U.S. Troops Capture Two Senior Al Qaeda Leaders in North Baghdad

Tuesday is starting off with a BANG! Great news out of Baghdad from U.S. military command that U.S. troops have captured 5 al Qaeda in Iraq and in that group, two are senior leaders with ties to Al Anbar province and tactics being carried out in north Baghdad. Here's the entire brief article out of the Herald Tribune:

US military: 5 suspects arrested in Baghdad including alleged al-Qaida in Iraq leaders

BAGHDAD: The U.S. military says it's captured two alleged al-Qaida in Iraq leaders and three other men in Baghdad.
A statement from the military says the men belong to an al-Qaida-linked group with roots in Iraq's western Anbar province, but which currently operates in the northern belts around Baghdad.
It says that during the arrests Monday, American soldiers fatally shot another man who approached a security perimeter and ignored warning shots.

I'm pretty sure when they say "operates in the northern belts" that these are the slime coordinating and directing the car bombings and suicide bombers at some of the funerals we have seen along with probably some IED placements. Now, it doesn't say HOW north that "northern" is but this could be big in that these were leaders who had been flushed out of their haven in Mosul.

It's been the hope that the gutting of Mosul would leave a bunch of these cells pretty much transparent and open to targeting. This could simply be the makings of a HUGE weak for the U.S. military in Iraq and the whole time we will hear Barack Hussein Obama speaking five times this weak how it is imperative that we surrender immediately and allow al Qaeda back into the positions they once held.

P.S. You will start seeing some more references to B. Hussein Obama here at Holger Awakens now that the Wicked Witch of East Clintonville has been thrown under the house and I guarantee you, it will not be a soft touch afforded the young Senator from Illinois. Too many soldiers, Marines, sailors and airmen have performed admirably and valiantly to allow me to let this left wing Marxist professional bullshitting policitican diminish the honor of those troops. I don't know how much I can do here but I'll be damned if I won't do my best to keep B. Hussein Obama from NEVER being referred to as "Commander in Chief."
