Laugh of the Day: Hamas Says They Lost 48 Fighters In Gaza Fighting

I'm telling you...Hamas is starting to rival the Iranians for best standup comedy in the world of islamofascism. A Hamas spokesman has announced Hamas casualties during the fighting in Gaza and that number is.....wait for it....:drum roll:.....48! Hahahahaha! Oh, and just to make it more hilarious, this same spokesman says they killed 80 IDF troops. Nearly every other reliable source puts Hamas losses in the range of 500 to 700 fighters and it has been well documented that the IDF lost only about 9 soldiers - with almost half of those from friendly fire. Here's some of the details from the hogwash over at Breitbart:

Hamas says it lost 48 fighters during Israel's latest offensive in the Gaza Strip.
The claim in the militant group's first statement on its losses is far below the hundreds of militants that Israel says it killed.

Abu Obeida says Hamas inflicted heavy losses on Israeli forces and killed 80 soldiers, but offered no evidence to support the claim. Israel says just five soldiers died in fighting, while four others were killed by friendly fire.
These are the palestinians that the world made such an outcry over - these are liars, these are murderers, these are child abusers, these are rapists. How do you know when a Hamas is lying....when he is breathing.

Hamas says 48 fighters slain in Israel-Gaza war

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) - Hamas says it lost 48 fighters during Israel's latest offensive in the Gaza Strip.
The claim in the militant group's first statement on its losses is far below the hundreds of militants that Israel says it killed.
It was impossible to verify the figures released by Hamas spokesman Abu Obeida. The Health Ministry says more than 1,200 Palestinians died in the fighting, more than half of them civilians. But the Hamas-run ministry has not released a full list of the dead.
Abu Obeida says Hamas inflicted heavy losses on Israeli forces and killed 80 soldiers, but offered no evidence to support the claim. Israel says just five soldiers died in fighting, while four others were killed by friendly fire.
