Okay, the news in the counter-jihad and war on terror world is pretty slim today - not to say that islamists aren't killing people around the world, but nothing is striking my fancy so I'm gonna let rip with some rants I've been keeping bottled up this week.
Rant #1: Healthcare
Does anyone on the face of the earth actually think that Rep. Louise Slaughter came up with "deem and pass" on her own? This is the New York Congresswoman whose only contribution to the Healthcare Summit was her story of a constituent who had to use her dead sister's dentures. Nope. Pelosi and Obama found the one Congress critter dumb enough to be willing to take the fall for offering up the unconstitutional ploy.
Rant #2: Healthcare again
Remember a couple of weeks ago where that insurance provider in California all of a sudden, coincidentally in the heart of the heated debate on nationalized healthcare insurance, decided to raise their premiums something like 300%? The next day Obama used it in his speech. I don't know about you but that smells a wee bit fishy to me...
Rant #3: Healthcare one more time
Only the Democrats in America can pass a bill that forces the American people, for the first time in history, to actually buy a product yet the Dems won't DELIVER the product for two years but want the money up front.
Rant #4: Anti-Israel sentiments in America
It's my belief that the tide has turned in America and that our nation's long-lasting close relationship with Israel is fading quickly. And it is no damn coincidence that this is happening under the new President with the islamic name. This is being orchestrated by loyalists to the Obama White House.
Rant #5: Chuck Schumer and Amnesty for Illegals
Some of you know the level of detest I have for Senator Chuck Schumer of New York. Only Barbara Boxer of California pisses me off worse, as far as Senators go. Anyway, Chuck "IShouldBeInJail" Schumer along with Lindsey "I'mALiberalThisWeek" Graham have decided to give a free pass to illegal aliens in this country. I wonder, how big is Chuck Schumer's yard at his mansion? How much yard and garden do you have there Chuck? Anyone keeping up that lawn and garden for ya, Chuck?
