Holger Asks Why #19: Harry Reid On Unemployment Benefits Extension

Holger Asks Why...

Majority Leader Harry Reid, why, if you see no problem with the Federal Government borrowing money to extend unemployment benefits instead of using the funds already taken from the U.S. taxpayer, don't you simply ask for an extension of unemployment benefits through the year 2012? Why not borrow a total of $100 billion from the Chinese? Why cut off your request at the end of 2010? If you see no issues with the Federal Government not actually finding a way of paying for these extended benefits, then why don't you cover the unemployed for 2 more years? 5 more years? 10 more years?

Mad King Harry, get ready to join the ranks of the unemployed. And a message to your son Rory, (running for Nevada Governor), we are going to try to keep you off the state payroll.
