Oh poo poo....waaaaaaa! :rubbing little eyes: The poor Egyptians are all upset at Hamas for throwing wrench after wrench in reconciliation negotiations between the worst terrorist group in Palestine and the third worst terrorist group in Palestine. According to the article here at Zawya, says that Egypt blames Hamas for lack of enthusiasm....hahaha:
Knock knock Egypt....Hamas HATES Fatah. And Fatah HATES Hamas. Thus my suggestion to Egypt is to back out of the negotiations and let these two factions simple resume the process of killing each other off.
Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit has blamed the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas for the failure of Egyptian-mediated unity talks with its Fatah rivals, official media reported on Thursday. So, with that being said by the Egyptians, I look for this to happen next: Hamas will issue a strong statement of criticism towards Egypt, they will cut through another border wall and send thousands of Hamas-controlled residents into Egypt again like they did last year - okay, i'm just kidding on that last part. But certainly Egyptian officials can't be stupid enough to not see what they are dealing with in these negotiations. I mean, they have Hamas and Fatah that can't even keep their people in power and food for three months consistently, and yet they are going to come together, once and for all?
Abul Gheit said the talks between Hamas and Fatah have not been successful because of "Hamas's lack of enthusiasm toward reconciliation," Al-Ahram daily quoted him as saying.
Cairo has tried to reconcile the two parties since Hamas seized Gaza last year, routing Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas's Fatah from the coastal strip, but talks came to a standstill after Hamas boycotted a Cairo meeting last month.
The Islamist group protested that Fatah, which remains in control of parts of the Israeli-occupied West Bank, was detaining its members.
Egypt had proposed a unity government composed of members whom the rival parties could agree on, and reforms to Palestinian security services overseen by Arab experts.

Hamas to blame for failed unity talks: Egypt FM
CAIRO, Dec 04, 2008 (AFP) - Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit has blamed the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas for the failure of Egyptian-mediated unity talks with its Fatah rivals, official media reported on Thursday.
Abul Gheit said the talks between Hamas and Fatah have not been successful because of "Hamas's lack of enthusiasm toward reconciliation," Al-Ahram daily quoted him as saying.

Egyptian officials have previously been reluctant to go on record in blaming either faction for the failure of the talks. Cairo came under criticism from Syria last month over its alleged bias toward Fatah in the talks.
A cabinet statement on Wednesday denied Cairo favoured either party in the talks and blamed the worsening situation of Palestinians in the impoverished coastal strip on their rivalry.
Also on Wednesday, a senior Egyptian MP said that Cairo would not "tolerate an Islamic emirate on its eastern border" in reference to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
