This Is How You Welcome Home Our Troops!

Makes me wish I could have been there to add my applause!
I have witnessed this at DFW firsthand. Since all the well wishers are past security I think it might be a spontaneous cheer that just catches on. Its an awesome sight to experience.

That is awesome that you have seen this first hand and I agree totally - most of the people in the video you can tell this is spontaneous - i think the people that started it knew ahead of time but you can just see the patriotism swell amongst all of the people except one punk moonbat I saw who was in a hurry.
Thanks for posting my video! I have the honor of seeing it first hand each Sunday during my duties at the USO Club at D/FW. The applause is indeed spontaneous. One or two of us "in the know" will clap and within a few seconds, the entire terminal is involved. After the the troops clear customs, they get another welcome on the non secure side.

Lemme guess, the airport was NOT in California. I couldnt help it, but my eyes moistened up a bit watching this.
