NYC Al Qaeda-linked Jihadi, Najibullah Zazi, Admits Terror Plot and Pleads Guilty
And Barack Hussein Obama wants to bring a terror trial to New York City. Unbelievable.
Well, today, a suspected terrorist has admitted to the plot to attack New York City subways and plead guilty. The suspect, Najibullah Zazi, said the following, from the article at Breitbart:

One has to wonder, what would have happened without that traffic stop? And at the same time, we have to question how many of these plots are out there right now where the asswipe isn't going to be dumb enough to violate a traffic law. I don't know about you folks, but I simply cannot fathom that we aren't going to have a terror attack of some sort, soon. The jihadis smell blood in the water with this spineless President we have and the keystone kop-like Department of Homeland Security that is supposed to be our line of defense.
It certainly doesn't look promising, does it?
Well, today, a suspected terrorist has admitted to the plot to attack New York City subways and plead guilty. The suspect, Najibullah Zazi, said the following, from the article at Breitbart:
"I would sacrifice myself to bring attention to what the U.S. military was doing to civilians in Afghanistan," Zazi said in court.
The details of how this all went down from Zazi's recruitment to his arrest are as follows:
Zazi, 25, pleaded guilty to conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction, conspiring to commit murder in a foreign country and providing material support for a terrorist organization. He faces a life prison sentence without parole at a sentencing in June.Now, sometimes we have to ask ourselves how lucky we will continue to be in America in uncovering these plots before they are acted upon. Look at how close this jihadi got to going undetected:
Zazi said in court he went to Pakistan in 2008 to join the Taliban and fight against the U.S. military but was recruited by the terrorist network and went into a training camp in Warziristan, a region of Pakistan where al-Qaida is known to operate. Zazi said he received weapons training at the camp and later learned about explosives.
Zazi also said in court that he had been in contact with an al-Qaida leader while in Pakistan but did not identify the person.
"We were recruited by al-Qaida ... to go the United States in a martyrdom plan," he said.
Zazi admitted building homemade explosives with beauty supplies purchased in the Denver suburbs and cooked up in a Colorado hotel room. He then drove the materials to New York just before the eighth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
While entering the city, he was stopped by police for a routine traffic violation on the George Washington Bridge, which connects New Jersey and New York. Suspicious police allowed him to go free but kept a close watch on his movements.
Days later, authorities raided several Queens apartments, including a friend's home where Zazi had stayed.

NYC terror suspect admits plot and pleads guilty
NEW YORK (AP) - A former airport shuttle driver accused of buying beauty supplies to make bombs for an attack on New York City subways pleaded guilty Monday, admitting he agreed to conduct an al-Qaida-led "martyrdom plan" because of U.S. involvement in his native Afghanistan.
Najibullah Zazi told a judge the terror network recruited him to be a suicide bomber in New York, where he went to high school and once worked a coffee car just blocks from the World Trade Center site.
"I would sacrifice myself to bring attention to what the U.S. military was doing to civilians in Afghanistan," Zazi said in court.
The Associated Press learned earlier this month that the jailed Zazi had recently volunteered information about the bomb plot in the first step toward a plea deal. His cooperation suggests prosecutors hope to expand the case and bring charges against other suspects in one of the most serious terrorism threats in the U.S. since Sept. 11, 2001.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the terror investigation is ongoing.

Asked by federal Judge Raymond J. Dearie if he had been willing to be a suicide bomber, Zazi said, "Yes, your honor."
He said the terrorism plot was aimed at the city subway system but did not name a specific target.
A law enforcement official familiar with the case told the AP that Zazi was spooked by the traffic stop and flushed the explosive materials down the toilet after arriving in New York.
One of the people familiar with the investigation said that Zazi told prosecutors that he made roughly two pounds of a powerful and highly unstable explosive called triacetone triperoxide, or TATP.
The same explosive was used by would-be shoe bomber Richard Reid in 2001 and the terrorists who carried out the London bombings in 2005 that killed 52 people.
In those instances, TATP was not the main charge; it was the detonator. Experts have said the TATP in the Zazi case was probably going to be just the detonator.
One of the people familiar with the Zazi case told the AP that Zazi decided to cooperate after being warned that his mother could face criminal immigration charges. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is in progress.
After Monday's hearing, Zazi's attorney, William Stampur, would only say: "The plea speaks for itself."
The 10-page plea agreement is sealed.
Others charged in the terror case include Zazi's father, Mohammed Wali Zazi, who was accused this month of trying to get rid of chemicals and other evidence.
After initially demanding that he be jailed in Brooklyn without bail, prosecutors agreed to a deal on Feb. 17 releasing him on $50,000 bond and allowing him to return to his home in suburban Denver.
By contrast, bond for a Queens imam charged with lying to the FBI about phone contact with Zazi when Zazi was in New York was set at $1.5 million. A friend of Zazi's, New York cab driver Zarein Ahmedzay, was jailed without bail on a similar lying charge.
Authorities say Ahmedzay and another former high school classmate of Zazi's, Adis Medunjanin, traveled to Pakistan with Zazi in 2008. Medunjanin has pleaded not guilty to charges he conspired to kill U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan and remains jailed.
Officials earlier confirmed reports week that Zazi's uncle had been arraigned on a felony count in secret—a sign that he also could be cooperating.

The Islamists' Sex Trade of Young Boys In Afghanistan Out of Control
Over the past week, I've blogged here about the abusives of women inherent in islam, but today, we see that young boys may not fair any better. In this article at Yahoo News, we see how young boys are brought into a form of child prostitution and forced to perform for men in Afghanistan and with that comes sexual abuse. What in the world is it with islamist men and young boys??!

You know, we'll see organized protests headed up by fancy Hollywood celebrities speaking out against human rights violations in Tibet or Kashmir but not a single protest is ever held regarding the treatment of women and children in islamic countries....and why is that? Such parties are illegal under the law in Afghanistan and with good reason. The "dancing boys" are in effect sex slaves. They are lured off the streets by pimps. They are taught to dance and sing, to wear make-up and to dress like girls. Then they are made to perform before large groups of men. All of them are sexually abused.
"Dancing boys" are a lucrative business. Powerful former warlords and businessmen love to watch them and will pay a lot of money to have their own boy for bacha bazi. Some of the boys are traded like swap cards amongst the rich and powerful and if they disobey their "owners" they are killed or brutalised.
The trade in boys is well known to the United Nations. According to Nazir Alimy, who compiled a report on the issue for the UN, there is no doubt who is funding this practice and why the police refuse to stop it.
"According to our research these dancing boys are used by powerful men for sex," Mr Alimy said.

The Warlord's Tune: Afghanistan's war on children
Sexual slavery involving boys as young as 10 is being condoned and in many cases protected by authorities in northern Afghanistan.
In a story to be broadcast on Four Corners tonight, the practice of bacha bazi or "boy play", as well as other allegations of child abuse, are explored.

Tonight's Four Corners follows the criminal activity of two paedophiles who search for young boys so they can sell them or groom them to be trained as "dancing boys". In one case the journalist goes in the car with a paedophile named Dastager. As they drive, Dastager explains the type of boy he is looking for. Then in broad daylight the "dancing boy master" stops the car, goes to a shopfront and brings a boy back to his the waiting car.
According to a report prepared for the United Nations there is evidence that the practice of bacha bazi and the sexual abuse of boys is common throughout the north of the country. It confirms that young boys, some of them only 10 years old, are lured into life as a sex slave.
There is also evidence that this type of abuse is spreading throughout Afghanistan.
Mr Alimy says his research shows it is happening in the south and even in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
"It's true they make the boys wear girls' clothes and make them dance in front of many men," he said.
The powerful men he refers to are often former warlords who helped drive the Taliban out of the north. Others who involve themselves in the trade of boys are wealthy businessmen. Under the Taliban, bacha bazi was outlawed. Today it is still a crime but clearly there is no concerted effort being made to stop the practice and the criminal activity that surrounds it.
Unable to find anyone willing to do anything about the abuse of children, journalist Najibullah Quraishi flew to New York to meet Radhika Coomaraswamy, who has been appointed by the UN to raise awareness of the plight of children in war zones.
She explains she is deeply pessimistic about the future of these children and the capacity of officials to stop the trade in young boys.
"When I mentioned the topic it was as if I had dropped a big brick, especially in the circles, official circles," she said.
"It was very clear to me, and someone actually said it to me, these are not things people talk about. So let's first deal with the war and then we'll deal with these other issues."*The Warlord's Tune goes to air tonight at 8.30 PM on ABC 1.*
