Al Qaeda's al-Zawahri Calls For Saudis To Rise Up In Arab Spring Model

Ayman al-Zawahri, Al Qaeda's #1 or #2 depending on who you talk to, has come out with a statement that the Saudi people need to rise up and oust the rulers of the Saudi kingdom.  I'm guessing that al-Zawahri would be fine with a new government of Muslim Brotherhood types or perhaps even an al Qaeda caliphate.

But my biggest question is why are we still seeing videos and audio tapes of this clown?  I would think that with all of the intel we got out of the bin Laden bunker in Pakistan, we would have had a paved road of information as to al Zawahri's whereabouts.  The fact of the matter is we need this piece of shit dead and it certainly doesn't seem to be a focus of anyone in the Obama administration.

The story comes from The Telegraph.

Al-Qaeda leader Ayam al-Zawahri calls on Saudi Arabia to rise up

Al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri has urged Saudis to follow the example of the Arab Spring and rise up against their rulers.

"Why don't you rise while you are the sons of the proud and strong tribes that look down upon death in order to lift the humiliation and the oppression?" Zawahiri asked in a video translated by the US-based SITE Intelligence Group.

"Why don't you follow the example for your brothers in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen and the Levant?"

He was referring to the Arab Spring wave of popular uprisings that has roiled North Africa and the Middle East since December 2010.

The six-minute video was produced in February or March and appeared Thursday on extremist websites, according to SITE.

It opens with footage showing Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah meeting Pope Benedict XVI, former US President George W Bush and current US President Barack Obama.

"It has been nearly a year now since the Arab peoples rose against their rulers. They rose in the west and north, and you don't move," the Egyptian-born Zawahiri said in the video.

"My noble brothers, why are you patient with the rule of the family of Saud, while it is one of the worse regimes in terms of corruption?" he asked.

Zawahiri reproached the Saudi rulers for having opened the country to US troops, imprisoned violent extremists and spread immorality through the media. Most US troops withdrew from Saudi Arabia, home to some of Islam's holiest sites, in 2003.

In previous videos aired in recent days, Zawahiri urged Somalia's al-Shabaab fighters to wage a war of attrition against Kenyan and African Union troops in Somalia.

He also called on Yemenis to fight their new president Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi, calling him an agent of the United States.

Pakistani Military Discovers Al Qaeda Cave System That Housed al-Zawahiri, After Clearning Bajaur Region

Wow, totally revealing stuff coming out of Pakistan right now as the Pakistani military has finished up clearing out the Bajaur region of Taliban and al Qaeda - I actually hadn't played that close of attention to the operations in Bajaur but now, I can see why this area has been so hard to crack. First of all, from the article at Times Online, here's what the Pakistani military found in Bajaur:

Pakistani forces have taken control of a warren of caves that served until recently as the nerve centre of the Taleban and al-Qaeda and sheltered Ayman al-Zawahiri, the second-in-command to Osama bin Laden.
“It was the main hub of militancy where al-Qaeda operatives had moved freely,” Major-General Tariq Khan, the Pakistan regional commander, said as he gave journalists a tour of Damadola yesterday.
The village, nestling among snow-capped peaks in the Bajaur region along the Afghan border, has been fought over for 16 months. It is the first time that the Pakistani Army has set foot in the village, which had long been dominated by the insurgents operating on the both sides of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
“Al-Qaeda was there. They had occupied the ridges. There were 156 caves designed as a defensive complex,” said General Khan, head of the Frontier Corps responsible for Pakistan’s counter-insurgency campaign in the region. He said that his forces had killed 75 foreign and local militants and cleared a zone up to the Afghan border, and that the campaign against the insurgents was in its final stage.
I don't know about you but looking at the photo up above and knowing that Ayman al-Zawahiri was walking along that cave system recently puts the hair on the back of my neck on end. Just think how close we could have been to al Qaeda's #2. And this all underlines what has been so frustrating about Pakistan...here we have this Bajaur region that the Pakistani military hasn't been able to set foot into in a very long time - what a perfect spot for al-Zawahiri and perhaps bin Laden himself - this wasn't just a hiding place, it was a fucking FORTRESS! If there is one thing I've relished it's been the fact that bin Laden and al-Zawahiri were crammed into a 4 x 6 spider hole cave somewhere freezing their asses off...and now we see this set up and you can tell they were living plenty high off the hog without a real worry about being found or captured or killed.

So now, I ask myself...what other region or province in Pakistan is as dominated by the Taliban and al Qaeda as Bajaur was? And once I identify those areas, then that is the first place I send predator drones into and bomb the piss out of targets - it's all about getting rats like al-Zawahiri to have to move. Everytime these asshats have to move from one village to another or from one mountain to the next, they risk being spotted. The problem we've had is there has been no Pakistani pressure on Bajaur and certainly no UAV strikes by the CIA there.

I'm sure the CIA and Special Ops are four or five steps ahead of me but I have to look at this news and ask myself, how could we have completely ignored this area of Pakistan as a possible hiding place for the most wanted men ever sought by America?

Pakistan's Army takes control of al-Qaeda cave network on Afghan border

The army began operations in Bajaur in August 2008 and claimed victory in February last year, only for the insurgents to seep back when the Government’s focus switched to Pakistani Taleban fighters in the Swat Valley and South Waziristan.
Journalists were shown caves strewn with blankets and pillows, left in haste as the army approached in January. The village has been largely destroyed by the fighting.
A large mud compound on a hilltop was once believed to be the hideout of al-Zawahiri, one of the world’s most wanted terrorists, who was the subject of a $25 million (£18 million) bounty. “He has been spotted here by the local residents in the past,” said Colonel Nauman Saeed, an army commander.
Al-Zawahiri, an Egyptian doctor, narrowly escaped when missiles fired by a CIA drone struck a house in Damadola in January 2006.
According to officials he and some other al-Qaeda operatives had been attending a dinner but left just before the attack. The ruins of the house hit by the missiles were still present.
Pakistani officials and local residents said that al-Zawahiri had even married a local girl. “He would regularly travel between Bajaur and the Afghan province of Kunar,” Colonel Saeed said.
While the military has been showing off its gains many Taleban fighters and their leaders — including the main regional commander, Faqir Mohammad, have escaped the sweep and may try to return as they have done before. “I would give you a rough estimate that about 25 per cent must have gone across the border; another 10 or 15 per cent might have melted back into the areas of Swat, where they had come from,” General Khan said. “A substantial amount of them have been killed, but that is just an estimate.”

Why Does Barack Hussein Obama Only Mention Al Qaeda In His Tough Talk About Terror?

I've been asking myself that question ever since the press conference that Obama held when he finally admitted that "we are at war." You know, the talk he had where he actually seemed serious for the first time after al Qaeda had made a fool of him by almost pulling off the Christmas Day attack.

I looked back at some notes and noticed that in every discussion of terror in this world, the President NEVER mentions the Taliban, Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, Lashkar-e-Taiba, or any of the countless other islamic terror groups. Certainly it can't all be about 9/11 since many of the other groups have had a devastating effect on American lives both here and in the world.

So WHY is it that Obama targets ONLY Al Qaeda? Oh...one other thing. The other day, Obama said that while there is much concern over the situation in Yemen, he wouldn't plan any troops for Yemen and he was quite emphatic that the key to the whole attack on al Qaeda was the leaders in the border area of Pakistan and Afghanistan.

He was very specific about the leaders in that border region being his #1 priority. Let's see...by leaders he means Osama bin Laden, of course...but who else is there...hmmm...oh yes, al Qaeda #2, Ayman al-Zawahiri. The Egyptian. The Doctor.

So, does anyone remember just why Barack Hussein Obama would have such a chip on his shoulder to want al-Zawahiri dead more than anyone?

Let me take you down memory road to November of 2008, shortly after Obama won the Presidential election. Ayman al-Zawahiri of al Qaeda said this, from Jawa:

That’s why it wasn’t strange that Malik al-Shabazz (may Allah have mercy on him) was killed, while you have climbed the rungs of the presidency to take over the leadership of the greatest criminal force in the history of mankind and the leadership of the most violent Crusade ever against the Muslims.
And in you and in Colin Powell, Rice and your likes, the words of Malcolm X (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning “House Negroes” are confirmed. You also must appreciate, as you take over the presidency of America during its Crusade against Islam and Muslims, that you are neither facing individuals nor organizations, but are facing a Jihadi awakening and renaissance which is shaking the pillars of the entire Islamic world; and this is the fact which you and your government and country refuse to recognize and pretend not to see.

Interesting, don't you think?

Al Qaeda #2, al Zawahiri, Calls Obama A 'house negro'

Whoa boy. All those MSM accusations of the conservative right in America using race in the Presidential election against Barack Hussein Obama pretty much pale in comparison to what Al Qaeda's second in command, al Zawahiri, said about Obama in an audio tape just released. Here's what the pile of shit had to say according to this release from Breitbart:

Al-Qaida No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahri insulted Barack Obama in the terror group's first reaction to his election, calling him a demeaning racial term implying that the president-elect is a black American who does the bidding of whites.

Al-Zawahri also called Obama—along with secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice—"house negroes."
Speaking in Arabic, al-Zawahri uses the term "abeed al-beit," which literally translates as "house slaves." But al-Qaida supplied English subtitles of his speech that included the translation as "house negroes."

"America has put on a new face, but its heart full of hate, mind drowning in greed, and spirit which spreads evil, murder, repression and despotism continue to be the same as always," the deputy of al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden said.
Now, a couple of observations here. First off, you must realize that there is no group of people more racist in this world than Arabs and Egyptians. And al Zawahiri is a prime example. I'm not sure if you folks have seen some of the cartoons that have been published over the years in places like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen, Egypt and Syria that have depicted Sec. of State Condi Rice but they have all been an amazing racist rendition of blacks. So, for al Zawahiri to make these comments doesn't surprise me at all.

At the same time, al Zawahiri is lashing out for some Obama statements and more than likely trying to test the President-elect's waters. Obama has half-heartedly promised more troops for Afghanistan and perhaps this is al Zawahiri's way of lashing out at those statements and at the same time, he may just be playing Obama for a reaction. We have to remember that Obama is the cut and run candidate - he has promised to surrender our victory away in Iraq and give it back to al Qaeda. That of course makes al Zawahiri happy. Now, al Zawahiri is testing the statement of Obama to put more troops in Afghanistan.

Hopefully, the President-elect will have enough sense to issue no statement to this - that he will ignore this tape like President Bush has done since this clown started opening his yap.

Al-Qaida No. 2 insults Obama in new audio message

CAIRO,Egypt (AP) - Al-Qaida No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahri insulted Barack Obama in the terror group's first reaction to his election, calling him a demeaning racial term implying that the president-elect is a black American who does the bidding of whites.
The message appeared chiefly aimed at persuading Muslims and Arabs that Obama does not represent a change in U.S. policies. Al-Zawahri said in the message, which appeared on militant Web sites Wednesday, that Obama is "the direct opposite of honorable black Americans" like Malcolm X, the 1960s African-American rights leader.
The message also includes old footage of speeches by Malcolm X in which he explains the term, saying black slaves who worked in their white masters' house were more servile than those who worked in the fields. Malcolm X used the term to criticize black leaders he accused of not standing up to whites.
The 11-minute 23-second video features the audio message by al-Zawahri, who appears only in a still image, along with other images, including one of Obama wearing a Jewish skullcap as he meets with Jewish leaders. In his speech, al-Zawahri refers to a Nov. 5 U.S. airstrike attack in Afghanistan, meaning the video was made after that date.
Al-Zawahri said Obama's election has not changed American policies he said are aimed at oppressing Muslims and others.
"America has put on a new face, but its heart full of hate, mind drowning in greed, and spirit which spreads evil, murder, repression and despotism continue to be the same as always," the deputy of al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden said.
He said Obama's plan to shift troops to Afghanistan is doomed to failure, because Afghans will resist.
"Be aware that the dogs of Afghanistan have found the flesh of your soldiers to be delicious, so send thousands after thousands to them," he said.
Al-Zawahri did not threaten specific attacks, but warned Obama that he was "facing a Jihadi (holy war) awakening and renaissance which is shaking the pillars of the entire Islamic world; and this is the fact which you and your government and country refuse to recognize and pretend not to see."
He said Obama's victory showed Americans acknowledged that President George W. Bush's policies were a failure and that the result was an "admission of defeat in Iraq."
But Obama's professions of support for Israel during the election campaign "confirmed to the Ummah (Islamic world) that you have chosen a stance of hostility to Islam and Muslims," al-Zawahri said.

New Al Qaeda Video Slams Iran, Hezbollah

Hahahaha. Nothing like some serious infighting between Sunni and Shia terrorists to start your day! Al Qaeda's #2 leader, al-Zawahiri has released a new videotape (are they saving the decrepid bin Laden for the 9/11 anniversary?) in which he lamblasted Iran for conspiring with the U.S. and poked fun at Hezbollah and its leader, Nasrallah. Here's some of the details from Adnkronos:

Iran is accused of "collaborating" with the US in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, in a new video message released by the media arm of Al-Qaeda.

According to the Arab television network, Al-Jazeera, al-Zawahiri speaks of the particular role of Iran and what he calls "the crusade campaign against Muslim countries" and the "Iranian-Crusade" alliance that enabled the US to occupy Iraq."The Muslim leaders of Teheran collaborate with the Americans in the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, recognising the two collaborating governments that have left these countries," he says.

Al-Zawahiri then goes after Iran's minions in Lebanon, Hezbollah, by saying this:

"Hezbollah has not obtained any victory in Lebanon against Israel," he says."The bizarre and ridiculous thing is that Hassan Nasrallah (Hezbollah leader) celebrates this victory every year, but we ask: victory for what? "For making them (Israel) retreat 30 kilometres, for the demilitarisation of the region and the acceptance of 15,000 crusader soldiers (referring to UNIFIL) that separate the mujahadeen from Israel?"

Al Qaeda has always had its issues with Shia Iran but this is one of the most direct verbal attacks on the mullahs in Tehran which probably speaks more to al Qaeda's frustration with getting their asses handed to them in Iraq. Don't minimize this - al Qaeda invested their hearts and souls into the defeat of America in Iraq and it still burns inside of them.

Another sign that al Qaeda is wavering in strength is al-Zawahiri's inclusion of two "franchises" of al Qaeda in the video tape - the almighty network of al Qaeda has been reduced to putting up Abdel Malik Droukedel, leader of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and some asshat talking about recruiting efforts in Somalia and Chechnya. This is telling...you KNOW that al-Zawahiri wanted to have the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq on this video tape but my guess is he is otherwise, "detained." Haha. So al Qaeda is forced to show global strength by showcasing the rag tag outfit of Algerian misfits that joined al Qaeda about a year and a half ago.

Al Qaeda is still a force, that is not to be understated but al-Zawahiri is getting older than dirt and the frustration is showing and bin Laden, well...if he isn't dead he's half way there.

Terrorism: Iran under attack in new Al-Qaeda video

Dubai, 8 Sept. (AKI) - Iran is accused of "collaborating" with the US in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, in a new video message released by the media arm of Al-Qaeda.The video entitled, 'Assessment of Seven Years of Crusades' was produced by the media arm, Al-Sahab, and features messages from Ayman al-Zawahiri, Al-Qaeda's deputy leader, and other commanders.Released three days before the anniversary of the 11 September 2001 attacks on the United States, the 90-minute video also attacks Lebanese, Pakistani and Afghan leaders. According to the Arab television network, Al-Jazeera, al-Zawahiri speaks of the particular role of Iran and what he calls "the crusade campaign against Muslim countries" and the "Iranian-Crusade" alliance that enabled the US to occupy Iraq."The Muslim leaders of Teheran collaborate with the Americans in the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, recognising the two collaborating governments that have left these countries," he says.Criticising what he called "two faced" Iran in its ambiguous relationship with the US, the Egyptian doctor also criticises Iraqi Shia clerics and the Lebanese Shia militant group, Hezbollah.

"Hezbollah has not obtained any victory in Lebanon against Israel," he says."The bizarre and ridiculous thing is that Hassan Nasrallah (Hezbollah leader) celebrates this victory every year, but we ask: victory for what? "For making them (Israel) retreat 30 kilometres, for the demilitarisation of the region and the acceptance of 15,000 crusader soldiers (referring to UNIFIL) that separate the mujahadeen from Israel?"Egyptian-born Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, al-Qaeda commander some believe to have been killed in an air raid in Pakistan last month, also appears in the video. He criticises former President Pervez Musharraf, whose photo appears engulfed in flames."The traitor agent Musharraf betrayed the Islamic nation, aligning himself with the crusaders that fight the mujahadeen and Islam and the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan. For him there was no other way out other than leaving the presidency."

The video calls for a continued Jihad or struggle to liberate Palestine and includes a message from Abdel Malik Droukedel, leader of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, that criticises the opening of US bases in Algeria. The video closes with a message from militant preacher and Al-Qaeda recruiter Abu Yahya al-Libi that speaks of the situation in Somalia and Chechnya. The new footage released by Al-Jazeera is expected to be distributed on Islamic forums to reinforce the strength of Al-Qaeda around the world on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Pakistan Says It 'missed chance' of Capturing Al Qaeda #2 Zawahri

Dammit. There aren't many specifics that the Pakistanis gave of how they missed a chance at nabbing Al Qaeda's #2 leader but here's what they did say from the report at Reuters:

Malik told a news conference Zawahri was moving between Pakistan's tribal areas and the eastern Afghan provinces of Kunar and Paktia.
"We certainly had traced him at one place, but we missed the chance. So he's moving in Mohmand and, of course, sometimes in Kunar, mostly in Kunar and Paktia," he said.

The Pakistani spokesman also detailed why it has been so tough to apprehend both Zawahri and bin Laden:

Malik said Pakistani Taliban were working hand in glove with al Qaeda, providing them with shelter and acting as their mouthpiece.
"They have not only connections, I would say Tehrik-e-Taliban is an extension of al Qaeda," he said, referring to a Pakistani Taliban umbrella group which authorities blame for a string of bomb attacks over the past year that have killed hundreds of people.
Although this is damned disappointing that the Pakis missed this chance at Zawahri, it is encouraging to know that he is busy moving from province to province. That shows to me that he is a bit nervous of those U.S. and NATO predators flying about Pakistan and also, it appears that he might be moving further east to avoid those areas of the NWFP that the coalition air strikes have been targeting.

If the Pakistani government continues their operations in the NWFP after Ramadan and we see more ane more U.S. predator and air strikes in the area against al Qaeda, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see Zawahiri get boxed into just one or maybe two provinces. Then it becomes a matter of squeezing those areas a bit.

I simply cannot wait til this pig breathes his last breath on this planet.

Pakistan "missed chance" to catch al Qaeda deputy

ISLAMABAD, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Pakistani security forces missed a chance to catch al Qaeda second in command Ayman al Zawahri, the government's senior Interior Ministry official said on Monday.
Zawahri and al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden have been in hiding since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States and are both believed to be in ethnic Pashtun tribal lands that straddle northwest Pakistan's border with Afghanistan.
Rehman Malik did not say when security forces had missed the chance to catch Zawahri or give any more detail about the incident. He also did not say where bin Laden might be.
Mohmand is one of seven Pakistani tribal regions where Malik said both Zawahri and his wife had been.

Al Qaeda #2 Zawahri Calls The U.N. The Enemy And Vows Attacks On Jews

Well, Al Qaeda's #2 muppet calling for the death of Jews in Israel and abroad isn't much of a new revelation but in a statement posted on an islamist website, the Egyptian pile of dung has named the United Nations as an enemy. Here's what the statement says:

"The United Nations is an enemy of Islam and Muslims," he said in remarks made in response to questions posted on the Internet.
We promise our Muslim brothers that we will do our utmost to strike Jews in Israel and abroad with help and guidance from God."

What the hell is that all about? The U.N. is an enemy of Islam and Muslims????? This guy has finally lost whatever was left of his marbles. The U.N. is a bloody mouthpiece for every muslim in this world. The U.N. is basically an anti-semitic organization.

That's the thing about al Qaeda - they are so miserable in their own skin that they lash out at everything in this world. Everything. Their souls are lined with images of Satan. Their minds are corrupted with hate and perversion. And their hearts are like a molten rock of fear and loathing.

But for this numbskull to lash out to an organization that has aided and abetted terrorism and jihad like the U.N. has, is ludicrous.

Here's the full story at Breitbart.

Zawahri says U.N. is enemy, vows attacks on Jews

DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda's second-in-command Ayman al-Zawahri described the United Nations as an enemy to Muslims and vowed attacks on Jews both inside and outside Israel in a statement posted on the Internet on Wednesday.
"The United Nations is an enemy of Islam and Muslims," he said in remarks made in response to questions posted on the Internet.
He defended attacks on U.N. offices in an apparent reference to twin bomb attacks on U.N. buildings in Algiers which killed 41 people in December and the bombing of a U.N. building in Baghdad in 2003 which killed 22.
Zawahri also called for attacks on Jews. "We promise our Muslim brothers that we will do our utmost to strike Jews in Israel and abroad with help and guidance from God."
