The city of Chicago is preparing. No camping in the parks, full police presence, and Patty Wagons.
Whenever these idiots are confronted by the police they scream: "The whole world is watching!" As if that is justification for not being arrested. The whole world is watching, but is hoping to see a few heads or a hundred beaten in.
Here's to the riot on my doorstep. It will be fun to watch.
I live in the Chicago area. I can't wait for this. The Chicago police department will execute the will of Chicago citizens on these people the second there’s any violence or vandalism, or if they try to occupy public or private property without a permit. And Chicagoans – the real Chicagoans, not the perpetually aggrieved – will applaud. Note that the new Mayor, who was Obama’s chief of staff, is readying his police force and the city ordinances for just this occasion.
I do like the music, though.
Note that unlike other cities there is not and never has been even one single night of an “Occupy ” encampment in Chicago. The cops chased them out of Grant Park the first night and have kept it up ever since. The public will not tolerate it and the Mayor well knows it.
Of course, the MSM follows them breathlessly everytime they have a demonstration or march – all 50 of them. I’ve seen better organization at a grade school lunch recess.
