Video: Mayor Bloomberg Has NO IDEA About Our U.S. Constitution

Watch this bloody video.  At 0:13, you will hear Mayor Numbnuts say this:

"the Supreme Court, the one that defines what the Constitution means and says has ruled...."

The bloody Mayor of New York City actually BELIEVES that the Supreme Court of the United States is responsible for DEFINING the Constitution.  He believes that the 9 Supreme Court justices are in charge of telling us what the 2nd Amendment says and means.

Well, Mayor Bloomberg, I suggest, for the first time of your miserable fucking life, you actually open the U.S. Constitution and READ what Article 3, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution has to say and yes, what it does NOT say.  The Supreme Court decides on the constitutionality of actions of Congress and the Executive - in other words they use WHAT THE CONSTITUTION SAYS to determine a law's constitutionality, they don't decide what the Constitution says and then interpret if a law is Constitutional, for pete's sakes.

You actually think, Mayor Bloomberg, that the Founders of this country slaved over a Constitution making sure it was written just so only so that 9 MEN or WOMEN ON A COURT could tell what it said or meant?  Read it fool.  It's not that hard.
