I'm loving this. Just yesterday, the new Taliban leadership made revenge threats against the U.S. for the airstrike that killed their dear leader, Baitullah Mehsud - that report was here from The Long War Journal. Here's some of what the new leaders said:

Then, 24 hours later, this is the story that is just out this morning from Breitbart:
So, less than 24 hours after the new Taliban leadership makes the threat, the stronghold of their #2 leader is hit by hellfires. hahahahaha! I truly hope that the new leadership of the Pakistani Taliban paid close attention when they attended the funeral of Baitullah Mehsud, perhaps taking notes as to how they want their funeral to be different.
These asshats have bullseyes on their backs and they had exactly 24 hours to relish in their new leadership roles and now the hunt is on, boys. Good luck on keeping any food down the next 24 hours, chumps.

7 killed in suspected drone attack in Pakistan's tribal area+
ISLAMABAD, Aug. 27 (AP) - (Kyodo)—At least seven people were killed and nine injured in an apparent U.S. drone attack Thursday on a militant hideout in a tribal area of northwestern Pakistan near the border with Afghanistan, official sources said.
The sources in South Waziristan said a missile hit a house in the village Kani Guram in Ladha subdistrict suspected of being a hideout of the Taliban militants.
The area targeted by the drone is believed to be a stronghold of Taliban commander Wali ur-Rehman Mehsud, who emerged as a possible successor of Baitullah Mehsud after the top Pakistani Taliban leader was killed in a drone attack this month in the same area.
