The Taliban in Pakistan have started the week off where they left off this weekend with a suicide car bombing targeting a military vehicle but which killed many more civilians. A total of 41 were killed and upwards of 45 were injured.
This is the Taliban's way of trying to force the Pakistani government into reconsidering their decision to go full force into the South Waziristan offensive. I guess we'll see who blinks.

Pakistan official: 41 killed in market bombing
PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) - A Pakistani official says 41 people have been killed in a suicide car bombing targeting an army vehicle in the northwest Shangla district.
Provincial Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain says Monday's attack also wounded 45 people. He says six security personnel are among the dead.
The blast in the market was the latest in a string of major attacks in Pakistan, underscoring militant strength ahead of an expected offensive in the main al-Qaida and Taliban stronghold of South Waziristan.
