All I can say is Hooray for Rep. Sue Myrick! This is the Congresswoman who earlier this week called for Jimmy Carter's passport to be revoked and now, she has a 10 point plan to help stop terrorism dead in its tracks in America. From the article here at the Charlotte Observer, here are Congresswoman Myrick's 10 points:
In a worthless Congress full of surrenderists and traitors, how refreshing it is to see someone spot on like Congresswoman Myrick. Holger Awakens salutes you!
Myrick's 10-point planThis Representative has got everything right including her take on Carter - here's what she had said about Carter's trip to the Middle East to bow down to Hamas:
1. Investigate all military chaplains endorsed by Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was imprisoned for funding a terrorist organization.
2. Investigate all prison chaplains endorsed by Alamoudi.
3. Investigate the selection process of Arabic translators working for the Pentagon and FBI.
4. Examine the nonprofit status of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
5. Make it an act of sedition or solicitation of treason to preach or publish materials that call for the deaths of Americans.
6. Audit sovereign wealth funds in the United States.
7. Cancel scholarship student visa program with Saudi Arabia until they reform their text books, which she claims preach hatred and violence against non-Muslims.
8. Restrict religious visas for imams who come from countries that don't allow reciprocal visits by non-Muslim clergy.
9. Cancel contracts to train Saudi police and security in U.S. counterterrorism tactics.
10. Block the sale of sensitive military munitions to Saudi Arabia.
Earlier this week, she called for President Jimmy Carter's passport to be revoked because he met with Hamas, a Palestinian group that the U.S. government says supports terrorism.
"His actions reward terrorists, lend support and provide legitimacy to their belief that violence will eventually get them what they want," Myrick said. Carter could not be reached on Friday.

Myrick takes aim at terrorism
WASHINGTON --Rep. Sue Myrick wants America to "wake up" and stop allowing terrorism to proliferate -- and if that means revoking the passport of a former U.S. president or examining the preaching of prison chaplains, that's what she's prepared to do.
The Charlotte Republican on Friday released a list of 10 items she hopes will help peel back the layers on how radical elements of Islam might be infiltrating the military, school rooms and other elements of society. She also wants to stop the government from supporting terrorist organizations through financial investments and military sales.
"When I talk to them at home about this stuff, they get it," she said of her terrorism concerns. "It's just that it is complicated. People would rather watch `American Idol.' "
Myrick acknowledged that her 10-point plan, "Wake Up America," might hit stumbling blocks in Washington. But she thinks it's time to start demanding answers. She said she was releasing her agenda now after carefully researching which issues had the potential for solutions.
"We put this together really to try to get a dialogue going," she said. "It's a beginning point."
Among her goals is to investigate Muslim military and prison chaplains who were endorsed by a man now in prison for funding terrorism, and examine the nonprofit status of an organization partially funded by Saudis.

to all that agree with congresswoman that want to revoke
the passport of the most understanding president we ever had in term of acheiving peace in
the middle east or on our shores
GET AN EDUCATTION DON'T LET THE LYING CURRENT admenseration deside for you how to think. only dialog& a just peace. not bombs or revoking of ones passport will save us all.
It's all about Jimmy. He knows damn well he cannot make a difference in the Middle East. He just loves the attention. See how well it works for him?
The Congresswoman's plan seems very reasonable to me.
anonymous,
Jimmy doesn't understand anything. He was the worst sitting president that we as a nation ever had, to say nothing of his exploits after leaving office. Dialog would be fine if the radical muslims wanted peace, they dont. They have renegged on every peace treaty they have ever had with Israel. There can be no real peace there until there is a real war. That is a sad fact, but it IS a fact, none the less. You can want, hope and wish for peace all that you want, but unless you are ready to fight to maintain that "peace", you will have none of it. Fear and Love can not ever coexist, it is far safer to be feared than loved..... Oh, my knuckle dragging education tells me it is "administration".
anonymous,
First off you wrote:
"most understanding president we ever had" - by the syntax of your entire comment, I find it hard to believe Jimmy Carter was ever YOUR president.
Secondly, Jimmy Carter is a terrorist enabler, he's a one man harborer of terrorists. Yes, he's a former President and even though there are others like him I don't agree with, I have offered them due respect. Not Carter. Carter has gone bad - and he needs to be reigned in.
Someday the truth will come out as to exactly when and why Jimmy Carter turned into a dhimmified pawn of jihad. Until that day, he has my ire and contempt.

Wake up America!!! Nothing was ever better than Billy Beer! Where's Billy Carter when you need an American Hero? That's what's wrong with this USA. Not enough "merican" ingenuity? Get er DONE! Belly up to Billy's bar and bitch about Jimmy Carter as you suck down your Beer's and adjust your trucker hats along with your belt. Walmart!
Candy anyone?
anonymous, Is that your best shot ?
Just like Jimmy Carter, weak and feeble, and out of touch with reality.
anonymous,
To quote from Ayn Rand: "In any compromise between good and
evil, it is only evil that can profit."
Let's play with a concrete example: 6 million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust. If Mr. Carter had been there to negotiate with the Germans, do you suppose they could have settled "somewhere in the middle" --ah, the fine art of compromise!-- and would he then have declared it a "moral victory" that the Reich would restrain itself to killing only 3 million?
There are times that negotiation and compromise, even in the name of "peace", are absolutely wrong.
Mr. Carter fancies himself a devout, Godly man, but I believe he deludes himself on the evil of negotiating with evil.
a_nonny_mouse,
Well, well said! Couldn't have said it any better myself!
Thanks for stopping by.
