Sad, the Constitution relies on the Honor and Integrity of those Electing and those being Elected, we have been losing that for years. I favor a voting change, that anyone on the dole or accepting federal funds, grants, welfare are not able to vote.. or maybe only count 3/5s. No real property, no immediate stake in the economy, no vote. Want to vote, get a living wage job. Charity is not the Government's job, just ask Davy Crockett.
