Taliban In Pakistan Kidnap 10 Schoolchildren, Kids Released Later After Negotiations With Tribal Leaders

Over 60 people have been kidnapped from the area during the past few days.

The brave and macho Taliban of Pakistan really tested their mettle as men earlier today when they kidnapped 10 young schoolchildren and then moved them to a hidden location. Later on in the day today, the tribal leaders from Kurram sat down with the Taliban and negotiated the release of the children.

From the story at DAWN:

The 10 school children who were abducted earlier today in the northwestern tribal region of Kurram were freed on Saturday after a local jirga negotiated with militants for their release, DawnNews reported.

The children were abducted in lower Kurram’s Baggan area and had been shifted to an unknown location by the kidnappers.

They were released after negotiations were held between the jirga and insurgents.

Over 60 people have been kidnapped in the area during the past few days.

Okay. Let's see, what do you suppose was the tipping point of these "negotiations" that got the children released? Do you suppose a tribal leader made an inspiring speech and the Taliban realized that this was beyond even their usual type of perverted behavior? Hell no. The tribal leaders either gave them money or agreed to spy for the Taliban in the future. That's why these kids were abducted in the first place.

These are the kind of animals that the Obama administration has suggested we negotiate with in the war in Afghanistan - these are the perverted misfits that some have suggested be given some limited power in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Each of these kidnappers should be hunted down and eliminated after this cowardly act.

Kurram is located near the Afghan border. Many Taliban militants escaping a Pakistan army operation in the nearby Orakzai tribal region are believed to have fled there.
