Ontario Police Arrest "Moderate" Muslim In Home-grown Terror Plot

I don't know about you folks but I'm about sick and tired of this phrase, "moderate" muslim. How many islamic terror attacks and terror plots do we have to witness being performed or conspired by doctors, teachers, businessmen, etc. for someone to finally stand up and say, "these 'moderate' muslims are all over the place planning to kill?"

Well, today is no different as another suspect in an Ontario, Canada terror plot was arrested - I'll leave it to you to read this excerpt from the article at Breitbart to determine if this guy fits the mold of a "moderate" muslim:

Police are raiding a southern Ontario home in an alleged homegrown terror plot.
Dr. Khurram Sher is named in court documents as part of a conspiracy in Ottawa to "knowingly facilitate terrorist activities" in Canada and abroad.
Police are at his home in London, Ont., today and say they have made an arrest connected to two earlier arrests in Ottawa.

A neighbour in London, Ont., where police are searching a home, says Sher recently moved in with his wife and children.
A medical graduate of McGill University, Sher is studying pathology at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital.

So, there we have it - a medical school graduate working at a hospital - does that sound like a minority islamic extremist to you? Or does that sound like your typical "moderate" muslim who is fitting right into Canadian society and must obviously deplore the terror activities of that small, tiny minority of islamic radicals?

I don't know about you but I find it less than comforting to know that security forces in both Canada and the United States won't even look at "moderate" muslims when trying to keep us safe - I guess if clowns like this guy succeeded in killing a bunch of civilians then someone might be willing to stand up and risk being called an "islamophobe" huh?

Police arrest third suspect in alleged terror plot



LONDON, Ont. - Police are raiding a southern Ontario home in an alleged homegrown terror plot.
Dr. Khurram Sher is named in court documents as part of a conspiracy in Ottawa to "knowingly facilitate terrorist activities" in Canada and abroad.

Police are at his home in London, Ont., today and say they have made an arrest connected to two earlier arrests in Ottawa.

The RCMP hasn't name the male suspect, but says he is being taken to Ottawa.

A neighbour in London, Ont., where police are searching a home, says Sher recently moved in with his wife and children.

A medical graduate of McGill University, Sher is studying pathology at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital.

In 2007, Sher was among a group of doctors who signed a letter to the government to protest the treatment of three Muslim men held on national security certificates.

He also spent time in Pakistan in 2006 as part of a relief effort after an earthquake.

Reports say Sher was once a contestant on the TV show "Canadian Idol" and a YouTube video of that appearance shows a man singing an Avril Lavigne song and moonwalking for the judges.
