Now with all the things the Baron told me about Holger, I don't remember Conciliation as one of his character points.

But maybe the Baron left that part out because it wasn't exciting?

These are kind and thoughtful words, and welcome always.
All organizations go through cycles of forming, storming,norming, performing. It sounds trite, but it's absolutely predictable in coalition building as well. Even the loosest networks - forums, email lists - go through this cycle. And each time a group finds newcomers added, it kicks off another cycle of storming. Not to worry. These are just growing pains. Anyone who has raised adolescents will have gained the intestinal fortitude to get through this too...

Meanwhile, we are moving ahead. There's work to be done, no time for these distractions.
