So, Was It a FAKE Attack On An Australian Mosque?

Okay folks, I'm going to go out on a limb here and let you know that I am 100% certain that at some point in the near future, this "hate attack", this fire bombing of a mosque in Australia, will be determined to have been a FAKE attack that was actually enacted by Muslims trying to feed Islamophobia propaganda.

Anyone want to take that bet with me?

The story comes from DAWN.

Firebomb attack outside Australian mosque termed 'hate crime'

SYDNEY: A firebomb attack outside an Australian mosque during prayers was condemned Wednesday by Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, with one Islamic leader calling it a "hate crime".

No one was injured in Tuesday night's blast which destroyed a car parked outside a mosque and Islamic college in the Perth suburb of Thornlie.

"It is believed an accelerant was used to start the fire," Western Australian police said in a statement, adding that three other vehicles were damaged in the incident. "Anti-Islamic graffiti was located spray painted on a wall associated with the college, near the damaged vehicles."

The mosque's Yahya Adel Ibrahim said the community in Perth had been visited "by hate" but would not retaliate by "hating and playing blame games".

"This, undoubtedly is a criminal act of hate, but it is the act of a person or group not the greater whole," he said on Facebook. "Despite what just transpired, everyone stayed to finish their prayers, refusing to give into the terror that had just occurred."

Anti-Muslim sentiment has become more prominent in Australia over the past year as concerns have mounted over homegrown extremism and citizens travelling to Iraq and Syria to support militant groups.

But Turnbull, who faces a general election on Saturday, said Australia had a fundamental foundation of mutual respect.

"I deplore and I cannot condemn strongly enough any attacks of that kind," he told radio station 6PR.

Australian Islamic College executive principal Abdullah Khan said while the attack came as a shock, he had been reassured by the support from the community.

At the last national census in 2011, Muslims made up less than 3 per cent of the overall Australian population of 24 million, with the overwhelming majority of the country identifying as Christian.

Conservatives sweep to Australia election victory

It's about damn time the Aussies came to their senses...hopefully, we in America won't be too far behind our brothers and sisters in Australia in taking our country back.

The story comes from DAWN.

Conservatives sweep to Australia election victory

SYDNEY: Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on Saturday conceded defeat to conservative challenger Tony Abbott in Australian elections and said he will step down as Labor leader as voters punished the party for internal warfare.

Some 100 minutes after the polls closed, Rudd mounted the stage in a function room at the Gabba cricket ground in Brisbane to wish his rival well in the “high strain” lifestyle that comes with the leadership.

“A short time again I telephoned Tony Abbott to concede defeat at this national election,” he said to cheering supporters. “As prime minister of Australia, I wish him well in the high office of prime minister of this country.”

He also announced he will quit as party leader, saying it was time for a change. “I will not be re-contesting the leadership of the parliamentary Labor Party. The Australian people I believe deserve a fresh start with our leadership.”

With 83 per cent of the votes counted, the Australian Electoral Commission showed Abbott’s Liberal/National coalition was leading in 88 seats in the House of Representatives, to Labor’s 56.

Abbott, a former trainee Catholic priest, boxing enthusiast and monarchist, capitalised on the infighting that saw Rudd oust Julia Gillard as Labor leader in June, three years after she did the same to him.

Best known as a political hard man of the Liberal Party, unafraid of speaking his mind and occasionally tripping up on a gaffe, he has rebuilt his image and ran what was widely seen as a disciplined election campaign.

He made a paid parental leave scheme his “signature” policy, while pledging to scrap the carbon tax and make billions of dollars of savings to bring debt down.

“Overall whatever success we are able to gain in this election is due to Tony Abbott's dedication and determination and commitment to hold a government to account and to present a clear alternative of focused, united, competent government,” his deputy Julie Bishop said Saturday.

Rudd said Labor had “fought the good fight”.

“Tonight is the time to unite as the great Australian nation,” he said. “Because whatever our politics may be we are all first and foremost Australian and the things that unite us are more powerful than the things that divide us, which is why the world marvels at Australia.”

Health Minister Tanya Plibersek admitted Labor had only itself to blame for defeat. “The clear take-out from this definitely is that disunity is death and we are not disciplined enough,” she said. “I don’t think the division or the pain was justified at any stage.”

Former Labor prime minister Bob Hawke, who won four successive elections in the 1980s and 90s, said personality politics had been allowed to overtake the party's message and policies.

“The personal manipulations and pursuits of interest have dominated more than they should and in the process the concentration on values has slipped,” he told Sky. “I really believe this was an election that was lost by the government rather than one that was won by the opposition.”

Rudd struggled for traction after toppling Gillard, Australia’s first female prime minister, in a bitter party room coup just weeks before calling the election.

He earlier cast his ballot in a Brisbane church, where he was met by a group of noisy refugee advocates who yelled at him about Labor's mandatory detention of asylum-seekers who arrive by boat.

A relaxed Abbott, 55, running as opposition leader in his second election, said while casting his vote at Freshwater Surf Club in Sydney, where he voted with wife Margie and three adult daughters, that he was ready to assume the leadership.

“Inevitably, all candidates are nervous but I am confident I am ready and my team is ready,” he told reporters

Rudd, also 55, campaigned on his administration’s success in keeping Australia out of a recession during the global financial crisis.

He also promised to scrap the carbon tax brought in by Labor after the 2010 election and move to a carbon emissions trading scheme by July 2014.

Other key policies included a plan to introduce a bill in parliament to legalise gay marriage and the adoption of tough measures to halt asylum-seeker boats.

Australian Political Candidate Threatened With Beheading By Muslim

Mike Holt has received death threats via his Facebook account.

Islamic terror takes many, many forms.

The story comes from Sunshine Coast Daily via The Religion of Peace.

Candidate calls on cops after beheading and rape threats

CONTROVERSIAL One Nation candidate Mike Holt wants a man who made death threats against him over Facebook charged with hate speech.

Mr Holt, who is running for the seat of Fairfax, received several threats from a man who identified himself as Muslim on his public page, Mike Holt One National Fairfax Candidate.

The threats, made on Thursday and Friday, made mentions of rape and beheading those who insulted Islam.

One comment read: "I swear this bloke won't last someone will get you out there you can't hide for every mike come meet me in bankstown just tell me you talk but can you face a Muslim your a weak dog with no guts keep talking behind your screen someone will grab you sooner or later."

Other comments were unfit for print.

Mr Holt said he had reported the matter to the Queensland Counter Terrorism Unit. An investigation has been opened and he will file a formal complain at Maroochydore Police Station today.

"You have to take it seriously," he said.

"I'm not afraid but I'm taking reasonable precautions."

He said some people were well known for going crazy and doing stupid things.

"This guy's challenged me and says someone's going to kill me," he said.

"At very least it's hate speech... it could be a lot worse."

Mr Holt (pictured) said they were the first death threats he had received.

"These threats won't distract me. They only strengthen my resolve to get into parliament and get this country back on track."

Mr Holt made headlines early in his federal election campaigning when he was linked to a food contamination scare involving stickers warning that Halal food funds terrorism. The stickers were available for purchase from Restore Australia, whose CEO was listed as Mr Holt.

Muslims Paying Australian Aborigines To Convert To Islam

I guess getting a few bucks to convert to Islam is better than getting killed.

The story comes from the Brisbane Times via The Religion of Peace.

Muslims paying Aborigines to convert to Islam, Rise Up candidate claims

A federal election candidate in western Queensland has accused Muslims of paying Aborigines to convert to Islam.

Speaking to ABC Western Queensland, Rise Up Australia candidate Pam Hecht said the biggest issue facing people in the electorate of Kennedy, which Bob Katter holds by 18.3 per cent, was the conversion of Indigenous people to Islam.

''I don't know whether people are aware, but many of the Aboriginal people in northern Australia are being targeted by Muslims and in some cases are being paid to convert to Islam,'' she said, describing herself and the electorate as ''farmers . . . just ordinary everyday people'', who ''want to be free to go about our business''.

''Our concern with that is, the Muslim belief, that converting the first peoples of the land to Islam means that the land belongs to Allah, and Islam should be the only religion.

''There is an Aboriginal lady who works with the people up in northern Australia and she has spoken directly with the leader of our party, Daniel Nalliah [and told him about the practice].''

Of the 340,393 Australians who identified as Muslims in the 2006 Census, just 1011 were Indigenous.

Comparatively, 290,630 Indigenous people identified as Christian.

Academics believe Aborigines came into contact with those who practised the Islamic faith even before they came into contact with Christianity, first through trade links with Indonesia and later through cameleers.

Mr Nalliah, the leader of Rise Up Australia, states in his Catch the Fire Ministries biography, that he first knew ''the Lord had called him'' after an Australian missionary visited his Sri Lankan town in 1976.

He made national headlines in 2002 when anti-Muslim comments he made became the subject of the first case heard under Victoria's newly-created Racial and Religious Tolerance Act. Mediation ended the case five years later.

Ms Hecht, who says she is a ''fifth generation Australian on her mother's side'' in her biography, said the growth of Islam was ''an important issue for the whole of Australia and definitely Kennedy''. She denied the party wanted to restrict religious choice and said the core issue was a matter of law.

''What we don't support is their hijacking of our laws and our system,'' she said.

''It really is many races, but one law and that's Australian law.''

Earlier this month, the One Nation Party dropped their candidate for the seat of Rankin, Stephanie Banister, after a gaffe-filled interview with the 27-year-old aired on Channel Seven, showed Ms Banister mistaking Islam for a country.

Ms Banister said she had been misrepresented.

Fairfax Media attempted to contact both Ms Hecht and Mr Nalliah for comment.

Justice...Aussie and American Troops Hunt Down Green-on-Blue Attacker Like a Dog, Kill Him Dead

Well, there's one less "green-on-blue" attacker in Afghanistan who is resting comfortably tonight - the Afghan soldier who turned on Australian troops wounding three of them has been tracked down and taken out in a raid that featured both Australian and American troops.

The lousy piece of shit is dead now, after fleeing to the Taliban after his cowardly attack.

Good riddance.

The story comes from The Long War Journal.

Australian, ISAF troops hunt down Afghan soldier involved in 2011 green-on-blue attack

Yesterday the Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd, announced that Australian forces had tracked down and killed a former Afghan National Army soldier who was involved in an insider attack nearly two years ago in Uruzgan province.

The rogue soldier, Mohammed Roozi, was hunted down earlier this week by a joint Afghan/Australian/International Security Assistance Force unit in the northern province of Takhar, far from the Australian base in Uruzgan where the green-on-blue attack took place in November 2011.

"This combined operation involved months of focused intelligence and professional work by the Australian Defence Force in concert with the International Security Assistance Force," Rudd said. According to the Guardian, ADF chief General David Hurley said that "Australian forces, in concert with ISAF, narrowed down his location and then worked with the ANSF [Afghan National Security Forces] and ISAF elements responsible for the area to plan and conduct a focused mission."

During the Afghan-led cordon and search operation, Roozi was shot and killed by the approaching joint force after he threw a grenade at them, slightly injuring an Afghan soldier.

On Aug. 14, the Taliban issued a statement on their website, Voice of Jihad, confirming Roozi's death, and claimed that he had been killed by American soldiers in a raid on his house during which eight US troops were said to have been killed. The Taliban also claimed that Roozi's presence had been reported by informers. The Taliban routinely exaggerate casualty statements, and no ISAF casualties have been reported from the raid.

Roozi had fled to the Taliban after opening fire with a grenade launcher and an automatic weapon on Australian and Afghan troops at a patrol base in Uruzgan late on Nov. 8, 2011. He wounded three Australian soldiers and two Afghan troops, and escaped in an army vehicle, Reuters reported at the time. The wounded Australians had been training Roozi, according to The Age.

After escaping to the Taliban, Roozi appeared in a Taliban propaganda video in which he claimed to have been on a mission "to kill foreigners and teach them a lesson." [See Threat Matrix report, Observations on Taliban video 'welcoming' rogue ANA soldiers.]

According to General Hurley, Australian troops never gave up searching for Roozi. Hurley also stated that his forces are still trying to track down other green-on-blue attackers, including Hek Matullah (or Hikmatullah), who killed three Australian soldiers at a base in Uruzgan in late August 2012.

Roozi is one of the few green-on-blue attackers to have been tracked down so far. According to The Long War Journal's special report, Green-on-blue attacks in Afghanistan: the data, 35 attackers are said to have fled in a total of 80 attacks since Jan. 1, 2008, and there is only one other reported instance of an attacker being located days after escaping (April 4, 2011 attack). So far, 69 attackers have been killed, wounded, or captured during or immediately after the incident. And earlier this year, a captured attacker escaped from prison (July 9, 2013 attack).

Green-on-blue attacks continue

The Taliban have been quick to capitalize on the green-on-blue attacks in their propaganda, routinely claiming them for the Taliban, and usually alleging that the attacker was an infiltrator. Insider attacks have featured as a key element of Taliban strategy over the past few years.

Although the frequency of green-on-blue attacks this year has fallen in comparison to a peak last year, there is a likelihood that the number of attacks is higher than that officially reported. ISAF has not disclosed the overall number of green-on-blue incidents in which ISAF soldiers were wounded by Afghan security personnel, or the attacks on ISAF personnel that did not result in casualties.

ISAF told The Long War Journal in March 2012 that "these statistics ... [are ] ... classified." Inquiries as to why the overall statistic is classified went unanswered. More than one year later, the data remains classified. [See Long War Journal report, Afghan soldier kills 2 ISAF troops in latest green-on-blue attack.]

In its July 2013 Report on Progress Toward Security and Stability in Afghanistan, the US Department of Defense noted a small decrease in the number of insider attacks for the reporting period Oct. 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 in comparison to the same period the year before (15 last period and 13 this reporting period).

The report also stated that the DoD has revised its figures to account for insider attacks that had been previously miscategorized, so that: "additional events were reclassified as insider attacks for a 2007-2012 total of 99 attacks," instead of the previous total of 88. It added that "there were three events that occurred in 2013, bringing the current total of insider attacks against ISAF to 102." The totals contained in The Long War Journal's special report data are consistent with those reported by the DoD, but LWJ's totals do not include data for 2007. In addition, the DoD totals include data for some incidents that are classified.

According to the latest DoD report, "[r]oughly half of the attacks in 2012 involved some level of insurgent links, with a third of those only making contact with insurgents after their attack." This assessment is similar to previous US estimates of Taliban infiltration and influence, and is likely a conservative one.

"None of the insider attacks against ISAF during the reporting period was attributable to
personal disagreements," the report stated. The report also noted a marked increase in insider attacks conducted by more than one person.

The report specified that after the spike in attacks in 2012, counter-intelligence teams (Target Focused Analysis & Neutralization (TFAN)) and other NATO forces were deployed throughout Afghanistan to try to address the increasingly dangerous trend. In all, these forces "detected and neutralized 94 insider threats" during the reporting period.

New Australian Prime Minister's Parliamentary Secretary Sworn In With Qur'an

How quickly, how completely the nation of Australia has fallen.

Bloody damn shame.

Read this article below - behold how this female reporter spins the article to protect the same Islamists in Australia that have stated that women like her can be justifiably raped for exposing their hair and their skin.  Stupid ass bitch.

The story comes from The Sydney Morning Herald.

'Shame, shame, shame': Australia's first Muslim frontbencher abused for taking oath on Koran

The Prime Minister's new parliamentary secretary, Ed Husic, has been subjected to a torrent of abuse online for being sworn in to his position with a Koran.

Mr Husic became Australia's first Muslim frontbencher on Monday when he was appointed to Kevin Rudd's new-look ministry as parliamentary secretary to the Prime Minister and parliamentary secretary for broadband.

"This is a wonderful day for multiculturalism, and everything it stands for in our country," Governor-General Quentin Bryce told Mr Husic during the swearing-in ceremony in Canberra on Monday.

However, after receiving dozens of messages of congratulations on his Facebook page, the comments quickly turned to disgust and outrage that he had chosen to be sworn in on the Muslim holy book.

Some called it un-Australian and unconstitutional.

"Our allegiance should have been to Queen and Country first Ed. That means saying the oath on the holy bible not the Koran.... Shame, Shame, Shame," posted one user, Ross Peace. "I am so disappointed in this government that they don't have the spine to stand up for the Australian way of life."

Another user, Therese Pearce, said she was "disgusted and embarrassed" for the Australian people.

"Hell i might just have to use snow white and the 7 dwarfs next time i take the oath for australia," she posted.

One user, Anna Dean, claimed his decision to be sworn in on the Koran undermined "our culture and country and constitution in this way".

Another user, Carrie Forrest, accused him of disregarding Australia's constitution and pushing for sharia.

Mr Husic played down the abuse on Tuesday afternoon by saying that people were entitled in a democracy to question his choice to be sworn in using a Koran and the public should not necessarily jump ‘‘because of harsh words out of dark corners’’.

‘‘[People] may have questions and they may have concerns and people are right to raise that,’’ he said. ‘‘But I also think you’ll have, from time to time, people of the extremes. There are people that are definitely extreme ... and they will always try to seek ways in which to divide people. The important thing is [that] mainstream Australia wants everyone to work together.’’

He said he had been ‘‘heartened’’ by the huge number of congratulatory messages.

Mr Husic has previously said that he is a moderate Muslim who does not involve himself heavily with most of the religious customs and behaviours of the faith.

Asked about his religion in 2010, he told the ABC: "If someone asks me, 'Are you Muslim?' I say yes. And then if someone says, 'Well do you pray and go to a mosque and do all the other things that are associated with the faith?' I say no.

"I often get told that I describe myself as non-practising when in actual fact I don't go round saying that. Like I just say 'I'm Muslim.' "

Opposition Leader Tony Abbott said people should respect Mr Husic’s choice. ‘‘I respect his choice,’’ he told reporters in Melbourne. ‘‘I think the Australian people should as well.’’

President of the Anti-Discrimination Board and chairman of the NSW Community Relations Commission Stepan Kerkyasharian said it was "a sad day for any society" when someone is abused because of their religion.

He said Mr Husic could act as a valuable bridge between the Muslim community and would put Australia at an advantage in the international community.

"It should be an interesting and positive milestone that someone of migrant heritage has come to Australia and has now, through our democratic process, reached a position of leadership," he said.

Mr Husic, 43, the son of Bosnian Muslim migrants, became the first Muslim to be elected to Parliament when he won his western Sydney seat of Chifley in the 2010 election with 51.58 per cent of votes, almost double that of his next competitor.

In 2010, he was sworn into Federal Parliament alongside members from several religions. Kooyong member Josh Frydenberg and Melbourne Ports member Michael Danby were sworn in on the Jewish bible.

Lawyer and community rights advocate Mariam Veiszadeh said there was too often an assumption that being a good Australian citizen and a good Muslim were "mutually exclusive concepts".

"You can be a devout Jew and a good Australian parliamentarian who serves your country just as equally as you can be a practising Muslim and a good Australian citizen and politician," she said.

"It is ignorant for people to conflate irrelevant issues and it stems from the Muslim bashing that has been going on in this country for a decade."

In Australia, Free Speech Takes a Back Seat To Islam

It's not all that fair to point to Australia in the matter of appeasement of Islam like it's the only Western country that is losing the battle ...hell, Europe has already lost it...but it's good to point out this article at Family Security Matters because there was a time when Australia represented one of the few bastions of free speech or at least a renegade approach to the encroachment of Islam.

Well, no more.  The islamists are winning all over the globe - each and every day they score victories with the soft jihad, with political correctness, with sharia law, with multiculturalism and with islamophobia.

Free Speech Goes Down in Defeat Down Under

Student newspaper members at Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra have recently learned the hard way how various Muslims do not accept criticism and condemnation like adherents of other faiths. Amidst the ecumenical satire of ANU's Woroni, the outrage and disciplinary threats provoked by the school newspaper's mocking of Islam suggests that this faith shall enjoy a privileged position among all beliefs.

As the Woroni editors explained on the newspaper website on May 26, 2013, the "'Advice from Religion' infographic on the back page" of the year's Edition 5 from April 18 "caused a flurry of activity." This infographic mocking Islam "was the fifth in a series that satirized facets of different religions; chronologically, Catholicism, Scientology, Mormonism, and Judaism." Many readers "condemned the piece as insulting and offensive to Islam and to religion in general." The editors acknowledged being "accustomed to receiving heated feedback," but "in this instance the extent of interference" by university officials "was unprecedented."

The day after publication, ANU Chancellery members met with Woroni's entire editorial board to discuss a "formal complaint submitted by the International Students Department" (ISD). As the Chancellery later stated to Woroni, the Islamic infographic violated "University rules" and Australian Press Council (APC) principles. The Chancellery added that the "University has a large international footprint and is mindful of maintaining its reputation of providing a welcoming environment for a diverse student and academic population." Referencing the 2005 Danish Muhammad caricatures and September 15, 2012, Muslim protests against the Innocence of Muslims film in Sydney that turned violent, Chancellery officials expressed concern about ANU's reputation and security.

To Chancellery calls for an apology and the infographic's official retraction, Woroni reacted "in a similar manner" to past complaints. A published "apology" would follow "to any readers who felt victimized... stressing" the infographic's "satirical" intent. The subsequent April 19, 2013, Woroni public response expressed these sentiments and denied any intention "to make anybody feel uncomfortable."

Yet the Chancellery remained unappeased. Regular uploading of Edition 5 as a PDF to the Woroni website archive and Facebook pages prompted a second meeting with Woroni editors and the three infographic authors. The Chancellery therein warned that the continued presence online of the Edition 5 PDF would lead to disciplinary action under Section 3.1(b) of the ANU Discipline Rules condemning as "misconduct" behavior that "unreasonably hinders other persons in the pursuit of their studies in the University or in participation in the life of the University." These disciplinary measures, along with threats to Woroni's ANU student funding, prompted removal of the back page from the Edition 5 PDF.

As The Australian reported (subscription for original story required), the infographic at the origins of the controversy asked from a mockingly Islamic perspective "How should I value women?" The "answers referenced Aisha, the prophet Mohammed's nine-year-old wife, and described the 72 'houris' -- women depicted in the Koran as large-bosomed virgins who are a reward in paradise -- as a 'rape fantasy'." The Australian added that someone from ISD effectively told one of the authors, Jamie Freestone, that he did not "understand the seriousness of this. In Pakistan, people get shot for this kind of thing."

Yet, as the May 26 explanation indicated, Woroni "regularly features material that is challenging, and even at times confronting," befitting universities as "forums to critique ideas and beliefs." Edition 1's premiere backpage "Advice from Religion" infographic, for example, asks "I'm a man. Can I have sex with this person?" Sarcastic answers from "Catholicism" included molesting priests and lack of female consent. Edition 2 references various conspiracies and esoteric beliefs in presenting the answers of "Scientology" to "Should I be candid and tell the truth?" While Edition 3 only has its cover page uploaded, Edition 4 shows "Judaism" giving answers of "Exterminate them" (Old Testament) and "Segregate them and claim what's yours" (modern Israel) to the question "How should I treat other cultures?"

Nonetheless, pages 10-11 of Edition 6 posted on the Woroni Facebook page document the controversy the Islam infographic generated in reader letters. ISD President Muhammad Taufiq bin Suraidi bemoaned that the student-funded Woroni had not shown a "certain level of cultural sensitivity" amidst ANU's student body, a quarter of which is from abroad. Bin Suraidi promised, though, that the ISD would "work closely with the Woroni... such that an incident of this nature does not reoccur."

Nadiatul Akmal Mohd Radzman from the executive committee of ANU's Muslim Students Association (MSA) also took issue with Woroni. She, for example, contested various assertions of the infographic such as the "myth" of "72 virgins in Paradise," something controverted by Freestone in his adjacent letter with Koranic verses (55:56, 56:22, 78:33).Radzman called "making fun of others... bullying" and falsely equated Islamic beliefs as a "way of life, not just a religion" with ethnicities like Asians. "We have racial tolerance, why can't we have religious tolerance?" she mistakenly analogized. "There are many other funny things that you can make fun of," she superficially concluded, "like botox and iPhones."

In contrast, Freestone's Edition 6 letter, also published on his personal website, saw no "reason to have a special standard for established religions that we would never conscience for any secular group, political party or new religious movement," even though "it's highly unsettling and confronting for believers to have their faith mocked." In the future, though, Freestone will no longer make this principled stand for open debate at Woroni, for he described this letter as "my last contribution to Woroni." As the May 26 explanation noted, though, the evident "implications of these events for freedom of speech" will remain.

Australian Muslim Mentor Convicted of Whipping Convert

From The Clarion Project.

Australian Muslim Mentor Convicted of Whipping Convert

As a Sharia punishment for drinking and drug use, Christian Martinez was held down and whipped 40 times with an electrical cord.

A Muslim man in Australia was sentenced to prison for a minimum of at least 16 months for whipping a Muslim convert who he was mentoring. The whipping was carried out as a Sharia (Islamic) punishment after the man admitted to drinking alcohol and taking drugs.

The case is believed to be the first of its kind in Australia relating to such a punishment given out according to Sharia law and subsequently used as a defense in a court of law.

Wassim Fayad, 45, and three young accomplices broke into convert Christian Martinez's house and whipped him 40 times with an electric cord while the three other men held him down on his bed.

Magistrate Brian Maloney sentenced Fayad to a maximum two years' imprisonment for assault and inflicting bodily harm, while giving the accomplices suspended 18-month sentences each, finding that they were duped by Fayad.

The defendants told the court that they were following Sharia (Islamic) law when they held Martinez down and whipped him on the back.

Martinez told the court that he had called Fayed, his religious mentor, to admit that he had spent a night out drinking and taking drugs. Sharia law prohibits alcohol and recommends whipping as a punishment for several offenses.

Martinez allegedly also asked him for help getting off drugs. Fayed told him, "That means I'm going to tie you up, brother, because that's what you need."

Fayed and the other offenders then proceeded to break into Martinez's home in the middle of the night. Fayed lashed Martinez on the back as the others held him down. Martinez, who had originally consented to the punishment, changed his mind in the middle of the whipping and begged the men to stop. He was in serious pain for about a week after the incident.

In court, the judge based his ruling on the fact that Martinez had withdrawn his consent; he also expressed doubt that Martinez had given his consent in the first place. In addition, since whipping a person with an electrical cord can cause serious bodily harm, a party cannot consent to an act that is unlawful or criminal according to Australian law.

Fayad's lawyers immediately filed an appeal and were seeking bail pending the outcome of the appeal hearing.

More Arrests In Female Genital Mutilation Case In New South Wales, Australia

The list of people arrested in the case of the female genital mutilation of two young girls in New South Wales, Australia continues to grow as four women have now been arrested as well.

Isn't it amazing what good things the Muslims have brought to Australia?

The story comes from The Daily Telegraph via The Religion of Peace.

Four more women arrested over female genital mutilation in NSW

FOUR more women have today been arrested and charged in relation to the female genital mutilation of two young girls in NSW.

Detectives with the State Crime Command’s Sex Crimes Squad have been continuing investigations since charging a Sydney sheik, a retired nurse and the parents of the two sisters.

Detectives with Strike Force Longfield said today that they had been working closely with NSW Health and the Department of Family and Community Services.

Earlier today two women were arrested in Sydney and two women in the Wollongong area. They were each charged with prohibition of female genital mutilation.

Police will allege the four women, aged 39, 68, 73 and 77, were each present at one or both of the procedures, also known as female circumcision, performed on the two sisters when they were aged six and seven.

The women have been granted bail to face Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday 7 November 2012.

Investigations by Strike Force Longfield are ongoing, and police continue to appeal for anyone with information about female genital mutilation to come forward.

Sheik Shabbir Mohammedbhai Vaziri, 56, of the Dawoodi Bohra community at Auburn, and Helen Magennis, 68, a retired nurse of Campbelltown, and the children's parents were all previously charged in relation to the alleged acts on the girls.

The girls remain in the care of their parents.

Australian Muslim Mother Who Let 3 Yr Old Son Hold "Behead Them" Sign At Protest Turns Herself In To Police, Police Say She's a Fine Mother

I had the photo up the other day, the same one above this post where this moronic 25 year old Muslim mother in Australian has her 3 year old little boy holding the beheading sign at the anti-Muslim movie protest in Australia...well, it turns out that this mother turned herself into police who wanted to check her out after putting her son in that kind of danger.  Well, the police apparently checked out her home and kids and found out that she is just a stellar mother and patted her on the back and said everything is fine....maybe she just thought it would be funny.

There ya go.  Now, if she had been a Christian or Jewish mother, her kids would be wards of the state and the mother would be in jail awaiting trial.  You know I'm right.

The story comes from The Telegraph.

Middle East protests: mother of toddler who held 'beheading' sign turns herself into police

A mother of a three-year-old boy photographed holding a placard reading "Behead all those who insult the prophet" during Islamic protests in Sydney has turned herself in to police.

The photograph appeared across the nation's media and became the defining image of the protests after the weekend's violent rally in the centre of Sydney against the controversial video about the prophet Mohammed.

The boy's mother, aged 25, has told police she did not expect the protest to turn violent and apparently "may have thought it was a giggle".

"She apparently said that the child had been brought because they didn't expect it to become violent, which you might disagree with, but that was her account," said the New South Wales community services minister, Pru Goward.

"The police then went back to the house and assessed the children and assessed that they were safe... Parents do crazy things. She may have just thought it was a giggle to get him to hold a sign."

The protests have triggered widespread debate about the causes of the wild scenes and attacks on policemen and police cars, while mosques this week have reported receiving hundreds of "racist" anti-Islamic messages.

Photographs from the protest appeared on Facebook and other social media showing men and small children with some signs calling for beheadings and others saying "Obama Obama we love Osama".

Muslim leaders across the country have urged calm this weekend, saying the protest last Sunday was counterproductive and the film was "not worth it".

Samier Dandan, from Australia's Lebanese Muslim Association, said the small group of violent protesters were young "freelancers" who were not associated with any mosque or religious organisation.

"It's our shortcoming," he said. "We have not really engaged with these individuals... We want to engage with them; we want to try to understand what drove them to this mentality." The state's Premier, Barry O'Farrell, said he was "delighted" by the response of Islamic leaders but ordered an investigation into the treatment of children during the protests.

"Who would take a child along to a protest that turned violent, or who would take a child along to a protest and put into their hands such a vile sign?" Mr O'Farrell said.

"All of us as parents need to take a look at ourselves, need to have a wake-up call, and those who have young children who want to protest, and there is a right to protest, need to think twice about what they put in the hands of their kids."

Australian Mother of Two Raped 14 Times by Muslim Gang

There will come a time, I tell ya, when the citizens of any country are going to have to take care of their own on their own streets against the marauders of Islam. I'm just sayin'. The latest outrage comes to us from Australia where a mother of two was grabbed by a Muslim gang of young men and repeatedly raped. Luckily, the rapists were caught and are facing the charges in court - they, of course, are fighting the charges - it's my guess that they will claim that since she is a woman, she is nothing more than a livestock animal and if they want to dick that animal, allah says it's aokay.

What sentence do you give these animals when convicted? How do you send the signal to every Muslim gang member in Australia that the Australian people have had it up to their necks?

I have my own ideas.

The story comes from the Bendigo Advertiser.

Police say Bendigo mother raped 14 times

POLICE allege a Bendigo mother of two was subjected to repeated sexual assault at the hands of six youths who dragged her into a laundry and took turns raping her, a court has heard.

Mohammed Elnour, 19, Akoak Manon, 19, and Mohammed Zaoli, 22, all appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates Court yesterday charged with a long list of sex offences stemming from the alleged gang rape in January last year.

All three men are contesting the charges and the first day of a committal hearing began yesterday.

The court heard Manon and Zaoli both faced 17 charges, including 14 counts of rape and single counts of indecent assault, unlawful assault and false imprisonment.

Elnour also faces these 17 charges as well as charges of using a carriage service to harass and harassing a witness. Police allege Elnour contacted the complainant five days after the alleged rape.

In court yesterday, footage taken on the night of the alleged attack – retrieved from Zaoli’s phone – was shown to Magistrate Richard Wright.

The sound was muffled, the recorded voices were mostly unintelligible, but at times a woman’s voice could be heard saying “no” and “stop”.

Prosecuting Alex Albert said the footage showed part of the incident in the complainant’s home, including Zaoli “grabbing” at her, the incident from which the charges of indecent assault and unlawful assault arose.

Informant Detective Senior Constable Chris Reed tendered photographs of the defendants taken by police at the complainant’s house shortly after the incident allegedly took place.

Senior Detective Reed said six men, three under 18, were arrested soon after.

Running through the charges yesterday, Mr Albert explained that each count of rape related to one of the six youths assaulting the complainant while the other five “acted in concert or aided and abetted” the attack.

He detailed 14 separate charges of digital and penile rape committed by the men.

Mr Albert said that at times the youths pinned the complainant against the wall while another raped her.

Australian Parliament Member Tells Aussies They Are Being Fed Halal Meat Without Knowing It

From TheWest.com:

Halal meat converting Aussies: MP

A WA Liberal MP has claimed Australians are unknowingly being converted to Islam by eating Halal meat.

In a speech to Parliament yesterday, backbencher Luke Simpkins said most Australians did not know that most of the meat they ate came from animals killed in accordance with Muslim law.

“By having Australians unwittingly eating Halal food we are all one step down the path towards the conversion, and that is a step we should only make with full knowledge and one that should not be imposed upon us without us knowing,” Mr Simpkins told Parliament.

“What is happening is wrong. Too often the minorities in this country are looked after without regard to the majority.”

Mr Simpkins said he had carried out an unofficial survey in his northern-suburbs electorate of Cowan and had discovered that most meat at major chains such as Coles or Woolworths had been killed under Halal conditions, but had not been labelled as such.

He tabled a petition demanding that all Halal meat be clearly identified, complaining people could not buy meat for their “Aussie barbecue” without the influence of the “minority religion”.

Mr Simpkins said that Mohammed the prophet of Islam had talked of how the religion could be expanded around the world by getting people to eat Halal meat.

“He reportedly said, ‘The non-believers will become Muslims when, amongst other things, they eat the meat that we have slaughtered’. This is one of the key aspects to converting non-believers to Islam,” Mr Simpkins said.

The petition tabled by Mr Simpkins had been organised by the Barnabas Fund, an organisation that supports Christians living in Muslim countries.

Immigration Minister Chris Bowen said Opposition Leader Tony Abbott should pull Mr Simpkins into line.
“All members of Parliament should be looking to promote understanding and harmony between religions. Mr Simpkins has done the complete opposite,” he said.

Three Australian Troops Shot Dead In Kandahar by Taliban Wearing ANA Uniform

It simply has been one horrible ass day in Afghanistan as three Australian soldiers have been gunned down and killed by a Taliban jihadi who was dressed in an Afghan National Army uniform. The group's interpreter was killed as well.

The story is fairly breaking and is a bit light on details. We'll continue to follow it.

The story is from ABC Melbourne.

Three Australian soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Australian troops in southern Afghanistan are on alert after three fellow soldiers were shot dead and seven wounded by a gunman wearing an Afghan army uniform.

An Afghan interpreter was also killed in the incident, which happened during a routine morning parade at Shah Wali Kot in the southern province of Kandahar.

The attacker was shot dead moments later when troops returned fire.

The Australian soldiers wounded have been taken to a medical facility and are now in a stable condition.

The Defence Force (ADF) has notified the families of the victims and is investigating the incident.

Afghan and Australian commanders have travelled to the site of the attack.

Troops have been placed on a heightened security alert, as a precaution against any further attacks.

Afghan and Australian commanders have visited the site of the attack to assist in the response and offer support to the survivors.

Australian army cook Lance Corporal Andrew Jones was shot dead by an Afghan soldier in May.

A total of 33 Australians have now been killed in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, 13 Americans operating under NATO were killed in a car bomb attack on a foreign military convoy in Kabul.

The incident is the deadliest single ground attack against the coalition in 10 years of war in Afghanistan.

The dead Americans, including eight civilians and five soldiers, were travelling in a bus when it came under attack.

The assault on the ISAF convoy took place late in the morning in the Darulaman area in the west of the city, near the national museum.

ISAF spokesman Brigadier-General Carsten Jacobson condemned the bombing.

"It is a waste of human life. It is again an attack that did not only hurt ISAF personnel but also innocent civilian bystanders who were close to this incident," he said.

The former royal palace, now in ruins, is also in the area, along with several government departments, and Afghan and foreign military bases.

The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack, saying they packed a four-wheel-drive vehicle with 700 kilograms of explosives.

Violence across Afghanistan is at its worst since the start of the war 10 years ago, according to the United Nations, despite the presence of more than 130,000 foreign troops.

The attack is likely to heighten worries about the reach of insurgent forces as the United States and its allies prepare to hand over responsibility for security to Afghan forces by 2014.

Australia Looks Like They Will Dump Their Version of "Obama"

In 2008, the people of America made a huge mistake in electing one Barack Hussein Obama to the Presidency. In 2010, the people of Australia made a similar error in judgement vote-wise and in their political process, found one Julia Gillard as their new Prime Minister. Now, Barack Obama is a half black-half white male and Julia Gillard is a white female but that is where there differences end....Gillard is a dyed in the wool Marxist and so what she brought to Australia was the same bullshit "transformational change" that Obama brought to America.

Well, the people of Australia have had enough with their mistake and it appears they are ready to make a correction.

From the article at Breitbart:

Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard dismissed mounting speculation about her future, vowing to stay in the job despite a crushing court blow to the government's asylum-seeker policy.

The nation's highest court on Wednesday scuttled Canberra's proposal to send 800 boatpeople to Malaysia in a huge embarrassment for Gillard and her fragile Labor government, sparking fevered talk that her days are numbered.

The Sydney Morning Herald said the Labor Party was alive with chatter about a possible replacement for the country's first female prime minister, whose credibility was already under pressure before the court setback.

Former prime minister Kevin Rudd, who Gillard ousted last year to take the top job, and Defence Minister Stephen Smith have been touted as potential successors.

Most newspapers ran similar stories with the Sydney Daily Telegraph's front-page headline on Friday screaming "Gillard On Notice", citing senior government figures saying she had "lost her authority".

"This is about authority and whether she can assert her authority because she hasn't got it now," one senior party figure was quoted as saying.

The minority coalition government's popularity is at record lows in opinion polls, with an unpopular tax on carbon pollution adding to its woes, but Gillard insisted she remained the best person for the job.

"I'm not going anywhere," she told ABC radio.

You gotta hand it to the Australians for having the foresight to say "hey, we made a big mistake and instead of trying to make a purse out of a sow's ear, let's just correct it"....while in America, we have a minority of people who insist that they can make Obama work out. So, we shall see which country grows up first - will Australia get rid of this colossal mistake in judgement first? Will America correct its error next year?

The world has centuries of Socialism failures to reflect upon but almost like that human nature tick that leads one to believe that you actually can get stuff in this world for free, we apparently have a subset of the population that feels the need to give Socialism one more shot every 10 to 15 years. It's time to bury this failed ideology....well, bury it after we burn it, once and for all.

Defiant Australian PM vows to stay in the job

Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard dismissed mounting speculation about her future, vowing to stay in the job despite a crushing court blow to the government's asylum-seeker policy.

The nation's highest court on Wednesday scuttled Canberra's proposal to send 800 boatpeople to Malaysia in a huge embarrassment for Gillard and her fragile Labor government, sparking fevered talk that her days are numbered.

The minority coalition government's popularity is at record lows in opinion polls, with an unpopular tax on carbon pollution adding to its woes, but Gillard insisted she remained the best person for the job.

"I'm not going anywhere," she told ABC radio.

"I'm the best person to do this job. And I'll continue to do it. And what this job is about is leading the nation to a better future."

Gillard said her government had taken some "tough" and "bold" decisions and several cabinet colleagues quickly gave her their backing, including Trade Minister Craig Emerson who described her as "a strong leader".

"They (Australians) expect leaders to make tough decisions even if those decisions aren't always popular in the short term," he said.

The government had heralded the Malaysia policy as a sure-fire strategy to deal with the politically divisive asylum-seeker issue and it is currently taking legal advice on what to do next.

The nation's top court found that under Australian law the government could not send asylum-seekers to be processed in a country that was not bound to adequately protect them.

Malaysia is not a signatory to the UN convention on refugees.

Australian Muslim Woman Beats Criminal Charges Because Her Identity Was Hidden By Her Burqa

I think a lot of people will remember this case where an Australian woman was charged with false charges of police brutality but when the case came before a judge, that judge determined that the woman could not be sentenced due to the fact that he could not be certain that it was actually her involved due to the fact that she was wearing a burqa. So she walks. So, I guess, any woman in any country that wants to commit a crime and then refuses to show her face will walk.

From the report at News.com.au:

THE Muslim woman accused of lying about police trying to tear her burqa off has avoided jail - because her identity could not be proven.

Carnita Matthews, 47, from Woodbine, in Sydney's southwest, had been sentenced to six months in jail for making a deliberately false statement that a policeman tried to forcibly remove her burqa because he was a racist.

But judge Clive Jeffreys said yesterday he was not satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that it was Mrs Matthews who made the racism accusation because the person who complained to police was wearing a burqa at the time.

The absurdity of the law is that, to reach the level of proof of identity to make the case, Mrs Matthews would have been required to identify herself by lifting her burqa at the police station - what started the uproar in the first place.

More than a dozen Muslim supporters linked arms and began chanting "Allah Akbar" as they stormed out of Downing Centre Court with Mrs Matthews concealed behind them.

Now we know why countries like France have passed laws banning the veil or the burqa that covers the face. I guess it does need to be pointed out that his whole charade of a trial took place in Australia....what once was the new Wild West of the world has now become a mini Europe in regards to appeasement of Muslims.

Race row woman avoids jail by remaining behind her burqa

More than a dozen Muslim supporters linked arms and began chanting "Allah Akbar" as they stormed out of Downing Centre Court with Mrs Matthews concealed behind them.

empers rose and they began jostling with police after several members of the group attacked cameramen.

It marked a stark difference from their behaviour minutes earlier, when they had quietly assembled outside the lifts for prayer shortly after the judge's decision.

Mrs Matthew's lawyer Stephen Hopper defended their actions saying: "They are obviously happy with the result and are expressing it in a way that is culturally appropriate to them."

Judge Jeffreys said yesterday that even if Mrs Matthews had made the complaint, he could not be sure she knew it was a "false" statement.

"I am not satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that she made the complaint," he said.

"Even if I was satisfied that she made the complaint, I am not satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that it was knowingly false."

Mrs Matthews made the claim in her court appearance last year, saying police could not prove it was her behind the burqa when the complaint was handed in to police. The local magistrate rejected it.

The case had lit up the religious debate when a magistrate found Mrs Matthews had deliberately made false complaints that Sergeant Paul Kearney was racist and had attempted to tear her burqa off her face when she declined to remove it on request.

She was pulled over for a random breath test last June, and accused Sgt Kearney of racism only after he booked her for failing to properly display her P-plates.

The incident was captured on a patrol car video camera and helped clear Sgt Kearney, prompting calls for all police cars to carry in-built cameras to avoid false claims.

"I've got my P-plates on my car ... there was nothing wrong with how they were displayed," Mrs Matthews says on the video.

"You look at me and see me wearing this and you couldn't handle it. All cops are racist."

She then threatens, "100 per cent", that she will take the matter to court and fight the charge.

Muslim Ad Campaign In Australia Teaches Christians That Jesus Isn't the Son of God but Merely the Opening Act For Mohammed

You know, if you look back at Australia about 10 years ago and then chronicle the growth of Muslim immigration and the onset of political correctness and then the introduction of the islamophobia weapon....well, I can't think of a single country where the progress...the "creep" of Islam is more defined in a single country. It hasn't taken long, believe me. The Australians, long known for their ties to Europe but their rabid independence of the motherland is falling right in line with Europe in its surrender to Islam.

I would put forth that what has happened in Australia and is going to continue to happen is a better model of what will happen in America than what happened with the islamic infestation of Europe. Afterall, Australia and America have a certain independence quality that you just won't find elsewhere.

Well, the Aussies now find themselves staring at a new ad campaign by the Muslims that is designed to teach them about Islam ...including the fact that Jesus isn't really the Son of G_d, but merely an opening prophetic act to the real head liner....Mohammed.

From the article at the Sydney Morning Herald:

CHRISTIANS in Sydney will have their core beliefs challenged by provocative advertisements due to appear on billboards and buses in the next month.

The ads, paid for by an Islamic group called MyPeace, will carry slogans such as ''Jesus: a prophet of Islam'', ''Holy Quran: the final testament'' and ''Muhammad: mercy to mankind''.

A phone number urges people to call to receive a free Koran and other Islamic literature.
Advertisement: Story continues below

The organiser of MyPeace, Diaa Mohamed, said the campaign was intended to educate non-Muslims about Islam. He said Jesus was a prophet of Islam, who was to come before Muhammad. ''The only difference is we say he was a prophet of God, and they say he is God,'' Mr Mohamed said. ''Is it thought-provoking? Yes, it is. We want to raise awareness that Islam believes in Jesus Christ,'' he said.

Mr Mohamed said he hoped the billboards would encourage Christians and Muslims to find common ground. They were not intended to downgrade the significance of Jesus. ''We embrace him and say that he was one of the mightiest prophets of God.''

Now, I certainly don't have a problem with these billboards going up in Australia and also if they went up in America. What I would want assurance of is that I can put up billboards that say "Allah is a moongoddish lie" and "Mohammed wrote the Qur'an during a blackout." What do you think would happen at that point in time? Do you not think CAIR would sue to have those billboards taken down or not even put up in the first place?

We all know by now that the islamists in Australia and America have one thing in common...they want their right to say and do anything in their countries upheld but they also want the right to dictate what other religions can say and do.

You see, it is simple. The Muslims believe theirs is the one true religion and since their prophet demanded of them to conquer the other religions, they must go on the attack ...whether that is with 20 foot billboards or suicide bomb belts or road side bombs. One other thing that needs to be pointed out here because you will hear this crock from many Muslims...that "yes, we believe in Jesus! He was a prophet!" Well, as you can see here, that might sound good to a Christian wanting to believe that Islam isn't evil, but the fact of the matter is that these Muslims are blasphemously really making the claim that Jesus carried water for Mohammed.

He's not the son of God, just the support act

MyPeace plans to extend the campaign, funded by private donations, to television.

The Anglican Bishop of South Sydney, Rob Forsyth, said it was ''complete nonsense'' to say Jesus was a prophet of Islam. ''Jesus was not the prophet of a religion that came into being 600 years later.''

But the billboard was not offensive, he said. ''They've got a perfect right to say it, and I would defend their right to say it [but] … you couldn't run a Christian billboard in Saudi Arabia.''

The bishop said he would pay for billboards to counter those of MyPeace if he could afford it, and ''maybe the atheists should run their billboards as well''.

A spokesman for the Australian Islamic Mission, Siddiq Buckley, said the campaign would increase awareness of the positive facts of Islam. ''I would be looking at this as a good opportunity to explain what we mean.''

Australian Digger Awarded Victoria Cross For Heroism In Afghan Battle...Fellow Troops Say He 'tore a Taliban fighter off his back like an insect'

This is an amazing story of battlefield heroics by one Australian Digger during a fierce battle with Taliban in Afghanistan - my thanks to Kirly for leading me to the story that was found here at Crusader Rabbit.

Instead of me recounting the details of this amazing heroism, let's see how it was described in the original piece over at News.Com.Au:

It was October 2010, at the height of the Afghanistan fighting season, and a large Taliban force had established numerous firing positions around heavy machineguns.

More than 24 elite Perth-based Diggers from the Special Air Service Regiment were under withering fire.

Realising his mates were in grave danger, and with no regard for his own welfare, the SAS Corporal charged headlong into the Taliban machinegun fire.

The sight of the 202cm Australian warrior coming at them must have shocked the bearded Afghans.

Within minutes three enemy guns had been silenced and numerous Taliban fighters lay dead.

West Australian Ben, or "RS" to his mates, had taken out three machinegun positions single handedly.

His comrades said it was the most extreme example of conspicuous gallantry since Albert Jacka VC jumped into a trench full of Turks at Gallipoli in 1915, killing seven with his rifle and bayonet.

"He just tore into the enemy," one of his mates said.

"He is the epitome of the Spartan soldier. It was only a matter of time before he would demonstrate his true ability."

Now the soldier - already awarded a Medal of Gallantry - will become the latest to be awarded the nation's highest military honour, the Victoria Cross For Australia.

"This guy is a warrior," one of his ex-colleagues said ahead of Sunday's investiture ceremony.

By the time the battle was over about 60 Taliban lay dead from small arms fire, hand-to-hand combat and close air support.

Ben's Victoria Cross will make him the most decorated Australian soldier in decades.

We have seen tremendous feats of valor in the Afghanistan War by troops from many countries including our own America but this story of this Australian is amazing. When I first read this, all I could picture was the look on the faces of the Taliban as this hulk of a man comes sprinting through the smoke and dust straight at them - I'm not sure how the expression "what the fuck?!" is said in Pashtun but it's my guess that is was heard loudly from the Taliban side of this battle.

A job well done "RS" - at Holger Awakens we salute you!

Victoria Cross awarded to soldier who 'tore a Taliban fighter off his back like an insect'

THE brown dust from the departing choppers that carried the SAS squadron south from their base at Tarin Kowt had barely cleared when all hell broke loose.

The battle that led to the honour came during an offensive in the Shah Wali Kot area.

Signals intelligence had intercepted enemy "chatter" about a large group of Taliban fighters moving to attack a combined force of commandos from the Sydney based 2nd Commando Regiment and the Afghan National Army.

The SAS had been mounting helicopter-borne assaults throughout the offensive, targeting Taliban commanders and bomb makers.

As soon as word came through, the troops from the squadron based at Camp Russell near Tarin Kowt immediately mounted several US Blackhawk choppers for the 15-minute flight into battle.

After landing the SAS took the fight to the enemy, but it was clear they would falter unless the machineguns were neutralised. Step forward "RS", the biggest man in the regiment by a fair margin.

"RS" joined the SASR in 2002 from the army's 3rd Battalion. He is a specialist sniper and "assaulter" and a devoted husband and father of two young daughters.

He was awarded a Medal for Gallantry in December 2006 for his courage under fire in Afghanistan's Chora Valley in the same battle in which Sergeant Matthew Locke, who was killed in action during 2007, won his MG. During that fight, according to comrades, "RS" tore a Taliban fighter off his back like an insect, stood on his throat and shot him dead.

By the time the battle was over about 60 Taliban lay dead from small arms fire, hand-to-hand combat and close air support.

Ben's Victoria Cross will make him the most decorated Australian soldier in decades.

His good mate Rob Maylor, whose book SAS Sniper was released last year, describes him as an outstanding soldier: "He has excelled as an operator in the Regiment, and is also an SAS sniper, but his main calling is as an assaulter and he is exceptional."

Australian Muslim Leader: "One day Australia will live under sharia; it's inevitable"

Well, I guess all of our Australian readers better brace themselves for a life under Islam's Sharia Law since one of the muslim leaders in that country has now said that it is "inevitable." In this article at The Australian, Ibrahim Siddiq-Conlon decides to go off on life in Australia and the government there - he's all ready to take over Australia in the name of Islam.

From the article:

"My attack is on the Prime Minister of Australia," he said yesterday. "I hate the parliament in Canberra. I want to go straight for the jugular vein and advise the parliament that they have no right to legislate. They should immediately step down and let the Muslims take over."

An Australian-born convert to Islam, Siddiq-Conlon is the self-anointed leader of a group called Sharia4Australia, which is pushing for the introduction of sharia courts as a first step towards achieving Islamic law.

"One day Australia will live under sharia; it's inevitable," he said. "If they (Australians) don't accept it, that's not our problem. We hope, and our objective is to have a peaceful transition, but when you look at history that has never been the case. There's always been a fight. It is inevitable that one day there will be a struggle for Islam in Australia."

What I want to be sure and point out here from this article are the goals or aims of this muslim leader in Australia because, quite frankly, these are the same goals as those in Europe and America:

He said he had three objectives. The first is to persuade Muslims they must hate "taghoot", the worship of any God other than Allah, which includes democracy.

"They must hate it, speak out against it. And, if that doesn't work, take action against it."

His other objectives are to advise elected governments they have no authority to rule, and to educate non-Muslims on the benefits of sharia, including punishments such as stoning adulterers and severing the hands of thieves.

"If chopping off the hands is the punishment given by the sharia court then we say glad tidings, because chopping off the hands -- when you understand what is sharia -- is a mercy to that person.

As if this isn't scary enough in itself...the fact that this clown is AUSTRALIAN-BORN and a convert is almost mind-boggling. So let me ask this question...how long before we here these same things from the American version of this?

PM go and 'let the Muslims take over'

SLAMIC preacher Ibrahim Siddiq-Conlon points heavenwards to emphasise his message for the governments of Australia -- there is no God but Allah and only his laws should be obeyed.

"My attack is on the Prime Minister of Australia," he said yesterday. "I hate the parliament in Canberra. I want to go straight for the jugular vein and advise the parliament that they have no right to legislate. They should immediately step down and let the Muslims take over."

"They must hate it, speak out against it. And, if that doesn't work, take action against it."

"Why is it a mercy getting your hands chopped off? Because it can be expiation for your sins. It is better to get punished in this life than to go underground into the grave or into the hellfire for eternity."

Siddiq-Conlon will join a debate tonight at the Parramatta Town Hall in Sydney on the merits of sharia versus democracy. The event was organised by self-styled debate promoter Zaky Mallah, who was acquitted of terrorism charges in 2005 but pleaded guilty to threatening to kill a commonwealth officer after his passport was cancelled.

The pro-democracy case will be argued by an Australian army veteran, self-described "concerned Aussie" and senior member of the pro-gun Firearms Forum, Jack Zedee. "The issue with Mr Conlon and Sharia4Australia is they are preaching hatred. His views horrify me," Mr Zedee told The Australian.

Police and private security are expected at the debate, after both sides claimed to have received death threats. Mallah said he had tried to cancel the event but the debaters insisted on proceeding.

Siddiq-Conlon shrugs off concerns his campaign will damage the moderate Muslim community. "If it causes a backlash against the Muslims, I can't help that. This is a necessary debate."

Muslim Refugees From Sudan and Afghanistan Rape 21 Year Old Mother in Australia

Another horrific story of violence against women perpetrated by young Muslim men unfolds from an account of a gang rape in Australia.

From the report at 9News:

A group of seven young men allegedly trapped a 21-year-old mother in her laundry in Bendigo, Victoria and raped her as her children slept.

The men, Mohammad Zaoli, 21, Aru Gar, 19, Mohammed El Nour, 18, and Akoak Manon, 18, and three youths aged 17, 16 and 14, applied for bail in the Bendigo Magistrates' and Children's courts on Friday.

Video recorded on one of the men's mobile phones shows the victim being grabbed in the kitchen as the 16-year-old tries to drag her into the laundry.

Detective Senior Constable Christopher Reed, from the Sexual Crimes Squad, said the alleged victim "can be clearly heard saying no" in the video.

Mr Gar allegedly lifted up the woman's skirt and digitally raped her as she tried to kick him away and the rest of the group laughed, the court heard.

The group took her to the laundry and Mr el Nour and the 16-year-old held her down as Mr Manon and the 17-year-old raped her.

The 16-year-old is also accused of digital rape and slapping the woman.

As I read this story, I couldn't help cringe at what the outcome of prosecution of these "men" might be in a country like Australia that is spiraling downward more and more into political correctness. And I asked myself, if this happened in Australia 25 years ago what punishment would these scumbags have been dealt?

We are seeing rapes JUST LIKE THIS in countries all over the globe - we have countries like France, Britain and Sweden where young women are literally afraid to go out on the streets. And where is the pushback? It's obvious that the normal channels of law enforcement and the courts are no deterrent to this behavior. So what is the answer?

I have my own ideas.

Bendigo mum 'raped as children slept'

The court heard the men had travelled to Bendigo from Shepparton to go nightclubbing last Saturday night.

Police said the alleged victim had also gone out clubbing with a friend, leaving her children with a babysitter at her home in Bendigo.

As the girl was leaving the Star Bar at about 2am she met a 16-year-girl who introduced her to the group of men, the court heard.

The 16-year-old and the group of men came back to the woman's house, joining the babysitter.

Police arrested the men at the woman's house after she called them from her bedroom.

Each of the men, who came to Australia as refugees from Sudan and Afghanistan, have been charged with 17 offences, including rape and assault.
