This is a bad bill that will hopefully not be passed - I see it being struck down in court if it is.
She's being a little paranoid here - I was openly critical of Bush for 8 years and nobody called me a terrorist or tried to take my guns, no one called me unpatriotic or un-American (to my face). Yes, the legal definition of terrorist/enemy combatant needs to be much better defined.
No one is forcing young people to sign up for anything they don't want to.

I remember writing about Congress refusing to define "terrorism." I can't find that post right now. It was some time ago.
