Gaza Justice: Two Pali Jihadists Blown Up In Smuggling Tunnel

Sweet. As is the norm, palestinian jihadists were busy smuggling munitions, gasoline, and bomb materials into Gaza when a gas container exploded and oops....two dead jihadists. Good deal! Here's the details from Haaretz:

Two Palestinians have been killed in an explosion in a smuggling tunnel under the Gaza-Egypt border, police and hospital officials said Saturday. Police said Saturday that two others are still missing. Officials say the blast went off Friday when a gas canister blew up.

Friday's deaths bring to 47 the number of Palestinians killed in tunnels this year.
I'm waiting to see a Reuters or AP report come out on this incident and see how they report it. I'm sure it will be something like this: "Two impoverished, persecuted Palestinian family men were accidentally killed today when they were trying to smuggle in loaves of bread and fresh water to Gaza for their wives and children. This shows the length that the Palestinian people have to go for life's basic necessities under the suppression and embargo of the evil Zionist empire."

Anyway, this is two less jihadists to spill innocents' blood - hopefully they will find the other missing two dead as doornails too.

Dozens of tunnels run under the border. They are one of the main conduits for goods because Gaza's borders have been virtually closed since the takeover of the territory by Hamas in 2007. Friday's deaths bring to 47 the number of Palestinians killed in tunnels this year. Concern over worker safety is growing and Hamas has made tunnel operators sign a pledge to compensate the families of those killed. Also, Egypt has stepped up efforts in recent months to close tunnels.
