How Should Israel React To Today's Terrorist Attack In Jerusalem?

One of the latest updates on the terror attack on the Mercaz Harav seminary in Jerusalem is here from MSNBC.

A cowardly and devastating attack, certainly...but what I want to address is how Israel reacts to this attack. It is my opinion that if Israel does not act immediately and with total force of retribution, another attack will come and then another.
Now, it will be a mad rush by jihadist groups to claim responsibility for this attack and so I have outlined below how to react to each:
1. First of all, ANY group that claims responsibility for this attack must be confronted with ruthless force - even if it is proven they did not do it, if they claim it, they own it and they pay for it.

2. If Hamas claims responsibility, the first action is to assassinate Khaled Mashaal, the Hamas leader in Syria. The second action is to assassinate Ismail Haniyeh, the Hamas leader in Gaza.

3. If Islamic Jihad claims responsibility, the action by the Israelis should be to send special ops forces into the West Bank and pick off at least a dozen mid to high level commanders.

4. If Fatah claims responsibility, all relations with the Abbas government must be cut off and the military leadership of Fatah targeted for assasination.
5. If Hezbollah claims responsibility, the first action is to assassinate Nasrallah in Lebanon.

6. If Syria claims responsibility, then Israel should clear out Syrian territory within 100 miles of the Golan Heights by air strikes

7. If Iran claims responsibility, then Israel's first response should be a missile strike on the nuclear facilities in Iran.

Now, with those actions stated, Israel must accomplish those first and second actions and then proceed with a steady reprisal strategy against its foes in the region. Before that course of action, Israel must solidify a contingent backing of the U.S. , Britain, France and preferrably, all of NATO. With that in hand, Israel needs to cordone off a buffer zone completely around Israeli land - this means military occupation of Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, etc. All formal terrorist groups need to be pushed back at least 100 miles from Israeli targets.
There is no time here for "talks" - that time is over. There is Jewish blood on the streets of Jerusalem and that blood must be avenged.

Whatever jihadist groups that step up to claim this attack must be told in no uncertain terms, that their "organization's" existence has hereby been ordered: TERMINATED.

An eye for an eye is not good enough at this point. A thousand jihadists must pay for each drop of Israeli blood spilled today in Jerusalem. And if a gallon of Israeli blood was lost...you do the math on how many drops that it and how many jihadists must meet allah in Hell.
