Video: Democrat Caller To CSpan Says the GOP Would Challenge the Nomination of Jesus Christ To the Supreme Court, If Obama Nominated Him
Even so, Kagan is not Jesus Christ. She's not even close. This caller is making a patently false correlation.
She would've done better to say "The Republicans would challenge the nomination of Benjamin Franklin to the Supreme Court if the Obamessiah nominated him."
Jesus was way too Liberal for the court. "Render unto Caesar, what is Caesars"? No thanks - I'm Taxed Enough Already. J would be all concerned about the poor and the sick - what happened to self reliance and individual responsibility.

Jesus himself would not pledge an oath to the Constitution - So he is could not carry out the duties of the office.
