Most of the worlds Jews do not live in Israel - it is not anti Semitic to question the Israeli government. Plenty of Israeli's criticize their government. To say that anyone who questions Israel is "anti Semetic" waters down the term to the point of making it irrelevant, which is dangerous when there are true anti Semites in the world. It is blind to give a blank check to any foreign nation.
