The Storm Troopers of #OWS

This is one of the better articles about the rammifications of the Occupy Wall Street movement in this country - it comes from Family Security Matters. It's interesting to see the parallels of the OWS movement and that of what was going on in pre-Nazi Germany. What is especially insightful is the look at the philosophical similarities and the situational parallels.

I would be the first to point out the low impact of the Occupy effort - it's like a gnat to an elephant but what cannot be ignored is the symptom-like picture we are seeing of a country in real trouble. We can dismiss the OWS protesters as the dredges of our society or we can look at this as a planned and organized planting of a seed of revolt. Marxists don't operate like you and me...typically their agenda is much more far reaching - when you and me plan things, we are looking out in months, perhaps a year...the Marxists plan in decades.

The Marxists behind the OWS movement are not looking for victory in the next six months...they are looking at 2020 and beyond. They want these seedlings of revolution to germinate now, then fester over the years....growing in numbers until the REAL Occupy effort is ready.

The Storm Troopers of OWS

It would be interesting to draw some parallels between Occupy Wall Street and a phenomenon that preceded and that fed the rise of Nazism and the ascension of Nazi power in Germany. That phenomenon was the post-World War I paramilitary Free Corps (Freikorps), or Freebooters.

When Germany lost the war, its army was disbanded, setting loose hundreds of thousands of German soldiers into a stagnant, debt-ridden, and government-controlled economy that had yet to begin paying the Versailles Treaty-mandated reparations that came to billions of dollars. Armies of Free Corps roamed the country, fighting pitched battles with the Communists. They probably decided the outcome of the German Revolution of 1918-1919. The common enemy of the Free Corps was the Communist Party. However, before the Weimar Republic was formed – and even after it had been installed – Germany was ruled by anarchy, with armed mobs of Free Corps and Communists clashing in city streets, with casualties in the thousands.

In early 1919 the strength of the Reichswehr, the regular army, was estimated at 350,000. There were in addition more than 250,000 men enlisted in the various Free Corps. Under the terms of the Versailles Treaty, Germany was required to reduce its armed forces to a maximum of 100,000. Free Corps units were therefore expected to be disbanded.

The parallels discussed here are not the social or even military ones, but the moral ones.

After World War I, the German Army was restricted to 100,000 men, so there were a great amount of soldiers suddenly de-mobilized. Many of these men were hardened into a Frontgemeinschaft, a front-line community. It was a spirit of camaraderie that was formed due to the length and horrors of trench warfare of WWI. These paramilitary groups filled a need for many of these soldiers who suddenly lost their "family"—the army. Many of those soldiers were filled with angst, anger and frustration over the loss and horror of the war. (Italics mine.)

What have we here? One could say that the protesters of Occupy Wall Street (OWS) have been addled by the “length and horrors” of, well, making a living. By having to earn their own keep. By dealing with a welfare state which they approve of but which they claim isn’t generous enough with other people’s money. Of being fed up with a Congress that doesn’t respond immediately to their “needs.” By being congenitally outraged by the alleged “pro-business” corruption and lobbying in Congress (but not too outraged by the Solyndra scandal, because that kind of taxpayer fraud and malfeasance is okay with them, it only hurts taxpayers, and it was for a “good cause” – all lobbying and cronyism forgiven). They are unfairly burdened by student loan debt (funded by taxpayers), personal lifestyle debt, and other annoyances.

The irresponsible, the indebted, the reckless, the hankerers after the unearned – that is their “family.”

So, there they are, brimming to their eyebrows with “angst, anger, and frustration.” Many of them are now infested with diseases and illnesses that soldiers during WWI actually contracted in those trenches. The OWSers complain about the police using pepper spray and using force (having to compel a protester to have his wrists restrained with plastic cuffs). Would they like to experience a dose of mustard gas, instead? How about having one’s body riddled by machine gun fire, or being blown to a dozen pieces by an artillery shell? Or being bayoneted? Of simply expiring in water-logged trenches from pneumonia or rickets or typhus? Or dying neglected in a body-strewn, crater-dotted landscape of No Man’s Land because medics couldn’t get to them for fear of being blown to bits, as well.

No, the OWSers have no taste for that kind of misery. Their misery has no antidote, no cure, no magic pill that would make the “pain” and “anger” go away except the expansion of government powers. Theirs is the pain of the unearned uncollected, the frustration of the entitled who cannot be satiated except by the slavery of those who must provide or subsidize the entitlement.

Occupy Wall Street was no spontaneous phenomenon, but a planned and organized instance of “community organizing,” on a scale that would make Saul Alinsky proud. It is orchestrated anarchy intended to cripple the “system,” careening towards whatever target its mobs reach a consensus to freeze, personalize, isolate, and polarize, angling for “confrontation” with the police that would put them in the role of “victims of violence” – when they are the initiators of force. One OWS chant is, “The whole world is watching.” Unfortunately for the chanters, what the world is watching is a farce, of the police not obliging the trespassers and profanities and noise by cracking skulls and water hosing the hordes. Which is what ought to have happened the first time OWS blocked a street or broke a window.

(Interesting side-note: secular leftists do not have a monopoly on Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.” Islamist outfits like the Council on American-Islamic Relations, The Islamic Circle, and other Muslim “advocacy” groups already practice targeting and personalizing issues, and with growing success. They are masters of those rules.)

“Occupying” a public space and blocking its use by the public, however, is an initiation of force. Zuccotti Park in New York, for example, is a nominally private park open to the public. OWS closed it to all but its own. The whole world was watching while the filth accumulated in that park, whilecrimes like rape and theft and threatening local businesses occurred, while a “flying squad” of pillagers went on a rampage in Oakland, while hundreds have been arrested with kid-gloves and led away to school buses. One strongly suspects that what OWS was plotting and hoping for was a repeat of the violence of the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago. The news media were on the side of the left even back then. But, it hasn’t happened – not yet. It doesn’t even have a Tom Haydento excuse, explain, and sanction their cause and its violence. On the surface, OWS has a central nervous system but no brain, no guiding agenda or petition of grievances except a desire to destroy and loot the ruins.

Also, on the surface, OWS does not resemble the pre-Nazi Free Corps. The rabble sports no uniforms, no semblance of military or other discipline, no decorum to speak of, no homogeneity of any kind. It is a conglomeration of slobs, wannabe criminals, punks, weirdos, women with bees in their bonnets and men with only half a deck of cards in their craniums. The variety of protest signs, usually scrawled on cardboard, and often revealing a profound illiteracy in spelling and grammar, testify to the unity of “angst and anger” and the triumph of a university education. OWS brandishes a variety of banners, including the American, but the Palestinian and Puerto Rican flags were also in evidence. On the whole, what OWS is rebelling against is reality, a reality their elective ilk have created.

But like the Free Corps, OWS is a kind of syndicate or an uneasy alliance of disparate collectivist causes and organizations. Some Free Corps upheld the Weimer Republic. Others fought to bring it down. OWS is an amalgam of communists, welfare state liberals, old school radicals, gray panther leftists, new age hippies, holders of worthless degrees, the professionally unemployed, the perpetually alienated, the clinically certifiably disgruntled, career vagrants, vehicles of middle class guilt, black power advocates, Muslims, anti-Semites, Hispanics of indeterminate national origin, unions, AmeriCorps manqués, Peace Corps veterans, environmentalists – all the bilious movements that mushroomed on the mulch of American educational philosophy, and that were prepared and sanctioned by grade and high schools and universities and patronized, idolized, and encouraged by the news media.

But while Barack Obama is blamed for OWS and its violence and health issues and the whole mess, it would be unfair to lay it all on his doorstep. Obama and OWS, like Tom Hayden and the radicals of the 1960’s and 1970’s, are a consequence of the collapse of philosophy and the disparagement of reason. OWS is merely the post-Woodstock, second wave of Borg raiders with bachelor’s degrees.

The protesters of OWS are prime cannon fodder, and perfect recruits for an American version of the Free Corps. We have seen how quickly they can be called up for “action”; that mobs of “Occupiers” sprang up almost simultaneously in cities all over the country testifies to the availability of so many aimless foot soldiers and to a committee or cabal of planners and “community organizers” working behind the scenes and who remain undiscovered and undiscussed by the news media. As we get further into the presidential election campaign, we will see more of this kind of “action.” The “interruption” of Michelle Bachmann’s speech in South Carolina by OWS, and the attempted storming of the Americans for Prosperity event in Washington DC, are but a taste of what is ahead – unless the planners decide that OWS has been a failure, even for the dereliction of responsibility of various municipal leaders of having let the movement grow out of control, as Mayor Bloomberg did in New York. He had Zuccotti Park cleared out – and then invited OWS back, sans tents, tarps, and other camping gear. As though that would make a difference.

The denizens of OWS can be organized into roaming and violent Free Corps. They can be taught discipline and minimal decorum. The SEIU, the UAW, and other strong-arm outfits can give them advice on logistics, manpower, and offer seminars on the art of news-hogging police provocation. They can be given any cause their philosopher-kings wish to give them, and most OWSers will be amenable to it. The news media will give the new Free Corps their blessing, and cheer them on from their insulated TV studios and round tables, and call it freedom of speech, when in fact OWS is an enemy of the First Amendment.

As with the German Free Corps and the consolidation of power that brooks no rivalry – the Free Corps SA was purged, while the Free Corps SS was elevated – there will be purges from OWS and a campaign to paint it in respectable colors. The purges won’t be pretty; there will be weeping and wailing and the gnashing of teeth. As with the non-violent Tea Party movement, it will seek to become an influential “voice” in Washington (not that it lacks such a voice now, as witness the endorsement of OWS by the POTUS, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and other America-changing activists).

OWS in this instance is merely an exploratory phenomenon, to see what will or will not be tolerated, of feeling out the “establishment” for weaknesses and sizing up its strengths. As of this writing, the “establishment” has no proven strengths to counter the intended terrorism of OWS but its own inertia. It has no philosophy of individual rights, of laissez-faire, of limited government, of an understanding of the purpose of government. Fundamentally, in the deepest sense, the federal, state, and municipal governments are one with OWS.

2012 will be a watershed election year. Chickens came home to roost in 1968. In 2012, it will be vultures who flock in large numbers to pick at the carcass of the American Republic.

Kristallnact In Brooklyn

73 years since the German's gave us Kristallnact it has occurred once again, this time in Brooklyn.
There’s shock and outrage in Brooklyn today after several cars were torched and numerous pieces of anti-Semitic vandalism took place in Midwood.

The incident was discovered at around 5 a.m., when residents awoke to see cars burning.

At least three cars were set ablaze and dozens of pieces of anti-Semitic graffiti were plastered along benches. The cars were damaged and the benches vandalized along Ocean Parkway between Avenues I and J. Among the vandalism: “KKK” scrawled nearby, as well as numerous swastikas.

“People are nervous, people are concerned,” Assemblyman Dov Hikind said. “The police are putting extra manpower into the community at synagogues and all over.”

“Not a way to wake up on Friday morning going into the Sabbath, definitely not,” said Midwood resident Sherry Tawil.

The incident occurred on the anniversary of Kristallnacht, when Hitler’s Nazi’s launched a pogrom against Jews in Germany and Austria.

“I’m used to swastikas, but three cars destroyed is a whole new dimension,” said Hikind. “Three cars completely destroyed as if someone had dropped them bomb on them is just a real tragedy.”

“All of a sudden I heard explosion from the metal, I guess from the popping. I look out window. It was like my house was on fire,” victim Arlette Tebele told CBS 2′s John Slattery.

“The burning of cars and vandalism of benches in Midwood this morning represents a truly hateful act of prejudice,” said Public Advocate Bill De Blasio in a statement. “That it took place on the anniversary of Kristallnacht leaves no doubt that this attack is a hate crime in every sense, and I applaud the NYPD for investigating it as such.”

New York City Councilman David Greenfield is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person – or persons – responsible for the incident.

“We will not accept anti-Semitism in our community. There is zero tolerance for such acts of hatred and ignorance,” said Councilman Greenfield in a statement. “I’m confident that these hateful people will be caught and punished to the full extent of the law.”

“This is the most shocking thing we ever saw, never seen before,” said resident Vickie Ayal.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg issued the following statement Friday afternoon:

“New York City is home to more than 8 million of the most open and tolerant people in the world. But even here, there are occasional incidents involving actions that are hateful or vicious or both. The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is actively investigating the twisted person or people who attacked cars, benches, and a sidewalk on a block of Ocean Parkway early this morning. The Hate Crimes Task Force, like so many other teams at our Police Department, is the world’s best, as today’s arrest for swastikas painted in Queens during October and early November shows. In fact, hate crimes are down nearly 30 percent citywide so far this year and are down roughly 33 percent in Brooklyn’s 66th Precinct.

The fact that this most recent attack came on the heels of the 73rd anniversary of Kristalnacht may or may not be a coincidence. Either way, this kind of hateful act has no place in the freest city in the freest country in the world.”

Just a week ago, two libraries and a synagogue in Queens were vandalized with swastikas.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). All calls are kept confidential. You can also log on to the Crime Stoppers website, or text your tip to CRIMES and then enter TIP577.

I grew up in Midwood.  This is my old stomping grounds.  The place where my friends and I felt safe, secure.  There was never any incidents of this kind when we were kids.  What has happened?

There has been an upswing in anti-Semitic rhetoric and speech from the Occupy movement.  Can we forget Patricia McAllister and her rant of hatred?  Or this, or this, or this.  Just 3 of the 49,500 anti-Semitic images associated with the Occupy movement.

Where is the Main Stream Media and their disgust at this level of hatred?  Why is the President, Vice President and leadership of the Democratic Party standing next to this movement?  Why do they accept and promote such hatred?  They have stayed silent on this so long that they have accepted and are fostering this behavior.

73 years ago was the beginning of the Holocaust.  For years up to Kristallnact laws were passed restricting the movements, the rights, the occupations of Jews in Germany.  Today no such laws have been passed in the United States, but the level of hatred has risen to levels of violence.  Given the left's hatred of Jews, can laws restricting them be next?  I pray not.

OCCUPY DC vs. Employment Offers ("We won't do that")

Hat Tip to IggyMom

After more than a month of protest demands for better employment opportunities and benefits, Accuracy in Media saw fit to test their desires with...employment applications. Our "headhunters" were treated to every excuse as to why these jobs aren't good enough for them. We guess middle management opportunities with healthcare and 401k benefits aren't desirable anymore.

If you are really out of work, and need a job, you will take any job that you can find.  If necessary you will work 2, 3 or even more jobs to make ends meet.

These Moonbats want the $100K job immediately.  Not realizing that the person who has that job worked their way up the corporate ladder and EARNED that position.  Nothing was handed to him/her.  But after years of liberal education, these idiots are taught they are entitled to any thing these bastards want.  You must not destroy their self-esteem.

Also in Occupy DC we get this:

I am waiting for what one of these idiots tell us what they want to do with the Jews. Oh wait they have:

"I think that the Zionist Jews who are running these big banks and our Federal Reserve, which is not run by the federal government, they need to be run out of this country."

Ladies and Gentlemen it is 1938 and tomorrow is Kristallnact!

Anti-Semitism...Renewed Hate In the 21st Century

A number of weeks ago I did a Blog Talk Radio show entitled "Eden" in which I spoke about the Holocaust and how even after that world-changing event, the rise of anti-Semitism was on the rise in these modern days. This article from Family Security Matters further details how we are seeing the distinct rise in anti Jewish sentiment and actions in America and definitely in Europe. Believe me, this is frightening stuff.

From the article:

According to Haaretz, Pino made a further display of his uncontrolled hatred on Tuesday last week. Ishmael Khaldi, a Bedouin Arab in the Israeli foreign service, was visiting KSU. After Khaldi’s lecture, Pino asked him how he and the Israeli government “could justify providing aid to countries like Turkey with blood money that came from the deaths of Palestinian children and babies.”

When Khaldi responded that Pino’s question was disrespectful, Pino claimed that the visiting lecturer was not being respectful to him, and accused Israel of killing people. Pino left the auditorium, calling out “Death to Israel.”

However, even in its current incarnation, the New Statesman cannot ignore the blatant anti-Semitism that is almost fashionable in Britain. An article there, by Rob Marchant, is entitled “Anti-Semitism is the New Black,” and shows how members of the trade union movement are freely giving vent to their anti-Jewish feelings. An excerpt:

Oh, how fashionable it is all becoming. A month ago, enfant terrible designer John Galliano was fined over an anti-Semitic tirade at a Paris restaurant. But his drug-addled ramblings were just the latest signs of a wider trend.

There are numerous recent incidents -- ranging from an unpleasant flavour of anti-Israeli activism to straightforward racism -- that should sound alarm bells for the liberals among us. For example, take the odd promotion of renowned Jewish conspiracy theorist Gilad Atzmon's book on the Times' website. Or the "ugly" barracking of Israeli musicians during a London concert for the heinous crime of, er, being Israeli. Or a racist incident involving a Jewish student at St Andrews University.

It's my view that in these times we live in now, the filters of society have been removed - in America, what we are seeing is a movement where a person can say anything and not pay the price for even the most hateful rhetoric. I'm not requesting a silencing of speech but what is concerning to me is how a 20 year old girl at a college can stand up and vow that the Jews should be run out of America or worse and she isn't portrayed for what she is...an animal. Instead, her behavior is at least passed over...reinforcing to her and all around her that anything goes, baby.

We are seeing this in the OWS movement - it's like raging gone wild. And it is my view that this can only spiral into violence. Mark my words...within the next 60 days, we will see the first dead bodies associated with the OWS movement - we are going to see the raging packs of protesters draw their first blood and conversely, we undoubtedly will see security personnel return the favor. Certainly, it would be a tragic event but the fact of the matter is that chaos has achieved a place in our society. Whether it is allowed to flourish is another matter.

Kent State Hate

Kent State Professor Calls for “Death to Israel”

Kent State University (KSU) gained notoriety after Ohio National Guard members shot dead four students protesting against the U.S. invasion of Cambodia. That event took place on May 4, 1970. For half a decade, Kent State has become linked to radicalism and support for terrorism not via its students, but via a particularly bizarre tenured Associate Professor at the university’s history faculty. His speciality is Brazilian studies, and he has written a book on Brazilian favelas.

Julio César Pino was born in Cuba, and came to the United States in 1968, while still a child. Pino converted to Islam in 2000, adopting the Islamic name of “Assad Jibril Pino.” Mike S. Adams of Townhall.com has been the most ardent journalist to shine a spotlight on Pino’s outrageous behavior. It began with Pino running a weblog called “Global War” (global-war.bloghi.com, nowdefunct) in which he called for jihad, and supported acts of terrorism, including terrorism against Americans. Unhelpfully, in 2007 the University president denied PIno’s involvement in the site, even though Pino had used university web connections and facilities to produce the blog.

Pino has referred to the 19 mass-murderers who carried out the 9/11 attacks as “martyrs.” Last year, using his Kent State email address, Pino emailed Adams to refer to 66 dead Americans in Afghanistan as “dogs” and also referred to them by an anatomical name beginning with “c.”

KSU President Lester A. Lefton condemned Pino’s actions as “reprehensible” and “an embarrassment to our university.” The Jerusalem Post reports that Lefton’s statements were praised by the ADL for their clarity. A statement from the National Conference on Jewish Affairs was less equivocal, including the following:

“We are appalled that such a man should remain in a position of leadership, especially one that molds the minds of young people and our future citizens. Such blood-curdling, inciting rhetoric — calling for the death of an entire people — may be acceptable in certain countries in the Middle East, but is unacceptable here in America.”

The behavior of radical imams has drawn attention from the FBI and law enforcement, and it is a disgrace that Pino should be allowed to influence young minds. Nine years ago, on the KSU campus newspaper, he praised Ayat al-Akhras, a young female Palestinian suicide bomber who murdered two people in an Israeli supermarket. He described her as a “martyr.”

On his Facebook page, Pino has an avatar of Ulrike Meinhof, the leftist German terrorist. He claims that Meinhof inspired him. He lists others who have inspired him, including leftist ideologues, as well as murders, mass-murderers and their supporters such as Maximilien Robespierre, Ayatollah Khomeini, Ayatollah Fadlallah (a guru to Hezbollah who supported murder of Israeli civilians), Assata Shakur, Mao Tsedung and Lin Baio. He also claims to be “inspired” by murderous fictional characters portrayed by Al Pacino: Michael Corleone (Godfather) and Tony Montana (Scarface).

If this were the Facebook page of a young student with no experience of the real world, such provocative choices would be par for the course. But for a lecturer in his early fifties, this is immature grandstanding, a sign of either someone who is seriously abnormal or someone who is trying to impress naïf students.

Allowing open support for terrorism and anti-Semitism on any campus gives the impression that terrorism and Jew-hatred are somehow “legitimate.” Would the university employ a lecturer who called for the “death of Saudi Arabia,” or declared that people who argued for the killing of Muslims were an “inspiration”? While Pino remains as a tenured professor, Kent State University disgraces itself.

Anti-Semitism and the British Left

The left in the United Kingdom has been hijacked by the pro-Palestinian, anti-war movement for so long that for the most part, being a leftist in Britain is almost synonymous with “anti-Zionism” and pro-Islamist viewpoints. There is only one UK political blog on the left that is opposed to anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism, and also opposed to Islamism.

The New Statesman has always been a traditionally leftist magazine. Until last year, under the editorship of Martin Bright (who now writes for the Jewish Chronicle), it was quick to identify and condemn any UK government support for anti-Semitic Islamist groups. More recently, under the editorship of Mehdi Hasan who lacks his predecessor’s journalistic skills, the New Statement’s viewpoint is becoming less distinct. Hasan, a Shia Muslim, gained notoriety for comparing non-Muslims to “cattle.”

Or the "ugly" barracking of Israeli musicians during a London concert for the heinous crime of, er, being Israeli. Or a racist incident involving a Jewish student at St Andrews University.

But there's a new twist on the ideological catwalk. We can visualise far-right thugs indulging in this kind of thing but somehow we don't expect it from our comrades on the supposedly liberal-left.

Occupy Wall Street: Al-Jazeera and Anti-Semitic Bias

There is no doubt that anti-Semitism has been a feature of some of the “Occupy” protests. Various reports have covered this unpleasant aspect of the protests. But Qatari-based AL-Jazeera will have none of it. Publishing an article on its website entitled: “Occupy protest critics exploit anti-Semitism,” the innate bias of the channel is displayed. Denial of anti-Semitism in the face of evidence, such as happens all too frequently with the Holocaust, is a form of active anti-Semitism, masking itself behind a veneer of “critical inquiry.”

Having a Jewish writer, M. J. Rosenberg, more usually associated with Huffington Post and Media Matters, in no way diminishes the taint of such an article. According to Rosenberg:

“Panicked conservatives are labeling the Occupy protests as 'anti-Semitic' in an attempt to break up the movement.”

An ugly old tradition is back: Exploiting anti-Semitism to break the backs of popular movements that threaten the power of the wealthiest one per cent of our population. It is being used to undermine the Occupy Wall Street movement, which has conservatives in a state of near panic.

There is no panic. Certainly no panic as great as the media panic that accompanied the Tea Party protests last year, which were not engaged in occupying other people’s space. Perhaps if, like those at Zuccotti Square, Muslims had been given their own space, the Tea Party would not have been so disproportionately vilified by America’s liberal media.

Italy: Anti-Semitism on the Rise

An article by Soeren Kern at the Hudson Institute, entitled “Runaway Anti-Semitism Trampling Italy” makes for alarming reading. An excerpt:

A jarring 44% of Italians are prejudiced or hostile towards Jews, according to a new research study released by the Italian Parliament on October 17.

The report, titled "Final Document: Investigation on Anti-Semitism," was commissioned by the Committee for the Inquiry into Anti-Semitism of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of the Italian Parliament. The 50-page document is the culmination of more than two years of research and parliamentary hearings.

The inquiry found that nearly half of all Italians say they feel no sympathy whatsoever toward the Jews. There has also been an exponential proliferation of anti-Semitic Internet websites and social networks in Italy. Moreover, the level of hatred against the State of Israel in many cases passes the limits of legitimate criticism of Israeli policies and aims at the destruction of the Jews.

Swiss Muslims Exploit Nazi Labels

On Saturday, Muslims attended a rally in Bern, Switzerland, to counter Islamophobia. Instead of dealing with the issues that they felt constituted “prejudice” against them, the organizers opted for a gimmick that is just – offensive.

They chose to make yellow “badges” like those yellow cloth badges that Jews were forced to wear in Nazi Germany, badges that would later be associated with concentration camps and mass murder. It is a frequent device of Muslim leaders to compare their current “plight” with Jews in Nazi Germany. Sadly, those who try to make such false analogies never choose to condemn the open and legally-sanctioned discriminations against Jews and Christians that exist in Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia.

Such cheap attempts to garner “sympathy” also ignore the fact that while the Nazis gassed Jews, they also worked with Muslims. Haj AMin al-Husseini, the anti-Semitic Mufti of Jerusalem went to Germany in November 1941 and later worked closely with Adolph Eichmann. Husseini blocked a prisoner exchange in which 10,000 Jewish children could have been spared. The children ended up at Theresienstadt concentration camp. Husseini also formed the 13th Handschar Division of the Waffen SS in Bosnia, which was made up exclusively of Muslims.

The Pact of Omar, attributed to Caliph Omar, encouraged non-Muslims to adopt a position of subservience to Muslims, and the same Caliph purportedly instituted the law of Ghiyar, or differentiation. This stipulation – a subsewt of the Pact of Omar, required that Christians and Jews (in lands where Muslims were the dominant class) should wear identifying clothing. From the start of the Abbasid cynasty, such rules became enforced. And in the manner that Jews in Nazi Europe were made to wear yellow stars, Muslims were doing the same to Jews centuries earlier:

(8) They are required to wear distinctive clothing such as the ghiyar, a yellow patch on their dress, the Zunnar (girdle), and a tall and colored qualansuwa (headgear).

Britain: Muslims Call Politician a “Jewish Homosexual Pig”

Mike Freer, MP (Member of Parliament) for Finchley and Golders Green in North London, was doing outreach work at the North Finchley Mosque on Friday, October 28. According to the Daily Express and the Daily Mail, a small group of Muslim extremists, not usually connected to the mosque, threatened and insulted Freer, who is openly gay. The antagonists were linked to the group Muslims Against the Crusades, and they objected to the presence of a “homosexual in the House of Allah”. Online, the group had made threatening notes, making explicit mention of MP Stephen TImms, who had been stabbed by a Muslim fanatic, Roshara Choudary. On their website and also on Facebook, they posted these references to Timms while warning Freer and other politicians.

An online message stated:

“We warn Mike Freer and every other MP in Britain that their presence is no longer welcomed in any Muslim area and that examples such as Stephen Timms should serve as a piercing reminder of this.”

When Freer arrived at the mosque, he was physically threatened, and had to be hidden. Freer is not Jewish, but he is a member of the political group called “Conservative Friends of Israel.” Freer said:

“I was made aware that a woman member of the mosque had started a campaign against me. She came into the surgery as a constituent but also with a gang of others from outside the area who started haranguing me and screaming abuse calling me a Jewish homo pig.”

Wall Street Fires Back

Flier that was dropped from a financial office building in Chicago on #OccupyChicago morons. This was sent to me by a trusted source.

This is from Pat Dollard.

“We are Wall Street. It’s our job to make money. Whether it’s a commodity, stock, bond, or some hypothetical piece of fake paper, it doesn’t matter. We would trade baseball cards if it were profitable. I didn’t hear America complaining when the market was roaring to 14,000 and everyone’s 401k doubled every 3 years. Just like gambling, its not a problem until you lose. I’ve never heard of anyone going to Gamblers Anonymous because they won too much in Vegas.

Well now the market crapped out, & even though it has come back somewhat, the government and the average Joes are still looking for a scapegoat. God knows there has to be one for everything. Well, here we are.

Go ahead and continue to take us down, but you’re only going to hurt yourselves. What’s going to happen when we can’t find jobs on the Street anymore? Guess what: We’re going to take yours. We get up at 5am & work till 10pm or later. We’re used to not getting up to pee when we have a position. We don’t take an hour or more for a lunch break. We don’t demand a union. We don’t retire at 50 with a pension. We eat what we kill, and when the only thing left to eat is on your dinner plates, we’ll eat that.

For years teachers and other unionized labor have had us fooled. We were too busy working to notice. Do you really think that we are incapable of teaching 3rd graders and doing landscaping? We’re going to take your cushy jobs with tenure and 4 months off a year and whine just like you that we are so-o-o-o underpaid for building the youth of America. Say goodbye to your overtime and double time and a half. I’ll be hitting grounders to the high school baseball team for $5k extra a summer, thank you very much.

So now that we’re going to be making $85k a year without upside, Joe Mainstreet is going to have his revenge, right? Wrong! Guess what: we’re going to stop buying the new 80k car, we aren’t going to leave the 35 percent tip at our business dinners anymore. No more free rides on our backs. We’re going to landscape our own back yards, wash our cars with a garden hose in our driveways. Our money was your money. You spent it. When our money dries up, so does yours.

The difference is, you lived off of it, we rejoiced in it. The Obama administration and the Democratic National Committee might get their way and knock us off the top of the pyramid, but it’s really going to hurt like hell for them when our fat asses land directly on the middle class of America and knock them to the bottom.

We aren’t dinosaurs. We are smarter and more vicious than that, and we are going to survive. The question is, now that Obama & his administration are making Joe Mainstreet our food supply…will he? and will they?”

Letter of the Day: Stick This In Your Pup Tent

A Coincidence?

Everyone seems to be talking about the "Occupy Wall Street" protests and sit ins across the country and I have a question that I'd like to ask my readers regarding these protests:

Is it simply coincidence that in every American city that these Occupy Wall Street type protests have taken hold, the protesters have been allowed to "occupy" a section of the city for days and in some cases, weeks?

Doesn't it seem odd that not a single city has banned an extended occupation due to "permit" issues?
