslims employees of the nearby shops discriminated against them and persecuted them. The shop owner was forced to think about their future at his establishment. “That was when the two brothers and their families decided to embrace Islam in order to keep their jobs and be secure,” he added.

Ram confirmed that 13 family members of Sardari Lal, 12 members of Meena/ Kartar, their nephew Kans Raj’s son Boota Ram along with three adults and several children of these families embraced Islam on May 14, 2010.

He said that Sardari Lal’s older brothers Hans Raj and Kans Raj remained Hindus. Hans Raj too has said that he might consider converting to save his job. He said that life was ‘just easier if one was Muslim’ and he wouldn’t be discriminated against.

Ram said that 14 Hindus of the Tapiala village had embraced Islam on May 17 because they were extremely poor and could not get jobs because no one would employ the large Hindu family.

He said that another relative of his, Parkash, who lived in the village of Seowal, along with his eight family members had embraced Islam in order to save their lands.

“After embracing Islam, Parkash Ram told me that Muslim neighbours had been mistreating him and had forced him to convert,” Mangut Ram said.

London Joins Brussels, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Oslo As Cities With "Mohammed" As Most Popular Name For Baby Boys

Sad, isn't it? The once mighty bastion of Anglo-Saxon roots, the city of London and surrounding areas has now seen that the most popular name of baby boys is Mohammed. So many on the Left in America disputed the videos you've all seen about the takeover of Europe by the islamists and that it is indeed headed for America, yet you cannot dispute the sheer numbers of domination that are setting in here. It is pretty basic - you have Western societies that, for economic and other reasons, simply aren't reproducing at a normal rate while the muslim immigrants are procreating like rabbits and there ya have it. The first stages of islamic domination takes hold.

Mohammed is most popular name for baby boys in London


The Islamic name overtook traditional choices like Jack, Thomas and Daniel to become the number one name in the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North West, as well as in the capital, in 2008.

The figures emerged in a detailed regional breakdown of figures published last week by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

It is the first time that the Muslim name has been shown to the top choice for parents in any part of the UK. In previous years no regional figures were disclosed, only nationwide totals.

When various spellings of the Islamic prophet are added together - including Muhammad, Mohammad, Mohamed and Muhammed - the name is now more than twice as popular in London as the capital's second-ranked boys name, Daniel. There were 1,828 baby boys given the name Mohammed, including varients, in 2008, compared with only 844 who were called Daniel.

London is not the first European capital to see Mohammed become the number one name for baby boys. In Brussels, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Oslo the name has already gained the top slot.

The way in which the true figures emerged, days after the official publication, will fuel claims that Government statisticians tried to play down the increasing popularity of the Muslim name. The official announcement by the ONS, which does not take varient spellings into account, states that Mohammed was only the third most popular name in London.

In the West Midlands, 1,399 baby boys were given the name Mohammed last year, including varient spellings, almost twice as many as the next most popular name, Jack, with 768.

In the North West 1,337 boys were named Mohammed, including varients, beating Jack into second place with 1,154. And in Yorkshire and the Humber there were 1,255 babies registered with the name Mohammed, including varients, with Jack again second with 854.

Throughout England and Wales Mohammed, including its varient spellings, was the third most popular name, with 6,591 newborns given the religious name, behind Jack with 8,007 and Oliver with 7,413.

Nationwide the most popular name for baby girls was Olivia, with 5,317 given the name, followed by 4,924 named Ruby and 4,874 called Emily.

In recent years the ONS has refused to divulge regional lists of popular baby names. It is likely that Mohammed has been the most popular choice in the capital for a number of years already, but it has never been demonstrated conclusively until now.

Experts believe that internationally around 15 million people are called Mohammed, making it the most popular male name in the world.

Murtaza Shibli of the Muslim Council of Britain said he was not surprised to find Mohammed had become the most popular boys name in parts of the country.

"People choose it because of their love of the prophet Mohammed, and they believe the name will bring happiness and abundance," he said.

"Also because of its meaning - the praised one. Also there is a belief that if you do name your children Mohammed they will follow the good example of the prophet.

"There are so many spellings because it is an Arabic name and there are different ways of translating it into English."

Other ONS data from its July to September 2008 Labour Force Survey shows the Muslim population is growing 10 times faster than the rest of the population. Last year more than 2.4 million people identified themselves as Muslims, according to the survey's findings, up more than 500,000 in four years. In the same period the number of Christians fell by more than 2 million, to 42.6 million.

Saudi Arabia Picks Up Where Bill Clinton Left Off, Millions of $$$ Spent In The Balkans To Promote Islamic Jihad

Thanks to then President Bill Clinton, the islamist elements of the Balkan countries were set loose to set down roots in each of those countries and begin their plans for expansion and subequent domination of the region...in the name of islam. And now, the Saudis have taken up the gauntlet of funding this ever-growing islamic horde in countries, such as Macedonia.

And will Barack Hussein Obama, at that time, follow the strategy of Bill Clinton and back the side of the islamists? Country by country, region by region, continent by continent, the spread of islamic domination is taking place and what we have seen in the past 20 years is not only a blind eye cast by Western powers but a sympathetic support for just that.

Saudis fund Balkan Muslims spreading hate of the West


SAUDI ARABIA is pouring hundreds of millions of pounds into Islamist groups in the Balkans, some of which spread hatred of the West and recruit fighters for jihad in Afghanistan.

According to officials in Macedonia, Islamic fundamentalism threatens to destabilise the Balkans. Strict Wahhabi and Salafi factions funded by Saudi organisations are clashing with traditionally moderate local Muslim communities.

Fundamentalists have financed the construction of scores of mosques and community centres as well as handing some followers up to £225 a month. They are expected not only to grow beards but also to persuade their wives to wear the niqab, or face veil, a custom virtually unknown in the liberal Islamic tradition of the Balkans.

Government sources in traditionally secular Macedonia (official title the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), said they were monitoring up to 50 Al-Qaeda volunteers recruited to fight in Afghanistan.

Classified documents seen by The Sunday Times reveal that Macedonian officials are also investigating a number of Islamic charities, some in Saudi Arabia, which are active throughout the Balkans and are suspected of spreading extremism and laundering money for terrorist organisations.

One of the groups under scrutiny is the International Islamic Relief Organisation from Saudi Arabia, which is on a United Nations blacklist of organisations backing terrorism. It did not respond to inquiries, but has previously denied involvement in terrorist activities, calling such claims “totally unfounded”.

According to its website, it works in 32 countries to provide relief to the victims of natural disasters and to carry out humanitarian, health and educational projects.

In some mosques believers are being told that Macedonia, which sent 200 soldiers to Iraq and Afghanistan, has been tricked into supporting a crusade against Islam spearheaded by Britain and America. Radical clerics have shown footage from Afghanistan, Iraq and the Palestinian territories to illustrate their claims that the West is waging war on Islam.

Rahman, a 35-year-old cab driver from Skopje, Macedonia’s capital, said he had stopped going to his local mosque since it was taken over by extremists. “Following the Haiti earthquake the new imam said God would punish the West for their wars in Afghanistan and Iraq with natural disasters,” he said.

Bekir Halimi, an imam trained in Syria, runs Bamiresia, an Islamic charity that has been investigated for alleged terrorist links and money laundering. Police raided its offices but failed to find any evidence of terrorist links.

“We are fully entitled to receive funding from both governmental and non-governmental organisations from Saudi Arabia,” said Halimi, who refuses to name the sources of his funding but rejects any suggestion of criminal activity.

Macedonia’s law enforcement agencies warn that the European Union and America have failed to recognise the growing problem of Islamic extremism in the Balkans.

Baroness Ashton, the EU foreign policy chief, has declared stability in the region to be her top priority, but local politicians complain that the EU and Nato are reducing their presence in troublespots such as Bosnia and Kosovo.

Last month, Bosnian security forces raided a village strongly influenced by Salafi extremists and found a weapons cache.

In raids elsewhere rifles, bombs and rocket-propelled grenades have been uncovered.

The West has put considerable political and financial efforts into helping build democracy in Bosnia following its civil war in the 1990s. Saudi organisations have also asserted considerable influence, giving more than £450m to build more than 150 mosques and Islamic centres.

In Macedonia, Fatmir, a former disc jockey, explained how he became an adherent of Salafism. The father of two has grown a beard and instructed his wife to wear a niqab. He now makes his living by selling Islamist literature. “Ours is the Islam of the 21st century,” he said.

Thank you. It is great to be back in London. And it is great that this time, I got to see more of this wonderful city than just the detention centre at Heathrow Airport.

Today I stand before you, in this extraordinary place. Indeed, this is a sacred place. This is, as Malcolm always says, the mother of all Parliaments, I am deeply humbled to have the opportunity to speak before you.

Thank you Lord Pearson and Lady Cox for your invitation and showing my film Fitna. Thank you my friends for inviting me.

I first have great news. Last Wednesday, city council elections were held in the Netherlands. And for the first time my party, the Freedom Party, took part in these local elections. We participated in two cities. In Almere, one of the largest Dutch cities. And in The Hague, the third largest city; home of the government, the parliament and the queen. And, we did great! In one fell swoop my party became the largest party in Almere and the second largest party in The Hague. Great news for the Freedom Party and even better news for the people of these two beautiful cities.

And I have more good news. Two weeks ago, the Dutch government collapsed. In June we will have parliamentary elections. And the future for the Freedom Party looks great. According to some polls we will become the largest party in the Netherlands. I want to be modest, but who knows, I might even be Prime Minister in a few months time!

Ladies and gentlemen, not far from here stands a statue of the greatest Prime Minister your country ever had. And I would like to quote him here today: “Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. No stronger retrograde force exists in the World. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step (…) the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.” These words are from none other than Winston Churchill wrote this in his book The River War from 1899.

Churchill was right.

Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t have a problem and my party does not have a problem with Muslims as such. There are many moderate Muslims. The majority of Muslims are law-abiding citizens and want to live a peaceful life as you and I do. I know that. That is why I always make a clear distinction between the people, the Muslims, and the ideology, between Islam and Muslims. There are many moderate Muslims, but there is no such thing as a moderate Islam.

Islam strives for world domination. The Koran commands Muslims to exercise jihad. The Koran commands Muslims to establish shariah law. The Koran commands Muslims to impose Islam on the entire world.

As former Turkish Prime Minister Erbakan said: “The whole of Europe will become Islamic. We will conquer Rome.” End of quote.

Libyan dictator Gaddafi said: “There are tens of millions of Muslims in the European continent today and their number is on the increase. This is the clear indication that the European continent will be converted into Islam. Europe will one day soon be a Muslim continent.” End of quote. Indeed, for once in his life, Gaddafi was telling the truth. Because, remember: mass immigration and demographics is destiny!

Islam is merely not a religion, it is mainly a totalitarian ideology. Islam wants to dominate all aspects of life, from the cradle to the grave. Shariah law is a law that controls every detail of life in a Islamic society. From civic and family law to criminal law. It determines how one should eat, dress and even use the toilet. Oppression of women is good, drinking alcohol is bad.

I believe that Islam is not compatible with our Western way of life. Islam is a threat to Western values. The equality of men and women, the equality of homosexuals and heterosexuals, the separation of church and state, freedom of speech, they are all under pressure because of Islamization. Ladies and gentlemen: Islam and freedom, Islam and democracy are not compatible. It are (sic) opposite values.

No wonder that Winston Churchill called Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf “the new Koran of faith and war, turgid, verbose, shapeless, bur pregnant with its message.” As you know, Churchill made this comparison, between the Koran and Mein Kampf, in his book The Second World War, a masterpiece, for which, he received the Nobel Prize in Literature. Churchill’s comparison of the Koran and Mein Kampf is absolutely spot on. The core of the Koran is the call to jihad. Jihad means a lot of things and is Arabic for battle. Kampf is German for battle. Jihad and kampf mean exactly the same.

Islam means submission, there cannot be any mistake about its goal. That’s a given. The question is whether we in Europe and you in Britain, with your glorious past, will submit or stand firm for your heritage.

We see Islam taking off in the West at an incredible pace. Europe is Islamizing rapidly. A lot of European cities have enormous Islamic concentrations. Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Berlin are just a few examples. In some parts of these cities, Islamic regulations are already being enforced. Women’s rights are being destroyed. Burqa’s, headscarves, polygamy, female genital mutilation, honour-killings. Women have to go to separate swimming classes, don’t get a handshake. In many European cities there is already apartheid. Jews, in an increasing number, are leaving Europe.

As you undoubtedly all know, better then I do, also in your country the mass immigration and Islamization has rapidly increased. This has put an enormous pressure on your British society. Look what is happening in for example Birmingham, Leeds, Bradford and here in London. British politicians who have forgotten about Winston Churchill have now taken the path of least resistance. They have given up. They have given in.

Last year, my party has requested the Dutch government to make a cost-benefit analysis of the mass immigration. But the government refused to give us an answer. Why? Because it is afraid of the truth. The signs are not good. A Dutch weekly magazine - Elsevier - calculated costs to exceed 200 billion Euros. Last year alone, they came with an amount of 13 billion euros. More calculations have been made in Europe: According to the Danish national bank, every Danish immigrant from an Islamic country is costing the Danish state more than 300 thousand euros. You see the same in Norway and France. The conclusion that can be drawn from this: Europe is getting more impoverished by the day. More impoverished thanks to mass immigration. More impoverished thanks to demographics. And the leftists are thrilled.

I don't know whether it is true, but in several British newspapers I read that Labour opened the door to mass immigration in a deliberate policy to change the social structures of the UK. Andrew Neather, a former government advisor and speech writer for Tony Blair and Jack Straw, said the aim of Labour’s immigration strategy was, and I quote, to “rub the Right’s nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date.” If this is true, this is symptomatic of the Left.

Ladies and gentlemen, make no mistake: The left is facilitating Islamization. Leftists, liberals, are cheering for every new shariah bank being created, for every new Shariah mortgage, for every new Islamic school, for every new Shariah court. Leftists consider Islam as being equal to our own culture. Shariah law or democracy? Islam or freedom? It doesn’t really matter to them. But it does matter to us. The entire leftist elite is guilty of practising cultural relativism. Universities, churches, trade unions, the media, politicians. They are all betraying our hard-won liberties.

Why I ask myself, why have the Leftists and liberals stopped to fight for them? Once the Leftists stood on the barricades for women’s rights. But where are they today? Where are they in 2010? They are looking the other way. Because they are addicted to cultural relativism and dependent on the Muslim vote. They are dependent on mass-immigration.

Thank heavens Jacqui Smith isn’t in office anymore. It was a victory for free speech that a UK judge brushed aside her decision to refuse me entry to your country last year. I hope that the judges in my home country are at least as wise and will acquit me of all charges, later this year in the Netherlands.

Unfortunately, so far they have not done so well. For they do not want to hear the truth about Islam, nor are they interested to hear the opinion of top class legal experts in the field of freedom of expression. Last month in a preliminary session the Court refused fifteen of the eighteen expert-witnesses I had requested to be summoned.

Only three expert witnesses are allowed to be heard. Fortunately, my dear friend and heroic American psychiatrist Dr. Wafa Sultan is one of them. But their testimony will be heard behind closed doors. Apparently the truth about Islam must not be told in public, the truth about Islam must remain secret.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m being prosecuted for my political beliefs. We know political prosecution to exist in countries in the Middle East, like Iran and Saudi-Arabia, but never in Europe, never in the Netherlands.

I’m being prosecuted for comparing the Koran to Mein Kampf. Ridiculous. I wonder if Britain will ever put the beliefs of Winston Churchill on trial… Ladies and gentlemen, the political trial that is held against me has to stop.

But it is not all about me, not about Geert Wilders. Free speech is under attack. Let me give you a few other examples. As you perhaps know, one of my heroes, the Italian author Oriana Fallaci had to live in fear of extradition to Switzerland because of her anti-Islam book 'The Rage and the Pride'. The Dutch cartoonist Nekschot was arrested in his home in Amsterdam by 10 police men because of his anti-Islam drawings. Here in Britain, the American author Rachel Ehrenfeld was sued by a Saudi businessman for defamation. In the Netherlands Ayaan Hirsi Ali and in Australia two Christian pastors were sued. I could go on and on. Ladies and gentlemen, all throughout the West freedom loving people are facing this ongoing ‘legal jihad’. This is Islamic “lawfare.” And, ladies and gentlemen, not long ago the Danish cartoonist Westergaard was almost assassinated for his cartoons.

Ladies and gentlemen, we should defend the right to freedom of speech. With all our strength. With all our might. Free speech is the most important of our many liberties. Free speech is the cornerstone of our modern societies. Freedom of speech is the breath of our democracy, without freedom of speech our way of life our freedom will be gone.

I believe it is our obligation to preserve the inheritance of the brave young soldiers that stormed the beaches of Normandy. That liberated Europe from tyranny. These heroes cannot have died for nothing. It is our obligation to defend freedom of speech. As George Orwell said: “If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe in another policy, it is time for change. We must make haste. We can’t wait any longer. Time is running out. If I may quote one of my favorite American presidents: Ronald Reagan once said: “We need to act today, to preserve tomorrow”. That is why I propose the following measures, I only mention a few, in order to preserve our freedom:

First, we will have to defend freedom of speech. It is the most important of our liberties. In Europe and certainly in the Netherlands, we need something like the American First Amendment.

Second, we will have to end and get rid of cultural relativism. To the cultural relativists, the Shariah socialists, I proudly say: Our Western culture is far superior to the Islamic culture. Don't be afraid to say it. You are not a racist when you say that our own culture is better.

Third, we will have to stop mass immigration from Islamic countries. Because more Islam means less freedom.

Fourth, we will have to expel criminal immigrants and, following denaturalization, we will have to expel criminals with a dual nationality. And there are many of them in my country.

Fifth, we will have to forbid the construction of new mosques. There is enough Islam in Europe. Especially since Christians in Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and Indonesia are mistreated, there should be a mosque building-stop in the West.

And last but not least, we will have to get rid of all those so-called leaders. I said it before: Fewer Chamberlains, more Churchills. Let's elect real leaders.

Ladies and gentlemen. To the previous generation, that of my parents, the word “London” is synonymous with hope and freedom. When my country was occupied by the national-socialists the BBC offered a daily glimpse of hope in my country, in the darkness of Nazi tyranny. Millions of my fellow country men listened to it, underground. The words ‘This is London’ were a symbol for a better world coming soon.

What will be broadcasted forty years from now? Will it still be “This is London”? Or will it be “This is Londonistan”? Will it bring us hope? Or will it signal the values of Mecca and Medina? Will Britain offer submission or perseverance? Freedom or slavery? The choice is yours. And in the Netherlands the choice is ours.

Ladies and gentlemen, we will never apologize for being free. We will and should never give in. And, indeed, as one of your former leaders said: We will never surrender.
Freedom must prevail, and freedom will prevail.
