We need to realize that their priorities are as follows:
1) Islam
2) Brand of Islam (shia/sunni)
3) Family
4) Tribe
5) then it is country
they are only willing to die for 1 and 2, they are happy to kill for 3 and 4. 5 is next to bullshit for them.
and as for the Afghani's 5 isn't even on their list.
