This is USW (United Steel Workers) Local 6500 in Ontario, Canada - an example of how concerned the unions are about all of us working folks. What do you call a guy who intimidates while hiding behind a mask? A Thug? A Terrorist? Oh wait.....how about a Pussy?

When was this made? Did a copy go to the union head office with complaints? Was a police complaint filed? And more important why was it not sent to every news agency? I have long resented unions because they stopped representing the workers and a "mafia" of sorts. Apologies to the mafia--at least they had a code of honour--these union thugs have none and should be locked up!
That is when you need some of those anti-kidnap/Hijack tools like the big 8ft knife that swings out and removes legs, or the one that has the under car flame-thrower.

As for your other questions, I don't know but it's my guess that the actions of these union members are not only approved of by their union bosses but demanded of them.

It was made around February 2010. It looks like it was leaked from the security company that was hired by Vale Inco - this is company tape. The union has the right to view the tapes - as they are being used in court - however, they assert that the behaviour is provoked by the security company. The police basically don't enforce the law against the union - they call it a "civil matter".
