haha! i grew up in a shitty little town like that too. just a few miles south of Watts (of riot fame). and there was a house across the road and three houses down where the druggies lived. i remember seeing their youngest son when he was about 3 with a brick of cream cheese in one hand tricycling around the street one morning. the entire family were druggies. ick.
