This just hit the news wire at one of Pakistan's news outlets, DAWN, that a suicide bomb attack hit Quetta. Obviously, this JUST happened as the story is just a few lines long but wanted everyone to be on the alert for further details during the day.
Here's the story:
I know that most of you are, by now, realizing that Pakistan has become nothing short of a blood bath lately - the suicide bombings are now a daily event and what is amazing to me is that these attacks are taking place all over the country. And I truly believe we are seeing the influence of al Qaeda in Pakistan in all of this as it mirrors what was going on a number of years ago in Iraq as there were suicide bombings daily in Baghdad and then it would hit Basra and then the very next day it would be the northern city of Mosul.
All of this is due to a big part to the terrorists trying to influence the government to stop the military assaults in the Taliban and al Qaeda rich northwestern provinces and agencies.
