Video: Just Curious...Where Did the Libyan Rebels Get THESE?
All them boom-boom thingies were raided/looted from Libyan Army/Air Force Bases in Eastern Libya. You'd be surprised to know how much stuff is squirreled away even by third world poor governments.

Yeah, those rocket launchers are old stuff, called Stalin Organs, used in WWII and sold by the Soviets for a long time.
