Lame post Holger. Sportsmanship shouldn't be about politics or religion.

Exploiting it for your viewpoint is lame and degrades your reputation.

Lysol,

I guess it's nice to be able to post a comment like that without getting hit by the banning stick, huh?

p.s. don't worry about my reputation, I don't.

I think your title is right on target. Saying no to racism is important. It's PC., but remember they bashed Nancy Reagan for Just Say No to drugs. Now, we MUST say no to Islamic terrorism, which is both politics and the Religion of Pieces.

Trust me Holger, we are on the same side of the terrorism battle.

I just don't want to slide down that slippery slope of having one political commercial after the next during a sporting event. Watching sports for me is a time for forget politics and relax.

Let's say a TV network allowed for a "Say No To Islamic Terrorism" ad. Then we see an ad denouncing the Israeli blockade of Gaza. Then we see an ad calling for Obama's impeachment.

It could snowball.

PS. Sorry for my harsh language in the first posting. I shouldn't type comments when I am mad.

Lysol,

No Harm, No Foul. You misunderstood my post title here...I wasn't suggesting they do an ad during the World Cup to "Say No To Islamic Terror" - I was suggesting that this ad for "Racism" was a joke and so politically correct and hypocritical it was nauseating.
