Breaking: Feds Move To Seize 4 Mosques In New York City Due To Iranian Funding Violations

Oh boy...this is gonna be good, folks. If you could see me right at the moment, I'm smiling very widely and rubbing my hands together. I cannot WAIT to hear the outrage from CAIR! hahaha

Oh and just think...we just might get to see widespread muslim demonstrations across America - hell, it will be just like we all live in Great Britain!

Anyway, federal prosecutors are moving towards seizing four mosques and an office building in New York City that are owned by the Alavi Foundation - a "non-profit" organization with suspected ties to Iran. The complaint will more than likely state that Alavi is illegally funneling funds to Iran.

But just think of it....the United States of America seizing a mosque. Man, this is glorious. By the way, any of you detractors of mine out there that are getting ready to put a comment in here stating that I'd freak out if the government did this to a Christian church...well, remember...I do not consider islam a religion thus it has no protection under the Constitution of the United States.

I'm sitting here and wondering who will be the first politician in Washington, D.C. to come out in an uproar over this prejudice against islam. Who do you think? Rep. Keith Ellison? Senator Al Franken? Or.....could it be.....Barack Hussein Obama?

From NBC-New York:

Feds Move to Seize 4 Mosques & Fifth Avenue Skyscraper Owned by Muslim Group

Federal prosecutors are taking steps to seize four U.S. mosques and a New York City skyscraper owned by a nonprofit Muslim organization.
The organization --called the Alavi Foundation --has long been suspected of being under Iranian government control. Prosecutors say the foundation has been helping to illegally funnel money back to the Iranian government.
The government filed a forfeiture action in federal court in New York to seize four mosques in the city and in Maryland, California and Houston. The government also wants to take control of a 36-story office tower on New York's Fifth Avenue.
The filing starts what could be a drawn-out legal process. The action against the Shiite Muslim mosques is sure to inflame relations between the U.S. government and American Muslims. Many of them are fearful of a backlash after last week's Fort Hood shooting rampage, blamed on a Muslim American soldier.
The mosques and the office tower will remain open while the forfeiture case works its way through court.

Sounds like the property was seized on 'proactice bureacratic initiative'.

Did the victims have the opportunity to see the evidence against them and defend themselves in front of a jury? So now "the king" just takes property when he declares a suspicion.

Guilty and punished - The trial will come later...

King George III actions were intolerable acts.

So here's my summary: Someone suspects you of something (maybe even something 'made up'!), and that's enough to seize your property. You may beg and try to get it back later.
