The Transformation of Keith Ellison....err...I Mean....Keith Muhammad



I find it interesting the transformation that Rep. Keith Ellison has undergone since he became the first Muslim elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. Back when he was first elected, Mr. Ellison had a certain "look" ...but over time, he has seemingly become a bit more flaunting of his Muslim status and I would contend, his very looks and appearance have reflected this metamorphosis from a man looking to "subdue" his Islamic faith to a man now very overtly proclaiming it.

We have even seen Rep. Ellison come out about his name - while he uses "Keith Ellison" in political circles, he now admits his REAL name is "Keith Muhammad." This admission is from an interview he did here and this is what he said:

ELLISON: The thing is the Muslim name my friends and community know me by is Keith Muhammad. And that name is still my name. It’s still what I go by; it’s still what my brothers call me. But, the thing is, from what’s on my personal birth certificate, what I’m admitted to Bar in because I’m a lawyer – the legal name is Ellison. So, I run by the name that is on my birth certificate. But, the truth is I do have a Muslim name, and I am known by my Muslim name by many of my fellow Muslims. So, there’s really no transition.

Apparently In Pakistan, the Most Dangerous Place To Be Is a Mosque, 11 Killed In Suicide Bombing


Well, if I had to make a wild guess, I'd say that our old friends at al Qaeda were hard at work in Pakistan trying to imitate their initial efforts in Iraq to stir up sectarian civil war between Shias and Sunnis as today a Shia mosque was hit by a suicide bomber in a vehicle loaded with explosives. The death toll today at the mosque in Quetta is at 11.

A suicide bomber killed 11 people in a parking lot outside a Shia mosque in Quetta, the provincial capital of Pakistan's Baluchistan province. The attack is the latest to take place at a mosque in Pakistan.

The suicide bomber entered a parking lot adjacent to the mosque and attempted to hit the building as worshipers were leaving a service commemorating the end of Ramadan. The bomber detonated in the parking lot after he was unable to reach the mosque, killing 11 people, including two women and a child.

Police said the corpse of the suicide bomber was seen in the wreckage of the car.

"Remains of a badly mutilated body were found in the car. It appears that he was not wearing the explosives on his body but he had planted those in the car and detonated when he could not go beyond the parking lot," Quetta police chief Ahsan Mehboob told AFP.

While no group has claimed credit for the attack, three terror organizations that operate in the area are the primary suspects. The al Qaeda-linked Lashkar-e-Jhangvi is known to carry out suicide attacks against Shia. The Pakistani Jundallah, another group linked to al Qaeda, also conducts suicide attacks and operates in Quetta. And the Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan, which has carried out suicide attacks throughout Pakistan, also operates in Baluchistan.

I think another thing we are seeing in Pakistan is some fringe terror groups who are trying to put their names on the map and with it, try and get on the al Qaeda payroll. I don't know what the funds are like at al Qaeda Corporate right now but a lot of these groups are desperate for some cash and see bombings like this a good chance to join the franchise reimbursement program.

Bottom line is the Pakistanis are getting hit from all angles right now and I have not seen a peep out of the government about any of it. Sooner or later, the general public is gonna have enough of this death and destruction and just may organize against a government that isn't protecting them.

And yesterday, suicide bombers killed nine people as they celebrated the end of Ramadan in the Chechen capital of Grozny.

Taliban and allies target religious sites

Over the past four years, the Taliban and allied Pakistani terror groups have shown no reservations about striking inside mosques and other religious sites, as well as during religious processions and events. There have been 34 major attacks on mosques and other Islamic institutions in Pakistan since December 2007, according to information compiled by The Long War Journal.

One of the most brazen attacks took place on Dec. 4, 2009, when a suicide assault team stormed a mosque frequented by military officers in Rawalpindi. Two senior generals were among the 40 people killed.

Another major attack took place on July 1, 2010, when suicide bombers struck the Data Ganj Bakhsh shrine in Lahore, killing 41 people and wounding more than 170. Three suicide bombers detonated their vests at the shrine at a time when it was most frequented, in an effort to maximize casualties.

The last major attack against religious targets took place on Aug. 19, when a suicide bomber killed more than 40 people and wounded more than 100 in an attack at a mosque in Pakistan's tribal agency of Khyber.

The Cover Up of Operation "Fast and Furious" Continues


Let's put it this way...if the current scandal called "Operation Fast and Furious" had happened under President George W. Bush, we would have seen hearings each and every day for months on national television and the face of Democrat Congressman Henry Waxman would have been more familiar to the American people than that of Joe Biden is today. The Democrats would have built a temporary gallows to hang Bush and Cheney. Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow would be presiding over nightly expose's on the "impeachable" offenses of the President of the United States.

But since Barack Hussein Obama is now President and Eric Holder is Attorney General, we have a Republican Congressman in Darrell Issa who actually is more on the hot seat for investigating the matter than the President and his henchmen.

Now, we wake up to the fact that the Obama administration has "moved out" Kenneth Melson, acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, from his job. And a new acting Chief has been put in place supposedly to clean up the mess.

This article from Michelle Malkin at Family Security Matters talks about the how no one in the Obama administration involved in "Fast and Furious" has been fired - they are all still being paid....they've just been shuffled to non-public roles and protective "shelters."

The fact of the matter is this...in fact, let me throw up a quote from Barack Hussein Obama from back in May ( from Fox):

During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, "to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda," she said.

"I just want you to know that we are working on it," Brady recalled the president telling them. "We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar."


Operation Fast and Furious had nothing to do with actually trying to discover gun smuggling routes of the Mexican drug cartel - oh no. Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder decided that one of the most effective ways to seize control of firearms in America from U.S. citizens was to set up a strawman for illegal gun activities coming out of America - never have we seen a President or anyone in his administration so blatantly working to undermine the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Time for those in the ATF to pay the piper. And it's way past time for Rep. Issa and others in the House of Representatives to reveal to the American people the conspiracy that started at the highest level of our government.



Screw Up, Move Up, Cover Up: The Fast and Furious Edition


There are now enough Operation Fast and Furious officials playing hide-and-seek in the Obama administration to fill a "rubber room."

That's the nickname for taxpayer-subsidized holding pens, such as the ones in the New York City public schools, where crooked employees are separated from the system and paid to do nothing. Perhaps the White House can stimulate a few construction jobs by adding an entire rubber room annex for "reassigned" scandal bureaucrats at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. It's getting mighty crowded.

On Tuesday, the Justice Department announced it was shuffling Kenneth Melson, acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, out of his job. The disclosure comes amid continued GOP investigations into the administration's fatally botched straw gun purchase racket at the border and spreading outrage over legal obstructionism and whistleblower retaliation by DOJ brass. The DOJ inspector general is also conducting a probe.

Internal documents earlier showed that Melson was intimately involved in overseeing the program and screened undercover videos of thousands of straw purchases of AK-47s and other high-powered rifles -- many of which ended up in the hands of Mexican drug cartel thugs, including those who murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry last December. Fast and Furious weapons have been tied to at least a dozen violent crimes in America and untold bloody havoc in Mexico.

In secret July 4 testimony, Melson revealed he was "sick to his stomach" when he discovered the extent of the operation's deadly lapses. Join the club, pal.

Melson told congressional investigators that he and ATF's senior leadership "moved to reassign every manager involved in Fast and Furious, from the deputy assistant director for field operations down to the group supervisor" after ATF whistleblowers went to the press and Capitol. But according to Melson, he and company were ordered by Justice Department higher-ups to remain silent about the reasons for the reassignments.

In other words: the ATF managers in the know were "effectively muzzled while the DOJ sent over false denials and buried its head in the sand," as GOP Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and Sen. Charles Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, concluded in July.

Melson has been kicked back to DOJ's main office in a flabbergasting new slot as "senior adviser on forensic science in the department's Office of Legal Policy." He may have been "sick to his stomach," but the federal careerist apparently has no intention of quitting an administration with blood on its hands. And now he'll be advising others on how to track and handle evidence. Nice make-work if you can get it.

-- Assistant U.S. Attorney Emory Hurley in Phoenix, who helped oversee the straw gun purchase disaster. He's being transferred out of the U.S. Attorney's Office's criminal division and into the civil division.

-- Assistant ATF Special Agents in Charge George Gillett and Jim Needles. Moved to other positions.

-- BATF deputy director of operations in the West, William McMahon. Promoted to ATF headquarters.

-- ATF Phoenix field supervisors William Newell and David Voth. Promoted to new management positions in Washington.

Keep your friends close and your henchmen on the verge of spilling all the beans closer.

There's been only one visible Fast and Furious resignation: U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke in Phoenix, who quietly stepped down on Tuesday. One of his last acts? Opposing the request of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's family to qualify as crime victims in a court case against the thug who bought the Fast and Furious guns used in Terry's murder.

The fish rots from the head down, of course. DOJ is run by Eric Holder, the Beltway swamp creature who won bipartisan approval for his nomination -- even after putting political interests ahead of security interests at the Clinton Justice Department in both the Marc Rich pardon scandal and the Puerto Rican FALN terrorist debacle. Remember: Holder won over the Senate by arguing that his poor judgment made him more qualified for the job.

Screw up, move up, cover up: It's the Holder way, the Obama way, the Washington way. And innocent Americans pay.


Islamic Suicide Bombers Strike Twice In Chechnya, 7 Killed (mostly police officers)


The islamic terrorists in Chechnya have struck once again ... this time in dual suicide bombings that have left at least seven dead and most of the seven are Chechen police officers.

At least seven people, mainly police officers, were killed and 18 injured in two suicide bomb blasts in the Chechen capital Grozny on Tuesday, Chechnya's strongman leader Ramzan Kadyrov said.

The Russian Interfax news agency quoted Kadyrov as saying that "five police officers, an official of the emergency situations ministry and a civilian" were killed in the twin attacks, while the 18 injured were hospitalised.


There is no question that the level of islamic terror in and around Russia had spiked considerably over the past year and as I have pointed out before here, even though leaders like Putin talk big and talk tough, we simply are not seeing any kind of serious pushback by Russian security forces.

What seems so incredible about the world of islamic terror is how uniform the attack strategy seems to be - one of the hallmarks of al Qaeda has always been the fact that their number one target has always been police and security forces and here we see Chechen terrorists, who resemble nothing of the ethnicity of their Arab cohorts performing terror attacks almost identical to those of their "brothers" to the south.

Israel Prepares To Defend Itself, Iran Reportedly Sends Its 15th Fleet To the Red Sea


This is ominous. And this is two days prior to September. September...the month that we have been talking about for some time when it appears that Israel may be tested.

I'm not one to jump to conclusions or the "sky is falling" type, but my concern is very real. I beg my readers to include Israel in your prayers today and tonight and tomorrow and the next day.

And when you pray, please ask that a leader in this country of America will emerge who calls for the full and unconditional defense of the state of Israel.

p.s. I'm praying that an American aircraft carrier is dispatched to the Red Sea to "welcome" the Iranian fleet.

Report: Israel sends 2 warships to Egyptian border


The Israeli Navy (INF) has decided to boost its presence and patrols near Israel's maritime border with Egypt due to a viable terror threat in the area.

Israeli security sources told the Associated Press on Tuesday that two additional warships have been dispatched to Israel's Red Sea border with Egypt. Another source stressed that the operation was routine, telling Reuters that "two naval craft have been sent to the Red Sea. This is not unusual."

On Monday, IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen Benny Gantz ordered that deployment across the entire southern sector be bolstered, especially in the area near the Israel-Egypt border, following intelligence indicating an imminent threat.

The area adjacent to the border has become the scene of military deployment described by one security source as "unprecedented." The IDF has also deployed advanced technology in the area in order to thwart terror attacks. Still, No changes in security alignments were observed on the Egyptian side of the border.

Military intelligence suggests that an Islamic Jihad terror cell has left the Gaza Strip and intends to infiltrate Israel through Sinai. Minister for Home Front Defense Matan Vilnai has been quoted as saying that the cell may number as many as 10 terrorists.

The security situation in southern Israel has been particularly tense following a series of terror attacks that claimed the lives of eight Israelis in mid-August; as well as several days in which Israel's western Negev communities suffered heavy shelling by Gaza Strip-based terror groups.

Following the terror attack, in which five Egyptian troops were also killed, Israel and Egypt agreed to increase the presence of Cairo troops in the Sinai Peninsula. As a result, some 1,500 Egyptian soldiers deployed across Sinai on Monday.

Meanwhile, Iran's Press TV reported Tuesday that Tehran has decided to dispatch the 15th fleet to the Red Sea once more.

Iran's Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari told the state-run agency that the Islamic Republic is planning to send its 15th fleet to the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, adding that the fleet's main operational objective will be to patrol the high seas and thwart pirate raids.

The Islamic Republic's 15th fleet is comprised of a submarine and a several warships.

Sayyari noted that Iran's Navy plans to have "an active presence in the high seas in line with the guidelines of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei with the purpose of serving the country's interests.

“The presence of Iran's army in the high seas will convey the message of peace and friendship to all countries,” he said.

How the Obama Administration Is Pretending To Fight Terror


This article by Daniel Pipes from over at Family Security Matters is critical in exposing the fact that the Obama administration has literally heightened the risk for Americans in regards to islamic terror attacks in this country. I've said it before...the GOP HAS to press the issue of foreign policy and the war on terror this time around in this upcoming Presidential election. If the MSM is allowed to sidestep the whole issue once again, Obama stands a better chance of retaining his crown and continuing to subvert all of our efforts to make America more secure.




Obama Administration's Pretend Counterterrorism Policy


N.B.: National Review title is "Making Believe: our terrorism non-policy"; in addition, this text differs in many small ways from the published version.

With trumpets and drum rolls, the White House in early August released a policy paper on methods to prevent terrorism, said to have been two years in the making. Signed personally by Barack Obama and with rhetoric vaunting "the strength of communities" and the need to "enhance our understanding of the threat posed by violent extremism," the document looks anodyne.

But beneath the calm lies a counter­productive–and dangerous–approach to counterterrorism. The import of this paper consists in its firm stand on the wrong side of three distinct counterterrorism debates, with the responsible Right (and a few sensible liberals) on one side, and Islamists, leftists, and multiculturalists on the other.

The first debate concerns the nature of the problem. The responsible Right points to one immense threat, Islamism, a global ideological movement that has motivated some 23,000 terror attacks worldwide since 9/11. Islamists deny that their ideology spawns violence, and they categorize those 23,000 attacks as the work of criminals, crazies, or misguided Muslims. Western leftists and multiculturalists concur, bringing their formidable cadres, creativity, funds, and institutions to support the Islamists' denial of responsibility.

Hearings held this year by the U.S. House of Representatives illustrate this difference. Peter King (Republican of New York), chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, insisted on dealing exclusively with radicalization of Muslims. The ranking Democrat, Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, took exception, noting that "there are a variety of domestic extremist groups more prevalent in the United States than Islamic extremists, including neo-Nazis, environmental extremists, anti-tax groups, and others." He requested that the hearings be "a broad-based examination of domestic extremist groups, regardless of their respective ideological underpinnings."

King rejected this request, countering that "While there have been extremist groups and random acts of political violence throughout our history, the al Qaeda attacks of 9/11 and the ongoing threat to our nation from Islamic jihad were uniquely diabolical and threatening to America's security."

The second debate concerns how to identify the enemy. The Right and responsible parties generally talk about Islamism, jihad, and terrorism; thus, a New York Police Department report from 2007, Radicalization in the West: The Homegrown Threat, refers in its first line to the "threat from Islamic-based terrorism." Islamists and their allies talk about everything else – violent extremism, Al-Qaeda and Associated Networks (dubbed AQAN), overseas contingency operation, man-caused disasters, and (my favorite) a "global struggle for security and progress." The forces of multiculturalism have made deep inroads: A U.S. Department of Defense looked into the 2009 Ft. Hood rampage by Maj. Nidal Hasan, killing 14, and its report, Protecting the Force, never mentioned the terrorist's name or acknowledged his obvious Islamist motivation.

The third debate concerns the appropriate response. The Islamist-Left-multicultural crowd finds the solution in partnership with Muslims, together with an emphasis on civil rights, due process, lack of discrimination, goodwill, and avoiding a backlash. The responsible Right agrees with these goals but views them as ancillary to the full quiver of military and law enforcement methods, such as intelligence gathering, arrests, long detentions, renditions, deportation, prosecution, and incarceration.

Into these three debates waddles a 4,600-word, poorly-written, ill-organized White House report vehemently advocating the Islamist/Leftist/multiculturalist position.


Nature of the problem? "neo-Nazis and other anti-Semitic hate groups, racial supremacists, and international and domestic terrorist groups."
Name the enemy? The paper itself never mentions Islamism. Its title, Empowering Local Partners to Prevent Violent Extremism in the United States, avoids even mentioning terrorism.
Appropriate response? "Just as we respond to community safety issues [such as gang violence, school shootings, drugs, and hate crimes] through partnerships and networks of government officials, Mayor's offices, law enforcement, community organizations, and private sector actors, so must we address radicalization to violence and terrorist recruitment through similar relationships and by leveraging some of the same tools and solutions."

Raising community safety issues reveals a severe conceptual deficiency which the Los Angeles Times dismissed as "implausible." The report praises the Justice Department's "Comprehensive Gang Model," deeming it a flexible framework that "has reduced serious gang-related crimes." Great news in the battle against gangs! But gangs are criminal enterprises and Islamist violence is ideological warfare. Gang members are hoodlums, Islamists are zealots. To compare them distorts the problem at hand. Yes, they both deploy violence, but applying techniques from one to the other is akin to asking pastry cooks to advise firefighters.

The lone sentence in Empowering that recognizes the danger of Islamism fixates on one small group, stating that "al-Qa'ida and its affiliates and adherents represent the preeminent terrorist threat to our country." This ignores the 99 percent of the Islamist movement unconnected to Al-Qaeda, such as the Wahhabi movement, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hizb ut-Tahrir, the Iranian government, Hamas, Hizbullah, Jamaat ul-Fuqra, not to speak of so-called lone wolves. Rep. Sue Myrick (Republican of North Carolina) rightly notes that the policy paper "raises more questions … than it answers."

The intellectual roots of Empowered go back to a George Soros-funded 2004 initiative, the Promising Practices Guide: Developing Partnerships Between Law Enforcement and American Muslim, Arab, and Sikh Communities by Deborah A. Ramirez, Sasha Cohen O'Connell and Rabia Zafar. These authors made their outlook clear: "The most dangerous threats in this war [on terrorism] are rooted in the successful propagation of anger and fear directed at unfamiliar cultures and people." The most dangerous threat, they announced, is not Islamist terror, with its thousands of fatalities, but a supposed widespread bias by Americans against minorities. As I observed in 2004, "The guide might present itself as an aide to counterterrorism but its real purpose is to deflect attention from national security to the privileging of select communities."

While the document unobjectionably emphasizes American constitutional values and the need to partner with Muslims, it says not a word about the need to distinguish between Islamist and anti-Islamist Muslims. Empowering finesses the dismal fact that Islamists dominate the organized American Muslim leadership and their objectives share more with terrorists than counterterrorists. Rep. King correctly worries that the White House document condemns "legitimate criticism of certain radical organizations or elements of the Muslim-American community," something urgently needed to distinguish foe from friend.

Indeed, the Obama administration's willingness to partner with Muslims who reject the Constitutional order accounts for Islamist organizations' delighted responses to this paper. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, a terrorist-supporting front organization, praised it as "objective and holistic," while the likeminded Muslim Public Affairs Council deemed it "very useful."

In contrast, Melvin Bledsoe, father of a convert to Islam, Carlos Bledsoe, who in 2009 shot and killed a soldier at a military-recruiting center in Little Rock, Ark., said of the report: "It's never going to fix the problem when they're trying to dance around the issues." Ed Husain of the Council on Foreign Relations dismissed it for saying "worryingly little" and being primarily designed "not to offend Muslims."

In brief, an organization connected to terrorists swoons over the administration's pretend counterterrorism policy while the grieving father of a terrorist scornfully dismisses it. That tells us everything.

What now, with the enshrining of a fringe study as national policy? There are no shortcuts: Those who want a genuine counterterrorism policy must work to remove the Left and the multiculturalists from government.

What a great article here at CatchKevin.com that takes head on the fact that all of this clamor about protecting the "rights" of Islam and Muslims in America is hogwash.

A couple of high points from the article include:

They incorrectly claim that Muslims have “Constitutional Rights” to come here, proselytize people, build mosques, and implement Shariah Law in their communities and in the public square. They’re dead wrong! And by and large, Islam is getting away with it just like they have in Europe. Only unlike in Europe and Great Britain in particular, where many local non-Muslim citizens now live in perpetual fear and oppression, it’s not too late to stem the tide, but we have to act now.

To understand Islam is to understand Sharia. The religion of Islam is nothing short of a totalitarian political, economic, military, social and legal system that’s camouflaged in religious garb. Their mandate (not objective) is to incorporate our country into a global Islamic caliphate.

Now consider the verbiage very carefully. A lot of lawmakers and most Americans make the exegetical error that the First Amendment grants us rights. The First Amendment doesn’t grant any rights to anybody. All it does is prohibit Congress from making laws about religion, speech, the press, or assembly.

Therefore, Muslims do not have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia in our country.

But of course, the agenda of the Islamists and the Left in America isn't about following the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence...oh no, it's about instilling multiculturalism and political correctness into America fully - the fact that this all was a colossal fail in Europe is to be ignored, of course.

If you don't believe that the Constitution actually guards against this implementation of Islam here in America, then ask yourself this: Doesn't it almost seem like Muslims in America are being protected MORE than any other Americans or any other group?

Why Islam is NOT Protected Under the US Constitution!


Contrary to conventional stupidity, Islam is NOT protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. Is there anyone left in the three branches of government today that can interpret our most sacred document (the Declaration of Independence not withstanding) correctly?

Like in Christendom, where the exegesis and hermeneutics of certain passages of scripture are often skewed to conform to a particular ideology, agenda, or belief system, so too has the clear and concise language of the Constitution and the 27 Amendments progressively undergone exegetical attacks over the decades—depending on which party is in power—to conform to a particular political ideology.

But this is one hermeneutical battle America can ill afford to lose. Our founding principles, i.e. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness hang in the balance. In short—our country’s very survival depends on it.

America faces a grave threat from Islam. Muslims are infiltrating our country in droves and they’re doing it under the guise of “Constitutional Protection.” And like England, if we don’t stand our ground now, it will be too late. Muslims are cunning, crafty and clever. They’re using our ignorance of the understanding of our own Constitution against us, and they are clandestinely and methodically spreading their freedom-snatching tentacles in a quiet and unassuming manner.

Yet, the dreadful message we get from ignorant and incompetent lawmakers is that our Constitution renders us powerless to do anything about it. On the contrary, the Constitution and Declaration of Independence—properly interpreted—actually give our federal, state and local governments justification and authority to stop Islam dead in its tracks!

Here’s How . . .

Islam is NOT a religion. Islam—which stands for “submission” or “surrender”—is a totalitarian form of government that seeks COMPLETE DOMINANCE. It is hellbent on controlling every aspect of the lives of its adherents—a primitive life at that. It masquerades as a monotheistic religion rooted in Old Testament principles, but more appropriately follows the murderous thuggery of it’s founder, Muhammad, a descendent of Ishmael, born 600 years after Christ. Only their modern day tactics now include recruiting mentally ill teenagers and naive and gullible idiots who falsely believe they will be rewarded with 75 virgins if they become suicide bombers. And Western countries indoctrinated with the lies of multiculturalism and political correctness—to their demise—have reluctantly turned a blind eye. But like Communism, Marxism and Socialism, the Constitution of the United States of America empowers us to defeat it.

As lawyer, philosopher and Constitutional constructionist, Publius Huldah, succinctly points out in her paper, “God’s Gift of Unalienable Rights & Article VI of the Constitution: The Sword & Shield to Stop the Islamization of America, “We must understand Our Founding Principles – these are our Sword & Shield – that (1) Rights come from God alone, (2) Muslims do not have the right to divest us of our Rights, and (3) the purpose of civil government is to secure the Rights God gave us.”

What are our Rights, and where do they come from? The Constitution? The Bill of Rights? No! The Declaration of Independence says:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. —that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men . . .”

So, where do our Rights come from? God. And what are those Rights? Life , Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Inscribed on the Liberty Bell is Leviticus 25:10 - “Proclaim LIBERTY throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”

Do Muslims respect the Rights God gave us? Of course not! Sharia stands in stark contrast to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Here’s why . . .

1. Life: Islam is a culture of oppression and death, e.g., primitive and oppressive regulations for women, murder and honor killings. The Koran instructs its adherents under no uncertain terms to torture and kill non-believers as set out in Sura 4:56, 4:89, and 9:5 for example.

2. Liberty: Islam is a culture of slavery and submission. Women are forced to cover their faces and frequently raped with no recourse. Children are often molested, and defection and conversion to another belief system often ends in brutal death.

3. Pursuit of Happiness: Does living in fear for a lot of Muslim women sound like the pursuit of happiness? Or being told when to pray, how to pray, and how many times to pray per day? For many Muslims, Islam is a culture of torture and sadism. How many times have we already heard of young Muslim girls in America who, after dating non-Muslim boys, were shot to death or run over by their father for allegedly bringing shame to their family? Public wife beating is commonplace. Women who don’t cover their hair are beaten on the spot. They’re often gang raped (needing multiple witnesses to testify against their male aggressors), mutilated, and left with maimed faces.

4. Freedom of Speech: Try criticizing Islam in Saudi Arabia—one of our Arab allies. See how swiftly justice is met with your head as the ornament of of an Opec member’s Mercedes.

For every Right God gave us—not the Constitution or its Amendments—the Muslims seek to eradicate.

Lawmakers tell us Muslims have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia here. But that’s not what the First Amendment says.

It says . . .

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

So it begs the question: Do Americans have any Constitutional protection against the invasion of a foreign law being foisted upon us? Absolutely!

Article VI, Clause 2 of our Constitution states . . .

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.”

Did you get that? Our Constitution and Laws are authorized by the Supreme Law of this Land.

The practice of Sharia in the United States, at any level directly violates our Constitution. Muslims who therefore seek to overthrow our Constitution or otherwise usurp or circumvent it with Sharia law are guilty of Criminal Sedition. The federal government has the duty to prosecute them for sedition, or otherwise repatriate or deport them.

However, as evidenced in a ruling by a New Jersey judge last year which was later overturned by the New Jersey Appellate Court, and more recently a Tampa judge thanks to the growing influence of CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations)—a pro-Sharia lobbyist—the very opposite is happening.

In November, 2010, an overwhelming majority of Oklahomans voted to amend their State Constitution to ban Sharia law and international law from the state’s courtrooms. But a federal judge overturned the will of the people within weeks, claiming that such an exclusion of Sharia law interfered with the religious liberties of Muslims. Now, legislators in Wyoming, Missouri, Alabama, Florida and Texas are considering adopting a similar Constitutional Amendment to that of Oklahoma’s.

Brigitte Gabriel, founder of Act! for America, an advocacy group established “to promote America’s national security and the defense of American democratic values against the assault of radical Islam,” emphasizes that voters must establish that the U.S. Constitution is the controlling law of the land. “We are trying to warn Americans to look at what’s happening in Europe. If Europe is any preview, we need to make sure we put up the barriers right now,” she stresses.

The Declaration of Independence says the purpose of civil government is to secure the Rights God gave us. Islam seeks to take away our God-given Rights. Civil government is supposed to protect us from enemies, foreign and domestic, who seek to divest us of our Rights. Therefore it’s incumbent on every American citizen to insist that our federal, state, and local governments immediately STOP the Islamization of OUR COUNTRY—starting with an immediate cease and desist on the construction of all mosques! The purpose of our civil government is to protect our GOD-given Rights, not circumvent them in favor of an Islamic caliphate.

Contrary to revisionist historians and secular progressive’s claims, the United States of America was founded on Christian principles. Jesus Christ is recognized not only as the Supreme Being of The Declaration of Independence, but also as the God of Article VII of our Constitution. . .

“Done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Seven . . . “

In Summary:

1. Our Rights come from God. They predate and preexist the Constitution. Our Constitution doesn’t give “Rights” to anybody. So Muslims don’t have “Constitutional Rights” to come to our Christian established country and build mosques, proselytize, and impose Shariah.

2. Islam and Sharia seeks to take away from people the rights God gave them. Since our Declaration of Independence acknowledges that the purpose of civil governments is to secure our God-given Rights, it is the duty and responsibility of civil governments at all levels to protect us from Islamization.

3. Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution—the “Supremacy Clause”—is the silver bullet that makes it unconstitutional for Muslims to practice Sharia Law anywhere in our Country.

To speak against First Amendment protection of an Islamic theocracy that is antithetical to the underlying principles of the US Constitution—Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—does not make one a prejudiced bigot or racist. Most Muslims, like Christians, are moderate law abiding citizens. However, the percentage who follow the literal commands of the Koran (the militant and radical muslims) and because of the 2 to 1 worldwide population growth of Muslims, the jihadist terrorists are multiplying at an alarming rate.

Let me be perfectly clear. Traditional Islam is not a friend of America. It is our enemy. The very notion of “Chrislam”—a syncretistic fusion of Christianity and Islam—being promoted by such notable Christian celebrities as Rick Warren, author of the best selling book, The Purpose Driven Life, is an abomination. It’s anti-American, and antithetical to the Christian principles upon which our great nation was founded. It is imperative that you understand the inherent danger of multiculturalism, and the amalgamation of polarizing religions. It eventually leads to civil unrest and anarchy.

Most, but not all of our State Senators and Congressmen are completely oblivious to the imminent threat that Islam and Sharia pose to the sovereignty of our nation. It’s imperative that they get informed very quickly and embrace the fight to stop the spread of mosques and Sharia at the local level. The Center for Security Policy issued a report last year entitled: “Shariah: The Threat to America”. Demand that your local and state reps read it and take immediate action to defend your community from Islamization. A few proactive notables who do recognize it are representatives Rex Duncan, Don Wells, and Larry Metz of Oklahoma, Missouri, and Florida, respectively.

Europe, in the interest of multiculturalism and political correctness, made a grave error. And now they are hopeless to reverse it, especially in England, without a civil and very bloody religious war. An entire country, even with it’s parliamentary government in tact, is now at the mercy of Muhammad and his warriors of death or submission.

Recently exonerated Dutch Member of Parliament, Geert Wilders, listed ten steps Western countries must take to stop the Islamization of their countries.

In closing, we are at war with a very evil and cunning enemy. An enemy that seeks to destroy everything that is good about the United States of America; Everything we value; Everything we cherish, Everything our forefathers and successive generations fought and died for so that we could receive the torch of freedom and pass it on to our children and grandchildren. This is our moment. It is our time to boldly stand up for our God, our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, and our beloved Freedom! Let us exercise our God-given unalienable Rights and say “Yes to Freedom!” and “No to Oppression!” We owe it to our children, our grandchildren, and our grandparents.

Obama and NATO Put Our Troops In Harm's Way In Libya and Libyan Rebels Thank...Iran!


So, the U.S., France and Britain all decided to invest millions of dollars and the safety of their military forces to help the Libyan rebels oust Moammar Gaddafi from power and in the end, those same rebels have come out with a big hug and a big thank you for none other than Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Yeah, you read that right.

Iran "discreetly" provided humanitarian aid to Libyan rebels before the fall of Tripoli, Jam-e-Jam newspaper quoted Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi on Sunday as saying.

"We were in touch with many of the rebel groups in Libya before the fall of (Moamer) Kadhafi, and discreetly dispatched three or four food and medical consignments to Benghazi," Salehi told the daily.

"The head of the National Transitional Council (NTC), Mustafa Abdel Jalil, sent a letter of thanks to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for having been on their side and helping," he added.


I don't know why this should be so surprising - see, I'll let you in on a little surprise...(leans closer).....(whispers)....Iran is Muslim, we aren't! Oh, and one more thing...the Libyan rebels are gonna be looking for a long term sugar daddy or should I say "sugar mullah" and as we all know, the Iranians are infamous for financially taking care of terrorists that will do their bidding in other parts of the world.

"We were in touch with many of the rebel groups in Libya before the fall of (Moamer) Kadhafi, and discreetly dispatched three or four food and medical consignments to Benghazi," Salehi told the daily.

"The head of the National Transitional Council (NTC), Mustafa Abdel Jalil, sent a letter of thanks to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for having been on their side and helping," he added.

Since the Libyan uprising erupted in mid-February, Iran has adopted a dual approach -- criticising the Kadhafi regime for its violent assaults on the rebels while at the same time condemning NATO's military intervention.

On Tuesday, Iran "congratulated the Muslim people of Libya" after rebels overran the capital Tripoli, but it has so far distanced itself from officially recognising the NTC.

If You Ever Wondered How Sick British Society Is, This Proves It!

I have enjoyed British Comedy for many decades.  The hilarious satire of Monty Python, Benny Hill and Dave Allen has brought me out of the blues.  Mr. Bean and The Black Adder have got me laughing.  Most British Humor is funny, some in bad taste, but nothing offensive.  Until now.
A controversial film about Muslim suicide bombers is to be screened as part of a season of programmes to mark the tenth anniversary of 9/11 on Channel 4.

It will show Four Lions by comedian Chris Morris days before memorials take place for the terrorist outrages in New York.

Insiders at the broadcaster say Morris wanted to air the 2010 film on the anniversary itself, but bosses refused.

In the comedy, a group of British terrorists bungle a plan to kill thousands of people at the London Marathon in a terror attack.

Channel 4 will premiere it alongside documentaries about heroes from the emergency services and the killing of Osama bin Laden.

The plans were revealed at the Edinburgh Television Festival by chief creative officer Jay Hunt.

Speaking at a session called No Risk Please, We’re Prime Time, she said: “I’ve just had a robust conversation with Chris Morris about Four Lions and the scheduling of that and how close it is to 9/11. I think we should absolutely continue to push those boundaries.

“It is going out in the next week and a half or so. It is not going out on 9/11 itself. But it is around then because it speaks to that issue.”

Referring to Morris, who presented a paedophile special for TV satire Brass Eye that received a record number of complaints, she said: “He felt strongly that it was an important flavour in the mix, and I think it is.” - Daily Mail

This is so sick, in such bad taste that words cannot describe the feelings I have.  It reminds me of when The Daily Kos decided that this bit of humor was appropriate on 9/11:



I wonder how the  British would feel if we Americans did a comedy skit in bad taste about 7/7?  Or Princess Diana's Death?  Or any tragedy that they have experienced?

It would be in bad taste and show our utter contempt for the British people.  Just as the British people are showing towards us.

CNN Takes the Opportunity Just Before 9/11 Anniversary To Showcase the Loss Of a....(wait for it)....MUSLIM Family


You know, it these putzes at CNN weren't so blatantly transparent in their agenda, it would almost be comical...but then again, nothing about 9/11 and the anniversary of those attacks by Islamic terrorists is comical. But the fact that CNN decides to devote it's "tribute" to victims before the anniversary and chooses a Muslim family to showcase, is beyond the pale.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, she woke up extra early on her own. After her father and mother finished saying morning prayers, the young girl took his face in her small hands and enlisted the promise of a Chuck E. Cheese visit. Father and daughter then kissed and said goodbye.

Farqad was born two days later, after terrorists hijacked planes and killed nearly 3,000 -- including 38-year-old Mohammad Salahuddin Chowdhury, who worked atop the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

She watched Muslim men, afraid to stand out, shave off their beards. Women removed their religious head coverings, known as hijabs. But even as she reeled from grief, Ashrafi somehow found the strength to respond differently.

Though she hadn't worn a hijab in public before, her faith ran deep, thanks to her husband. Two weeks after she lost him, she decided it was time to put on her hijab.

While other surviving parents struggled to explain September 11 to their children, Ashrafi faced an additional challenge: Fahina wanted to know why the TV said Muslims killed her daddy.

No where in this article at CNN do they bring up the complete lack of outrage from any Muslims in America after the attack. They don't get into the weeks and weeks it took for organizations like CAIR to issue a statement. They don't have any quote after 9/11 from these so-called "moderate" Muslims about the massacre.

Oh, and I don't see the family featured here in this article coming out against the Ground Zero mosque and the poor taste of it.

Nice try, CNN, but America can see through your bullshit reporting and your attempt to never place the blame of 9/11 squarely on the shoulders of who it belongs....that of Islam.




For Muslim family, faith complicates grief for loved one lost on 9/11


Edmond, Oklahoma (CNN) -- His smiling image has been cut out of a snapshot and carefully added to a photo of his father, so it looks as if he is standing beside the man. It smacks of a bad Photoshop job, but it gives the two a shared moment, even though they never met.

The boy's sister, Fahina, is 15 and clings to scant memories and aging photographs. But Farqad, almost 10, has nothing.

She remembers sitting beside their father on amusement park rides, his words -- "Look at my daughter; she's so brave" -- soothing her nerves; she still thinks of him whenever she's on a rollercoaster. She leaned on his legs when he watched basketball on TV and imagined him cheering her on when she played the sport after he was gone. She recalls being driven to see Harvard University, before she even started elementary school, and dreams of attending an Ivy League school to make him proud.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, she woke up extra early on her own. After her father and mother finished saying morning prayers, the young girl took his face in her small hands and enlisted the promise of a Chuck E. Cheese visit. Father and daughter then kissed and said goodbye.

Farqad was born two days later, after terrorists hijacked planes and killed nearly 3,000 -- including 38-year-old Mohammad Salahuddin Chowdhury, who worked atop the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

The Windows on the World banquet server was a degreed physicist in his native Bangladesh and a U.S. citizen who aspired to do so much more in his adopted country. He kept a pager at hand that fateful morning, just in case his wife went into labor.

"I can't imagine not having any memories," said his firstborn, Fahina, unable to hold back her sobs. "Someday, Farqad's going to search online and see everything. I have to help him understand."

This teen's uber-sense of responsibility extends beyond what she believes she owes her brother. As a young woman whose father was killed by men who dared to say they shared her Islamic faith, Fahina feels an obligation to speak up, to be the face of her often-misunderstood religion -- even if she'd prefer not to be known for what she lost and how she lost it.

"For a Muslim person to go through this, it's something no one can understand," she said, the tears still falling. "Extremists used the religion as an excuse to do terrible things. It's so much easier to be mad at people than to get to know them."

Following an unmarked path

Reminders of that terrible day reverberate 1,300 miles from New York, inside a large, modern brick home on a quiet cul-de-sac just north of Oklahoma City.

From framed photographs scattered everywhere, Chowdhury's dark, gentle eyes and thick lashes peer out at the family he left behind. These were the eyes that captured Baraheen Ashrafi when she first met him at their wedding in Bangladesh nearly two decades ago. She wondered whether she was marrying a movie star.

Theirs was an arranged marriage, and what she got in the match was more than a man with good looks. He had lost his parents and cared about hers as if they were his own. He taught her the value of forgiveness, the beauty of Islam and the gifts that come with love. He told her that she was brought to him through prayers.

She laughs when she remembers how clueless she was in the kitchen when she joined him in his beloved New York -- a city she jokingly called "his homeland" -- and how he marveled at her culinary progress. Though he didn't find it funny, she giggles at the memory of putting lipstick on him while he slept and scooping his thick hair up into small ponytails. She smiles when mentioning the staring contests she made him play so he would look deeply into her eyes.

But Ashrafi breaks down when she recalls what he feared.

"He was very afraid of fire, very scared of burning," she said, describing his complaints after mere steam from hot tea once left a mark on his hand. "He was like a baby."

In the weeks after September 11, firefighters promised her that Chowdhury died from smoke inhalation before ever feeling a flame.

If there were a roadmap when it comes to grieving, the journey taken by Ashrafi and her children was unmarked.

She watched Muslim men, afraid to stand out, shave off their beards. Women removed their religious head coverings, known as hijabs. But even as she reeled from grief, Ashrafi somehow found the strength to respond differently.

Though she hadn't worn a hijab in public before, her faith ran deep, thanks to her husband. Two weeks after she lost him, she decided it was time to put on her hijab.

That made her a widow who couldn't count on the kindness of strangers. Her sadness was compounded by hate. Just months after the attacks, boys screamed "jihad!" at Ashrafi and a confused Fahina on a Manhattan street.

While other surviving parents struggled to explain September 11 to their children, Ashrafi faced an additional challenge: Fahina wanted to know why the TV said Muslims killed her daddy.

Chowdhury was one of 32 Muslim victims on September 11, according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations. That distinction has put Ashrafi and her children in the spotlight. Adding to the attention, Ashrafi says, is that Farqad is believed to be the first baby born to a September 11 widow. (CNN could not confirm this, but the boy came into this world the morning of September 13, 2001.)

As the 10-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks approaches, Ashrafi has fielded calls from around the world. A documentary unit from the United Kingdom visited their home. A reporter from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates sought a sit-down visit. An Australian TV crew is scheduled to fly to Oklahoma this week.

All of the attention appears to leave Farqad a little numb. He tears himself away from video games, flops down in a plush sitting room chair and rattles off words he can say but doesn't seem to fully feel.

Up until a few years ago, he'd heard only that his father died in an accident. He's still trying to get his head around the truth.

"My dad was in work, and the plane was crashing, and there was a fire there," he said, staring across the room at his mother. "Then my father died. Then I was born. I was born in New York."

Does he know who was behind what happened to his dad?

"A bad guy did it," he said, his eyes still locked on his mother.

"Do you know how many people were with your dad?" she asked.

"Lots," he answered. "Maybe 20?"

Completing his life

Ashrafi was walking back from Fahina's school when American Airlines Flight 11 slammed into the North Tower. She wouldn't get this news until later. But looking back, she realizes that was the moment she felt a surge rush through her belly.

She wasn't yet in labor, but the sensation stopped her. She focused on getting home to rest.

The sex of their second child was a secret she'd kept to herself. She'd known for only a few weeks, but in case the sonogram reading was wrong, she stayed mum.

Her husband had told her that having a son would complete his life. She couldn't wait to see his face when he met their boy.

"He told me he'd be the happiest man in the world," she said, crying. "I was dreaming how his face would be. ... Why did I not tell him?"

She was resting in bed when one of her sisters called to ask Ashrafi where her husband was. "At work," she answered, matter-of-factly. Her sister screamed.

Family and friends soon filled the Queens home. They kept Ashrafi away from the television because the late stages of pregnancy already had pushed her blood pressure too high.

Someone picked up Fahina from school. Just 5 at the time, she remembers seeing all the shoes outside their home's front door and struggling to understand the standing-room-only crowd inside.

Two days later, in the hospital, Ashrafi still expected Chowdhury to walk into the room. She clung to the far-fetched plotlines of romance films. He simply had amnesia and was wandering, lost, she told herself. With time, they'd find each other.

Her sisters surrounded her during a C-section deemed necessary by doctors given the circumstances. When they brought Farqad to her, she looked into the big dark eyes of her husband.

"Daddy wants that, too"

Before he could even speak, Farqad admired himself in mirrors.

"He was such a cute baby, and he knew it, too," Fahina said, flipping through photos.

Their father wasn't so different. Fahina points out pictures of him posing, often alone. For a time, when Farqad saw images of his father holding children, he would scream, "That's me!"

Later, the boy discovered the few pieces of Chowdhury's clothing that his mother had saved. After school, Farqad would change into a dark red T-shirt that dwarfed his small frame. Nowadays, his mother sometimes catches him saying good night to his father's photograph.

"He was in my heart to do good things, and he watches me," the boy said.

"If someone's mean to you? What do you say?" his mother asked. "What does mommy tell you?"

He peers at her and shrugs.

"To be nice to people," she told him.

"I don't want to be nice to mean people," he said.

She smiles. "But that's the way they'll learn to be nice. And Daddy wants that, too."

This was a lesson she says her husband exemplified. She tries to live it herself.

When a man behind her in a Wal-Mart checkout line muttered something about Muslims, she didn't flinch. She felt sorry for the boys who pelted her car with soda cans while screaming "Hey, Muslim!" And she shook off the sting after a woman in a wheelchair, struggling to reach an item on a grocery store shelf, refused Ashrafi's offer of assistance.

"I don't want any help from a Muslim," the woman snapped.

The truth is, she can handle occasional insults in Oklahoma. She couldn't bear them in New York, where everywhere she turned, she was reminded of what was gone.

She and the children moved away in 2002, opting for a simpler, more affordable life near one of her sisters.

Ashrafi says she had to start anew, even if she still cleaves to the past.

Sacrifices and dreams

Ashrafi's focus narrowed after September 11.

"My whole world is this house and my kids," she says. "God chose me to be given these two kids and for me to raise them on my own. ... I want to enjoy every moment with them."

She has no plans to return to her job in a bank. She rarely socializes beyond her family. At 39, she vows to die Chowdhury's wife.

So when people, including family members, tell her they're praying she'll meet someone, she shoots back, "Please don't pray that for me; that would be a curse!"

She lost her own father in 1997. Her mother, who moved in with Ashrafi and her kids for five years after September 11, often tells Ashrafi to do something for herself. Her response is to say that when Farqad goes to college, maybe she will go to school, too.

Her husband always told her she should be an interior designer. Her home is full of floral arrangements she created, unique decorative pieces she seized on sale and furnishings fit for a showroom.

Chowdhury planned to complete a degree in computer information systems. But with another child on the way, he hadn't yet walked away from the good money he was making at Windows on the World.

Bottom line here is this - if you are an American who is concerned about the terrorism brought to this country by radical Islam and you also defy sharia law from being implemented here due to the inherent conflict with the American Constitution...you are an islamophobe. You are a sick person with prejudices. Never mind that you are an American patriot who sees through the bullshit of stealth jihad - according to the new alliance of Leftists and Islamic radicals, you are nothing but a hater.

This is coming to a head - there WILL come a day soon where we will probably see the Obama administration make some very bold and disturbing moves regarding the treatment of Islam in America and my prediction is it will curl your hair. So far, the islamists have made too many strides and now that they have won full support of America's Marxists, it may be too much to withstand.




Center for American Progress defends Shariah, charges America with 'Islamophobia'


There they go again. Last week, the Center for American Progress released "Fear, Inc.," yet another report in the increasingly hysterical bullying campaign to shout down criticism of political Islamist efforts to influence American foreign and domestic policy. Their latest "copy and paste" effort duplicates large sections of five nearly identical "investigations" just this year, complaining that millions of concerned Americans are Islamophobes.

The primary organizations-- what should be called the "Shariah Defense Lobby"-- are the Center for American Progress/ThinkProgress, the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) with support from a handful of other far-left or Islamist bloggers and Washington lobbyists.

The "Shariah Defense Lobby" whitewashes and protects political, legal, military and religious doctrines of Shariah law (Islamic law) from scrutiny. One of its major goals is to silence all criticism of Islamist aggression, jihadist violence, or Shariah violations of human rights and civil liberties.

Frank J. Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy, noted that:

The ‘Shariah Defense Lobby' is in a race against time to hide the grim reality of Shariah law as it is actually enforced, as Islamist movements and political parties throughout the Arab world are aggressively seeking to govern by Shariah. Most significantly, the ‘Shariah Defense Lobby' refuses to discuss a simple fact: secular and democratic activists in Egypt and elsewhere in the Muslim world oppose Shariah in their countries, just as Americans oppose it here.

The latest report also attacks venerable American family foundations for supporting educational efforts on national security and counter-terrorism. The funding sources of the "Shariah Defense Lobby" should be exposed to public scrutiny. For example, CAIR-- an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror financing trial in American history-- has reportedly received millions in foreign funding from Islamist contributors, including the Organization of Islamic Conference (aka Cooperation). This year, CAIR lost its nonprofit tax status because of its refusal to file tax forms that would have revealed its sources of funding.

In addition to CAIR's foreign financing, this latest paper from the Center for American Progress reveals that the project depends on money from the Open Society Foundations, a funding vehicle of far-left billionaire George Soros. George Soros is chairman of Soros Fund Management LLC. He has amassed a personal fortune estimated at about $14.5 billion (as of 2011). His company, Soros Fund Management, controls at least another $27.9 billion in investor assets. Soros's foundation network-- whose flagship is the Open Society Institute (OSI)-- has reportedly dispensed billions to a multitude of far left organizations.

The "Shariah Defense Lobby," which aggressively defends Shariah from its critics, has produced a year-long campaign of remarkably identical agitprop papers, all with a single goal: to attack the millions of Americans who are concerned about political Islamists' growing power here in the U.S. and abroad. In these increasingly shrill reports, the "Shariah Defense Lobby" keeps attempting to silence the great majority of Americans who express legitimate concerns about home-grown Islamist terrorism, and about Islamist efforts to enforce Shariah law on American Muslim families and even on non-Muslim Americans.

The Center for American Progress-- authors of "Fear, Inc."-- are trying to make Americans afraid of discussing one of the greatest national security threats we face. Thankfully, the American people aren't buying what they're selling: the campaign is having the opposite effect of what the Lobby intends.
